BreakFree Beachpoint in Gold Coast

DONT BOOK HERE GO ELSEWHERE! Beachpoint Surfers Apartments is one building and rhe name of it. Your maintenance men are the ones who attended to the maintenance and duck taped the windows. I stayed in the Beachpoint Apartment 4a which is the name of this building. This review is honest and to remain as its the building i stayed in. This Apartment was beyond disgusting. I paid $1600 and was managed by Coastal Management.
1. The ceiling has leaks and cant shut the curtains in lounge or master bedroom as ceilng is collapsing! Photos attached. The screeching through the sliders as they dont shut you could not hear TV or relax in lounge or sleep in the bedrooms!
2. They rented this apartment knowing the state and Laura said "so sorry it got missed it was flagged a few months ago" and "management advised owners were coming after me to sort and sort with Body Corp" ! It is TOTALLY unacceptable to rent this to me or anyone in this state!!!!!
3. I had to sleep with curtains stuck open in Master bedroom as they didnt shut! Also they didnt shut in lounge!
4 The window frames have holes to outside and freezing air blew in 24/7, ranch sliders and windows dont shut. Photos attached.
4. The maintenance kindly duck taped windows to stop the draft and we had to have heat pump on all night to stay warm as its winter.
5. Heatpump in both rooms only work when one is going!!!
6. On departure i was told 12pm late checkout. At 10am i had just changed into my togs and cleaners burst into the apartment, it was very embarrassing. Lovely cleaners not their fault, coastal management had not told them.
7. I stripped the bedding on departure to find the mattress protectors in the most disgusting used state, stained, lots other peoples hair!!!! Revolting.
8. Coastal Management would only refund half minus Air BnB fees !!! For the pleasure of ruining my holiday, freezing and no sleep!! Also they wrote would drop a bottle of wine and late check out and none of that happened!. Also i had maintenance come three times in whats meant to be my holiday. All this maintenance should have been done before guests stayed!!!!!!
9. This accommodation is revolting stay elsewhere! Photos attached. The advertising of this apartment is dishonest, misleading and false advertising of the apartment photos. They totally ruined my holiday, i cried. Ive left exhausted. I placed review on Trip Advisor and Beach Points management have not replied to the state of this apartment.
Coastal Management also dont reply to the Air Bnb review i wrote so that it doesnt show the negative review i wrote. Which shows how bad this apartment it.

Great view , unbelievably noisy from wind , construction and traffic.
The external doors are old and don’t seal , my wife was ill and we were away for a rest , the unit was unbearable to the stage where we complained to reception that the air conditioning wouldn’t go past 23 ( reading other reviews this is a fixed system to save money on heating)after 3 days of constant complaining about lack of heat and ridiculous wind reception gave us some tape to cover the gaps in the doors. ( 100 % true ).
Finally a maintenance guy came and siliconed closed the door to stop the wind , didn’t bring enough silicon to finish and never came back .
The room was very dated except for new kitchen ( no matching plates or cups ) .
Water pressure in shower was non existent..
Very disappointed with room and reception.
