Where to start!! This is not a resort! Far from. The only good this is some of the customer service, prior to arriving and the location otherwise it's a complete dump and would avoid.

On Agodas website, the room stated that there was a sofa bed. Which there was not.

There was a bad smell coming from near a locked cupboard, i asked receptionist what this was, they said it was the owners items. Honestly smelt like something was dead in there.

There was a beeping sound happening every ten minutes. I alerted staff the first night. They didn't do anything. Complained the next morning and they resolved the issue.

The carpets were very dirty and stained. Don't think they even vacumed before arrival.

The blinds had some missing so couldn't block the light out properly.

The sheets were disgusting, either pee or sweat I'm unsure but it was filthy. This was only noticed after cleaning on check out. My baby and I slept on this.

They provided a small metal cot for my baby which there was no place for her to move, which resulted in her sleeping in my bed as well. Looked like baby jail!

The images look nothing like what was being advertised.

I complained and they offered 50% off for the first night only. I asked for a full refund, or atleast the first night where I was ignored.

Very over priced hotel. Only good thing is the location. Otherwise a complete health hazard.

I've honestly stayed at better hostels before.

Ruined my partners birthday and babies first vacation! Ended up leaving earlier than anticipated.
