Staff are friendly and helpful. I left a not asking for extra towel so I could wash my hair. They gave me extra towels every day of my stay. Love the coffee station & fruit station in the library

Good little business hotel. Has a library where you can work on the laptop or take calls. Also has a nespresso coffee machine and water for your hydration needs. Have been coming here for years. Highly recommended.

The main reason we booked the hotel originally was that it had access to a fantastic gym which was only about 200m away from the hotel and had everything we needed for any weightlifting and/or cardio requirements

Perfect place for chilling out and reading books. Cleaning services during the stay was not thoroughly done, which was a little bit disappointing. Overall, stay was very satisfying

The room is small but well equipped.  The library provides with free cold and sparkling water. It is so easy to bottle up the water before I head out for the day.   They also have a microwave and coffee machine

Really liked this hotel, it has that luxury vibes which you will really like and cherish. As they say its a Little luxury. Its more than just a room to stay. It is well located in the heart of canberra

Great place, friendly staff, great food, nice clean cold beer!! I highly recommend anyone to stay there! Coles is just across the street walking distance, chemist, vet & a few other stores.

We were very happy with our adjoining rooms. Staff very accommodating to any queries or needs. Will stay again.

We had a great stay at The Statesman for a work stint in Canberra. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it’s close to everything and a really nice bar and restaurant downstairs

I was there on a Thursday and the place was buzzing with the meat raffle

didnt have free to air commercial channels 9 & 7 and the night service desk is basically a help line that were very polite but useless telling me they would send an email at 7:30 the next day which was no help considering I was booking out the next morning

We can hear people next door talking as we were arranged to stay at a connecting room. The door crack is so wide that we can hear people next door talking which gives a sense of insecurity

My last day I had to leave ridiculously early to catch a flight and when I got up Mark was up before me to make my breakfast! If you have the chance to make it for dinner I would recommend it as it is well worth the extra cost

I've stayed in a lot of B&Bs and this is one of the best I've seen. Clean and very comfortable bedroom, fantastic breakfast and great hosts. I thought the other reviews were too good to be true but I was wrong

A real home away from home and definitely my first choice next time I'm in Canberra

Little bit upset with parking,couldn’t book online when we arrived no parking available. Swimming pool water too cold.

Spacious rooms, prime location. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price

Hotel is good, Novotel is great brand, and surroundings are packed with lot of restaurants, just be careful, everything close so early

Very good location, close to light rail stop, Canberra centre and you can easily catch a coach downstairs.

1. Cheap and good location, clean bedroom with 4 single beds. 2. In room kitchen equipped with amenities. 3. Clean and Spacious dining room just in front of bedroom. 4. Good service.

I have stayed at Madison Capital in Braddon many times now. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars & shopping centre. Nice continental breakfast included.

Good location and clean. Confident if you stay here. Also parking lots available and also free weekend street parking

Breakfast value for money  Overall very good value for money, good location. An adequate budget hotel if comfortable staying somewhere  comfortable not wearing top of the range clothing with top of the range accessories

The room is not soundproofed, the cars passing downstairs are very noisy, and I can't sleep well. The breakfast is very simple。The parking space is too narrow, which tests your parking skills。

Room was small but has sufficient amenities. Just remember to bring your own toothbrushes. Also, there’s no wifi in my room because it was out of range from the router at the common area

I have stayed at Georgie’s on two occasions and I will certainly be back! It is easily accessed from the city and Parliament House, both by car and public transport and is situated on a very quiet street

The rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated with access to a private garden and pool

Georgie and Geoff are the most wonderful, considerate and generous of hosts, who were able to attune very quickly to my needs. I travel to Canberra for work and pleasure often and there is nowhere I would prefer to stay

I highly recommend this place very friendly and clean place to stay if I ever get back to Canberra I will stay here again

I absolutely loved this Caravan park but what set this apart from most caravan sites is the dog freedom areas but be sure to book in early just drive in and close thd gate behind for the safety of your dog the fence is about 1

Have been here twice. Quiet, well maintained and clean. Pool, tennis court. Could be noisy if large school groups booked into bunk cottages. About 10mins drive into town, out of peak morning. Free WiFi.

Quiet location, park a little dated, but the facilities are wonderfully clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The BBQ facilities are amazingly cleaned regularly and less than 20 minutes to Canberra CBD. Great value.

I come here quite often, the kids love the facilities, especially the jumping pillow. We also like the open fire place being lit on those colder nights to. Toasted marshmallows go down well! Hot spot wifi works well

The staff are always professional and helpful. You are a bit out of the city away from the hussle and bussle, so nice and quiet but it's not that far away to get into the different parts of the city

There is a rain water tank on site where the water tastes normal, so we just make sure we have water bottles with us. If we have had any maintenance issues, they have always been fixed immediately

The balconies are the same, mine with a great view over the pool below and Canberra. Canberrans hidden gem!! Full kitchen with everything required. Large gym, pool and BBQ areas

Pros: - nice apartment that is close to everything and walking distance from food and shops. - pool was refreshing and a nice size. - walking distance from most things

I was inspired to leave this review after seeing there was only one other review on TripAdvisor. As you see from the photos these services apartments have generously large home sized rooms

Parking also in secure garage with lift access. Do not hesitate in booking a stay at Astra Manhattan

Great apartments in the perfect location. Well furnished, good heating/cooling has good amenities.

It also smelt like sewage so we were given a lid thing to put on the drain when not using the shower otherwise the whole apartment would smell. - kitchen utensils, cups and plates weren’t very clean when we got there

The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and not crowded rooms. The kitchen and dining room were especially impressive, with a wide range of cooking equipment and utensils available to use

Good location. The bed and toilet are clean. Just noisy if you have to stay at the same floor w the play room. 🤣

The pool was closed due to cold weather, even though the days were 22 degrees! This made it harder to take advantage of the beautiful setting

The place is clean and very cosy and comfortable. It's in a nice quiet location. And at the price they offer it is a ridiculous deal. We just loved this place and would recommend this to everyone

We got a radio in our room so there was a great bit of music in the background that we could relax with. Beds were clean and well made, and we all had a good sleep here. It's very amazing for a "2-star motel

Pros: - Designated parking directly in front of the cabin fit for 2 vehicles - Large open grass field outside - Friendly and helpful staff - Dickson and Watson shops all within 5 minutes drive away

I stayed here for two nights on my travels, Pete & Chloe were very welcoming from the minute I knocked on the door. They filled me in on all the sight seeing in the area and the easiest ways to get around

Had an awesome time at this cute little bed and breakfast. Walking distance to shopping and local attractions, yet far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. Toasty warm with amazingly comfortable beds

The whole place was decorated very nicely, the house was very clean but homely, beds were very comfy, room was nice & warm, tv worked without issues. Also a big shower & bathroom area

Waterproof mattress protector and very comfortable and fresh bedding and linen. Would gladly return anytime I go to Canberra, especially if with my additional needs child
