Best place to stay everything in walking distance or just catch the tram. Beds very comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was amazing nice furniture, great showers in both rooms, washing machine dryer and dishwasher very handy. Great views from the balcony. Indoor heated pool was great used it a couple of times.
The area is great.
Will definitely be going back to stay 💯

Hired a two bedroom apartment for 8 nights, was pleasantly surprised to find it was also 2 bathroom when we arrived. We arrived around 12pm and our room was ready early which was much appreciated as we had been travelling since 5.30am.

The room was very spacious, and had a great outlook over the pool/towards the beach in the distance (8th floor). I was surprised to find the second bedroom which had the two singles for the children was the room which had access to the balcony. My children are old enough this wasn't a concern (just disappointed our room didn't have access!), if they were younger I would have been very uneasy about this, though the doors were quite heavy to open. The pillows were not overly comfortable and the bed was quite hard. It wasn't horribly uncomfortable, but definitely not the best hotel bed I have slept in.

Room was serviced mid-stay with dishwashing detergent, soap etc replenished as well as new linen. This was so lovely to come home to.

Location is AMAZING. Tram directly across the road for access to anywhere from Broadbeach to Helensvale & buses for everywhere else. Public transport was amazing for accessing theme parks and harbour town, blown away by how easy it was. Uber to and from the airport cost around $70 for an XL (to make sure our luggage fit).

The outdoor pool area is the most grand set up I have experienced, kids loved it. Indoor pool was lovely as well, kids also enjoyed this. I loved the spa after long days trotting around the theme parks. The outdoor furniture is in need of an upgrade, it looks dated, but is functional and comfortable.

The room had 3 TV's plus washer and dryer facilities. Great for not needing to travel with 8 days worth of clothes.

Onsite cafe was great for grabbing a coffee before heading to the tram for a day out. So convenient, nice coffee and lovely people working there.

The kitchen was missing a few items which would have been handy, full size tongs, baking tray, vegetable peeler, but we managed.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room is on the cusp of needing a refurbishment, the kitchen appliances and dryer are worn, as well as the bathrooms being ready for an upgrade due to heavy use. This didn't detract from our stay, and I have high standards when it comes to hotels.

Woolworths and Coles are across the road at Pacific Fair, as well as Woolworths a 10min walk at The Oasis. (If you're heading to the Oasis, stop in at Little Red Dumpling 👌).

You can hire beach towels from reception for $3 per towel for the duration of your stay, this was important to me so we didn't need to pack them in our luggage. I wish the beach towels had of been larger, but this wasn't a huge issue.

I would 100% recommend Bel Air on Broadbeach to anyone looking for somewhere to use as a home away from home with great access to public transport.

Room was lovely. The taps in the bathroom need updating as does the shower screen. The taps drip. The fan in the loungeroom didn't work. The pools were lovely and location is great for the beach and the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at he Bel Air previously and found it comfortable,easily accessible,and close to amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, although it is important to be aware of attendance times.
The rooms were large and fitted with TVs and air-conditioner.
The pool area is family friendly and the small coffee shop is an advantage,when it is coffee time.
Any items needing attention were attended to promptly. Overall an enjoyable family holiday.

We stayed in room 2051 which was great, we had 4 balconies to relax on, one of which was HUGE! Great size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped, only negative was the showers need an upgrade but other than that great place to stay! Will definitely be back.

I brought my family here to stay for the week. The location is amazing with the public transport right out the front to take us everywhere.
The two bedroom apartment was fantastic. The facilities were great and the beds were comfortable.
We will definitely come back again.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom and from the moment we checked in we were treated with great service and friendliness. We arrived early and we were given the pool pass to use while our room was being prepared. The location was amazing and across from pacific fair and walking distance from the beach. All staff were consistently polite and friendly. We will return back again thanks again.

We stayed at Bel Air last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. We arrived early and it was no trouble at all for them to arrange access to the pool area while we waited for our room to be ready for an early check in. Our room was a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool which was lovely. There were no issues with the room, it was clean and tidy and we couldn't ask for anything more. Parking on site was free as well. We will be staying here again when we return to the Gold Coast. I have stayed at a few places on the Gold Coast but this was by far the best for the price – value for money.

Even though the staff was busy they ensured that we got safely into our room and everything was good to go. The view was amazing from the room and very comfortable. The pool, spa and distance to the beach was perfect to get lots of swims in.
