Where to stay in Gold Coast

I can say i love and like this place because it’s easy to go out qnd many activities to do

Great resort right next to sea world. Splash pad and pool a hit with the kids. Pity the public bus only stops at the other end of sea world so quite a walk with luggage

Room was okay but very noisy. Restaurants plenty of choices. Breakfast was okay but the wait time is unbelievable. We weren't sent our theme park tickets early had to ask for them when we checked in, our room wasn't ready at 3.30pm so given another room. Seaworkd it's self was a disappointment as some ride not going , rides not open at opening time but later just not thr same with all the side...

Room Facilities are poor, no one was available to carry luggage on arrival and breakfast was clumsy and poor.

I was a nice weekend for my family. We celebrated my kids birthday and we couldn't wait to comeback here. Such a good deal we get. The room has very nice view

Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty mid, the carpet was old and stained, the fire alarm above the bed kept flashing all night, the pillows were way too firm, the fridge in the room was super loud. The reception was nice though

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to. There was paint peeling off, chips, cracks, unclean carpet, unkept room items. The clock was flashing random time, I didn't check to see if the TV was working, but it didn't mater, I wasn't staying in the room...

We booked the ocean view room and it was nice! The hotel is close to the beach.

We had a great time at Mantra in surfers. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower head , the water was barely coming out due to build up of limescale and an old shower head. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Overall a pleasant stay

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

Room is clean and big. Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia. And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Moreover, breakfast was suspended due to a typhoon. The hotel doesn't have a staff to clean every day. You should be mentally prepared before checking in.

spacious modern apartments in the heart of Broadbeach, very close to the beach, shopping and trams/ buses.

My partner and I stayed at The Wave for 12 days on the 11th level in mid March 23. Big and spacious 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic facilities with pools and well equipped gym to mention a couple. The front desk people always helpful and informative on any queries we had and happy to help out where needed. The manager was very helpful on check in and I was impressed that every room had a balcony. Parking was a breeze and I slept in one of the most comfortable bed for a long time. Well done guys. I WILL BE BACK! Billy

Spacious rooms. Clean, quiet, near a bakery, cafe, and Coles supermarket. A few minor issues: the toilet seat was the wrong size and wasn't fixed to the pedestal; TV had 'no signal ', with no instructions about how to fix this.

Friendly service. Allowed us to check in very early as we needed to empty car to drop family off at airport. Comfy bed. Only downfall was we tried to use spa but wasn’t able to start it. Value for price paid.

The rooms were spacious and beds were okay, the position was perfect for the breeze coming from the beach. It was also great to be able to sit on the balcony while friends were hanging out in the pool.

Not a very clean room. The fan and the oven racks were filthy. The two balconies have never been swept or mopped. There was a cupboard full of left over belongings from other guests. The location was perfect for my stay at John Flynn Hospital but the stairs were a huge negative.

It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it.

So close to Beach. Recommend this property. But lacked any wash clothes

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the apartment had everything you need from full sized fridge/freezer to washing machine/dryer and cooking facilities! Beautiful place, three swimming pools, with the top looking over to sea.

A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna. The beach is only a short stroll away and a bunch of funky restuarants and bars at you doorsrep.

Three pools within waking distance to the beach. A pro tip: go for a swim in the top pool at night and enjoy the lights of the city

The apartment is spacious and includes a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. I had to visit the reception daily to collect amenities, but the staff were friendly. A light rail station is conveniently located just outside the back door. Overall, the hotel met my expectations.

Apartment was huge- we appreciated an upgrade from 2 to 3 bedroom. Location is great- one block from the beach, a nice walk into Cavill. Tram stop out the front. Pools and spas were great. Rooms need some upgrades but were functional, clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the 14th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. The size was of the rooms was fantastic. My two teenage kids loved the pools , gym and how close public transport was to the resort . Nice quiet end of surfers Would stay again

Best family holiday there were 14 adults and 8 children. Surfers Aquarius was wonderful we had 6 apartments and they were all different but suited each family the front desk was amazing so helpful the indoor and outdoor pool wonderful and the outside barbecue was a great space !! It is in a perfect location, walkable distance to the beach, easy to catch public transport because it is just along the road. The rooms are fairly good but they should put universal adapters in the rooms. The first day I really suffered, the batteries for my phones and laptop drained until I bought a universal adapter the following day. Very convenient location extremely close to the tram station and only a short walk to restaurants. The king bed was 2 singles pushed together with nothing to hold them. Kitchen had 2 saucepans nothing that is suitable for cooking a regular meal. Receptionists were super friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

While fridge, microwave, and dishwasher are installed, cooking stoves are not installed in the room. So you can't cook your own foods in your room actually with ingredianets bought from e.g. COLES.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe guest room, lagoon view with a balcony. We loved the breathtaking ocean views at the balcony. The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. If anyone is looking for a resort-style of accommodation in Gold Coast, this would be a pleasant choice.
