I attended a seminar at the Novotel. The room was adequate for the size however the presentation screen was between 2 large windows which wasn't ideal. The food quality was very good, lunch was plentiful but morning and afternoon tea was limited. I didn't stay in the hotel. It was very handy for the tram and for local shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here but strongly recommend booking for dinner well in advance if you're wanting to eat within the hotel. Came here for a work conference and the facilities and staff were fantastic. Great multi use spaces for conferences. Our conference was 600 people, but it could have probably handled even more. Staff were wonderful, nice and green. Enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and tidy, room staff were incredible. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Went to High Tea on Sunday and I can't speak highly enough of the service from when you arrive to when you leave. The food was delicious with a good variety of savoury and sweet treats. Array of teas to choose from, or a plunger of coffee if you prefer. The ladies running the place were all very friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back.

We booked the two bedroom apartment with ocean view and it was very spacious, big huge balcony and the views were superb. The location was perfect, The tram station was only a minutes walk away. Great value for money.

I felt like I was at home, first hotel I’ve even stayed at where it had everything I needed and it was super comfy and cosy. A beautiful hotel and complex. The service was exceptional. The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous. The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like.

Good but like all hotels post covid, they don't have staff. You have to take your own bags to your room. 4 star hotels have porters and offer that standard. Mitigating factor is as above. Great place to stay, our 2bed apartment was clean and tidy. Was a little dated but for the price not bad. We had a great view back to the ocean on the 14th floor. Air conditioning broke on 1st day they moved me to a much older style room and low floor after a night of listening to water dripping from ac vents. Couldn't fix it until morning shift arrived. Love taking our little boat over from the GC....over water Bungalow a little tired but very clean. Restaurant & food amazing. Loved the cabana by the pool, more signage on the track would be good. Loved the sunset cocktails & music. Will be back

This place has so much potential but unfortunately the legal battle going on is preventing that. Our accommodation was wonderful and the locals are so lovely but unfortunately most of the facilities are rundown and unmaintained apart from the pool. We still had a great time tho and will be visiting again in the future

So beautiful. Ferry ride was amazing, water so perfect, crew was very helpful. Check in was a breeze. Staff are really happy and eager to help with information and attractions.Our apartment is facing the marina and the hinterlands. Only spent one night but would definitely return. Checking in was pleasant with friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms are quite large, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend to families as well. Room rates very good price. If you are a golfer perfect.

Rooms are satisfactory. I didn't mind as you don't spend much time in them. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Advise trying to find a deal online before booking. Heard about for a long time, never been until today. Great place, kids loved it, great location. Food was spot on, plenty of drink choices too. Once my dad gets out here from the UK will be coming back for sure, if not, either way will be back!

This is hands down the best place I have gone to for steak!!! Amazing food and amazing service I would 100% recommend going here! 300 gram sirloin steak with garlic sauce chips and mash is my go to!!

Lovely authentic Irish bar. We had a lovely time enjoying a few cold ones of the black stuff. We will certainly visit again as the staff were great and friendly.
