The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The worst part of my stay was having to be leave this paradise. I can’t fault this place and the service one bit! Highly recommend!!!

I attended the Star Casino for the first time for the nye masquerade ball, the place was so beautiful, staff were so helpful and I had such a good time

Shout out to my server Courtney who was so amazing and attentive, she did such a great job looking after my table and I, and to who I assume was her supervisor who was also amazing and had to duct tape me into my shoes after a blow out

room is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensures a restful night's sleep. The hotel's service is top-notch, making the stay even more enjoyable

10/10 would highly recommend coming here, and can vouch from my brief experience that they provide the best service I have ever witnessed

Take note if you do plan to go to the ****** to play, always take a ticket when you enter the car park and when any of your travel mates have earned 5 tier points in the ****** with the star club card, go claim the free car park and you can save on paying for it

When you book the package including theme parks it includes Unlimited access to sea world, movie world and white water world until 5pm on your check out day

I can say i love and like this place because it’s easy to go out qnd many activities to do

Great resort right next to sea world. Splash pad and pool a hit with the kids. Pity the public bus only stops at the other end of sea world so quite a walk with luggage

I was a nice weekend for my family. We celebrated my kids birthday and we couldn't wait to comeback here. Such a good deal we get. The room has very nice view

Service is superb, package include 4 parks entry which is great. Water park in hotel is fun!

You can also book with buffet breakfast which was pretty yummy also. Dinner at resort was fast service and yummy delicious food (pizza and pasta dishes so good!!!)

In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine

Nice clean good sized room in a very good location. The wifi being a bit slow unless you paid for fast was a little off putting

Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty mid, the carpet was old and stained, the fire alarm above the bed kept flashing all night, the pillows were way too firm, the fridge in the room was super loud. The reception was nice though

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to

I can’t express how amazing this place actually is. It made the next hotel I visited look unappealing despite it being a good hotel

The staff were lovely, lobby was open (space wise), clean and welcoming and a 24/7 reception desk

Odd smell in the rooms, I had to have the balcony doors open all the time. Even the closest had a musty smell. So be aware to leave your clothes hanging in there, bring a deodorising agent. The hotel and rooms are clean

Love that it’s a freshwater pool and not chlorine/salt. While the QR codes to order drinks from the bar at the pool chairs didn’t work at the time, it wasn’t that far to walk and was totally worth it

Good but like all hotels post covid, they don't have staff. You have to take your own bags to your room. 4 star hotels have porters and offer that standard. Mitigating factor is as above. We didn't get it done however

No big deal, just weird- as upon checking out, an electronic payment was also used. The hot tub was full most of the time. Short walk to the central activity areas. Hotel bar closed exceptionally early for a weekend

It was a good experience staying at the Novotel Gold Coast; breakfast was good, offering a variety of fresh options, and the location was convenient, close to popular beaches, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Surfers Paradise beach. There's a shopping center next door with an indoor shortcut directly to the beach, so you can get there without stepping outside

Service was a major disappointment, especially at the front desk. I booked a deluxe family room, and despite there being plenty of empty deluxe family rooms with ocean views, the front desk twice refused to switch us

The sink area was also very small, making it very cramped for a family's toiletries, and the faucet was an unreasonable distance from the basin, causing water to splash easily onto the side

Additionally, despite being a family room, the sink was designed too high, without consideration for families. Children can't reach it, and there was no small stool or footrest available

Ocean-facing rooms might hear the beach night market, but it's definitely better than the river-facing side, which has a bar that's so loud on weekends it's impossible to sleep

Relatively old facility and room, but extremely good location and services, nice environment, 24hr front desk, room is spacious, good price.

Food was good didn't like our seat people walking close to us all night would have been better if we were closer to window but they are for bigger groups would not go by ourselves again not romantic place for couple

Excellent Stay with Convenience, Comfort, and Class!  I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance during their stay.

Hotel room is clear and very comfortable, I satisfied that journey and breakfast buffet so delicious many choices

Bathroom was a bit dirty and the decor looked a bit tired but opposite the tram and the pool and online ordering was a lovely touch

We ordered in-room dining and the serving size ( particularly of the Club Sandwich ) was fantastic ! A big thankyou to James, who was exceptional in his job in this area ! This was our 2nd stay at the Royal Pines and we look forward to a future visit !

Breakfast in the morning was amazing! The pool level restaurant was closed for refurbishment at the time (it’s open again now) so we were upgraded to the restaurant on level 21

Great service, good facility, clean, nice room, well equipped, great location and things to do at the hotel, nice resort, great food options available

The pool and bouncing pillow outside are great to keep the kids entertained

Need an adult only area in the breakfast buffet - otherwise, staff was amazing 🤩

Safety box in the room was out of order. Towels too old in the bathroom. Outdoor spa wasn't fun because not strong enough for bubbling. However reception staff were very friendly.

The resort has the Twin Towns club within the building and has a range of eateries, pokies and live entertainment. The resort itself has a nice pool, spa, mini golf course, games room and gym

Clean rooms, quiet, comfy bed & pillow, huge, attached to a club, walking distance to everything you could need and lots of facilities available. Our room had a lovely outlook and privacy.

Great place to stay, our 2bed apartment was clean and tidy. Was a little dated but for the price not bad. We had a great view back to the ocean on the 14th floor. Lower floors may struggle for views given its positioning

The night staff specifically Omar was fantastic during my stay. Great guy with an awesome ability to engage customers and keep things calm and on track.

Staff were very friendly and the centre itself had a few good places to eat. Also, much quieter than the other end of the main strip near the surf club

Walked in off street and had brekkie. Delicious hot and cold all you can eat buffet. Would definitely recommend and we would go again and again

Don’t forget to book for dinner at marlin bar and you will not be disappointed. Whilst it may take longer to get your coffees and meals please remember you are on island time and there is limited staff

We still had a great time tho and will be visiting again in the future

Whilst we were a little concerned about all the negative reviews, we are so glad we stuck with our booking at Couran Cove

Love taking our little boat over from the GC. over water Bungalow a little tired but very clean. Loved the cabana by the pool, more signage on the track would be good. Loved the sunset cocktails & music

Also paddle board and kayak was good. Hire cheap at $10 per person per day, and covered both activities. Used one tennis court and was in good condition

Only one main restaurant open at night that we noticed, but good was good. Not huge shop, but we were able to buy eggs and bread

One of the best experiences i have ever had! The room is spacious, and I love that I can request for different types of pillows, which is extremely helpful for quality sleep! The balcony view is also astonishing!

The hotel is located in an excellent position. It offers both sea view and river view with different styles. Usually, I stay in the sea-view rooms more often. This time, I specially chose the river-view rooms

The hotel facilities are a little old-fashioned but very clean, warm and comfortable. Especially, it is equipped with a coffee machine and slippers, providing convenience for business travelers

The only minus is that another building block the view during sunrise and sunset and perhaps sofitel should run promotions more frequently

Great place, close to the beach and all the nice restaurants Not working safe and lack of smart tv was the only minus.

The ocean view was gorgeous, and I got a really good rate, if I can get that rate again I'll definitely be back!

Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia

And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors

Very nice hotel, convenient and close to the beach, but the swimming pool not large enough

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

I will definitely be back next time so I can relax by the pool, soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail or two

Self serve water and ice machines on each level. Pearls Bar was a lovely spot for a night cap. Swim up bar in hotel pool and lots of sun lounges and tables for dining at

QT Gold Coast is a fantastic hotel that left a lasting impression on us, and we wouldn’t think twice about staying there again. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of

Due to the design of the shower (no doors/half open shower), our bathroom was constantly flooded so we've had to step on cold water each time we entered which detracted from the experience

A great place for kids!! Although, I felt my Mr 2 couldn't benefit from a great deal and the water in the pool/water park areas was absolutely freezing cold. Definitely a great place to revisit when he's older

Perfect for young families wanting to keep the kids entertained on the days you aren't going to theme parks. The pools, play equipment and kids activities are perfect for kids up to about 14

Pools and waterslides were a lot of fun for the kids, albeit a bit packed when we were there

Even to this day if our son sees us packing to go somewhere he asks enthusiastically 'Are we going to Paradise Resort?'

Our family loved our stay at Paradise Resort. Our 3yo loved the water park! Our 1yo had lots if fun too

Bar and Food prices are reasonable considering you are somewhat isolated. Supermarkets nearby if needed. All shuttles and buses to attractions land here and tickets can be booked onsite at the mini mart

Love the accommodation and the view. The service was great, new towels were replaced, beds were made up, dishwasher was emptied. Perfect

The amenities were top-notch, with a well-maintained pool, a fully equipped gym. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, our stay at Q1 exceeded my expectations

Having visited the Gold Coast many times, our first stay at Q1 this time was exceptional. Our 59th-floor ocean-view suite with dual city vistas was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking panoramas

It's literally 1-minute-far from a light rail station (Surfer's Paradise Station). And all the staff there was really really nice. Cleaning staff maintained our room super clean every day during our stay

The hotel is nice but the location is a bit out, if you don't have a car that will not be convenient because the public transport bus is around 800ms away walk

It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out

We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable

The buffet breakfast is good value if the room package is included it

Basic room with the essentials. Couple of mosquitos in the room were annoying and the room was a bit dark. Nothing terrible, nothing great, an average hotel.

The decor is absolutely stunning. The room we stayed in was very clean and there’s a plus for me. High tea is always so good there. Pool is awesome and good for kids. Also an adult only section is great

It’s the little things that matter and they are the things that are missing for a 5 star hotel. The room was lovely, gym is well equipped, pool area is beautiful and food was good

Stayed here for a family wedding and had the best time! Delicious food, best buffet breakfast. Everything was clean and well presented. We had a baby in tow and it wasn't an issue at all

The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous

The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like

I choose the one bedroom suite which was great with a nice balcony. Issues: The washing machine was full with soaked unwashed towels when I arrived. There were however fresh towels available for use

One of the 2 elevators was out of service during my entire stay and the other one was often quite busy taking ages to arrive. Pool was large but freezing cold. Pros: Bed was very comfortable

Loved our stay here. Pool, spa and sauna were great. Gym could do with some new equipment but we made it work. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location just a 10 minute walk into the centre of surfers.

Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom+toilet unit on the ground floor. Warm welcoming feeling as we entered the unit. We arrived late, and hotel has enabled online check in for us with codes sent securely

Stayed room 02 ground floor perfect when you have small kids not getting worried if they try to climb the rails in the veranda. Room is newly renovated and clean

A beautiful swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi. The weather was too chill for swimming in July though. The service was good, and breakfast was ok. Not much options but foods were good

Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc

I think this is one of the best Marriot hotels I stayed. It has a beautiful lagoon and facilities and services are good. Two tram stops away from surfers paradise. View is from the room is also nice.

Lots of different pools with slides for the kids. They had mini golf and tennis courts on site, plus a small cafe/restaurant that did the job

My stay here with my family was really great. The food on site was really amazing. A great variety of pools and slides are available, which caters to people of all ages. It is probably more suited to families

All the staff at resort were welcoming and helpful. From the breakfast and kids packs on arrival, kids club, cinema, The Deck, games room, pool options and splash zones, you couldn’t want for anything

Just returned from a 7 day stay with the family. This kids loved having the huge range of pools and activities available at their door step. The rooms were well kept and spacious

"Welcome Home!" Nothing beats arriving at this resort and being welcomed that way! Just had a five night stay at the beautiful Turtle Cove Resort and it was amazing as always. There is no place like it, just magical

The pool is beautiful & is the highlight of the whole complex. Rooms are quite spacious, quiet & secure. It’s also very close to all the major theme parks, a small shopping centre & some restaurants

The closing time for pool and other amenities is a bit early especially if you are on holiday and are out all day and don’t return to the resort until 8 pm. The time realistically should be 10:30 not 9

When we parked we noticed that the car spaces are larger than the ones in other places we stayed at which is a bonus. Check in was fast and easy and the staff member was friendly

The only thing that would have been a benefit would be a guest book showing where the gym and other facilities were located at the resort as we had to go and search

As the apartment goes it was clean. The kitchen was spacious with anything one would need to make a meal. The dishwasher was a Miele so it ran quietly
