When you book the package including theme parks it includes Unlimited access to sea world, movie world and white water world until 5pm on your check out day

I can say i love and like this place because it’s easy to go out qnd many activities to do

Great resort right next to sea world. Splash pad and pool a hit with the kids. Pity the public bus only stops at the other end of sea world so quite a walk with luggage

I was a nice weekend for my family. We celebrated my kids birthday and we couldn't wait to comeback here. Such a good deal we get. The room has very nice view

Service is superb, package include 4 parks entry which is great. Water park in hotel is fun!

You can also book with buffet breakfast which was pretty yummy also. Dinner at resort was fast service and yummy delicious food (pizza and pasta dishes so good!!!)

In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine

Nice clean good sized room in a very good location. The wifi being a bit slow unless you paid for fast was a little off putting

Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty mid, the carpet was old and stained, the fire alarm above the bed kept flashing all night, the pillows were way too firm, the fridge in the room was super loud. The reception was nice though

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to

Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia

And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors

Very nice hotel, convenient and close to the beach, but the swimming pool not large enough

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

I will definitely be back next time so I can relax by the pool, soak up the sun and enjoy a cocktail or two

Self serve water and ice machines on each level. Pearls Bar was a lovely spot for a night cap. Swim up bar in hotel pool and lots of sun lounges and tables for dining at

The room is spacious, our family of 6 stayed very comfortably, and the view is great

The hotel was amazing, and we got in after check in, but staff were only a phone call away and helped us with our keys. Had a bbq on the top deck one night and it was lovely

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers

It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in

Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks

Room prices are affordable especially for this time of year. The staff are so helpful, they even offered to help carry our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach

The manager was very helpful on check in and I was impressed that every room had a balcony. Parking was a breeze and I slept in one of the most comfortable bed for a long time. Well done guys. I WILL BE BACK! Billy

The rooms were spacious and beds were okay, the position was perfect for the breeze coming from the beach. It was also great to be able to sit on the balcony while friends were hanging out in the pool.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well presented, as was the pool and spa area. Great location with everything close by and an excellent chinese restaurant next door

Nice and clean, good restaurant next door. It’s a simple room, has what you need, fridge and microwave and close to supermarkets and the beach

I was here for work and would come back again manager Dean was friendly and helpful

My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor

The front staff were extremely friendly. Location to the beach awesome. Local shops and restaurants great. Room clean a tidy. Very enjoyable stay.

From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help

Lovely place, nice and clean and quiet even when busy. Great view and high enough up that you can't hear the street noise. Room has high quality cooking appliances and most items to cook in the room

Loved our time in Apartment 305. Just wonderful and relaxing, handy to pool and ground floor. Will be back. Awesome beach, great shopping and beautiful cafes and restaurants. Love your pool, sauna and spa. 20 stars

The pool area is great and so is the theatre that you can book out. I would definitely stay here again to watch the world go by! Rooms were serviced every 5 days which is unusual for a holiday rental apartment

Can I give 6 stars for the location. Awesome family holiday and perfect location. Really did not have to drive anywhere.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the apartment had everything you need from full sized fridge/freezer to washing machine/dryer and cooking facilities! Couches were comfy, bed was comfy and the apartment had that spacious/ fresh and airy feel to it! We had a front balcony with pool views and even a back balcony off main bedroom! Could not fault! Best resort beach style pool you could ask...

My apartment was a bit run down. Old appliances and CRT TV in bedroom (says a lot). Positives... Nice grounds and pool/BBQ area great for kids.

Excellent location , great pool, relaxing surroundings. Unit very comfortable had everything we needed and if not the helpful reception staff were able to assist us. Parking onsite for our vehicle

A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna

Three pools within waking distance to the beach. A pro tip: go for a swim in the top pool at night and enjoy the lights of the city

Great location and views, friendly staff, decent size apartments. Resort, deck round pool and rooms are a bit dated and need a bit of upgrade and general mainenance.

The location is perfect, the 1 bedroom oceanview apartments has everything we needed for our stay. The new management was really helpfull with lots of local knowledge

We already booked our next holiday there as they said the prices will go up

Looks nice from the outside, got to our room and it was a big shock, old and run down plus it had a musky wet mold smell. After speaking to management they agreed to move us rooms, the second room was much better

Recently updated and had no smell at all. We paid for a beach view room, not really a view as the room was more facing the city than the beach. Only reason we have it 3 stars is due to the staff that work there

The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

Facilities such as pool and gym are very small compared to the images online, not what I expected for the value I paid. Ocean view room was blocked by the first tower in front of us, although still nice

Came here for my partner's 30th and had an amazing time! Views are incredible, amenities are insane (the games room was like a mini Timezone), and they even had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us when we came back on her birthday

Pool towels would be nice too, although i had read reviews and i was already prepared with our own. Just a hassle to have to bring them

The pools are really nice with different heating so you can choose what temperature suits you best. The only feedback is that it would be nice to have at least one cleaning service

I dont know how long you have to stay to get the apartment cleaned, we stayed 5 nights. We had cleaning equipment that we used, but for the price, getting towels changed one would have been nice

Can not recommend this place highly enough, great location, lovely rooms, a pool to keep the kids occupied for days. We always come here and will be back again and again.

There are three pools, cold, warm, and a couple of warmer spas so you can find the perfect temperature. They do a wonderful job keeping the gardens and pools clean. We had a fabulous time swimming every day

The midstay room service changed the towels and sheets but didn’t seem to clean anything so the floor and bathroom felt a bit dirty by the end of our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay and would go back

Room was good and location of the property also good. Swimming pools were great and there was a lifeguard on duty. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by disinterested staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant

Showing it's age and attention to detail cleaning would push this hotel to 4 stars plus. Very large room, I mean really large. Fantastic swimming pools with life guard on duty

The apartment is spacious and includes a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. I had to visit the reception daily to collect amenities, but the staff were friendly

A light rail station is conveniently located just outside the back door. Overall, the hotel met my expectations

We stayed on the 14th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. The size was of the rooms was fantastic. My two teenage kids loved the pools , gym and how close public transport was to the resort

There was a small issue with the security deposit, but staff were quick to respond and explain it. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was clean, as well as two indoor spas

Surfers Aquarius was wonderful we had 6 apartments and they were all different but suited each family the front desk was amazing so helpful the indoor and outdoor pool wonderful and the outside barbecue was a great space !! Local surf club had great food and we were right in the beach!!

A underground carpark was included in the price, which was easy to access. We arrived after hours and the instructions to access our room keys was easy to follow. We'd definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and very professional. The view was amazing worth every penny. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

Apartment was clean on arrival, though the decor slightly outdated. It was incredibly spacious with a large balcony that had excellent city views (with some beach views too)

The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end

So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use

Stayed on Level 59, the room was better than expected with an awesome view

However, the room had several problems, the cold water tap did not work for the outside toilet, wooden doors rotten and moldy, few drawers broken and the worst was shown on the picture inside the master room drawer

Excellent access to tram and bus service, Woolworths, Friendly Grocer and other shops. Very short walk to beach. Gym facilities and pool/spa nice.

This place was absolutely amazing. Cleanliness was superb ( 10/10) Staffs were friendly and helpful. We came here for vacation with the friends, we really enjoyed it

The hotel and team were absolutely amazing and on top of everything

Parking is easy and access is secured via control fob attached to your room key. Only downside is the construction behind the hotel and they start work so early from 7 am

Additionally members of stuff only work during the day, if you need help in the night you are on your own. I feel if they improve on some of the concerns being raised by people it will be one of the best places to stay

Then I feel receptionists are not very friendly and what's more shocking is that they dispose off stuff immediately after checking out when you forget in the room unless a gadget is what they keep only for 30 days

Best staff, very friendly, was very clean. Step out ur on the beach, kids park right there. Most beautiful pools, gardens an mantaince is more then tidy an perfect. Best place to stay on the gold coast.

Nice rooms great location. The chlorine level in the pool was way to high my eyes and the eyes of alot of other people were very sore after.thats my only complaint

It isn't hard to understand why, with comfortable clean rooms, exceptional dining experiences, and friendly workers in the hotel and in the pool areas who work tirelessly to bring the entire experience to guests

I mainly go for the swimming pools: a wobby-gong shark shaped chlorine pool that once had a lazy river that is now gone (for safety reasons, supposedly); and the saltwater pool which apparantly has fish, but I couldn't find any

But that saltwater pool is so nice to swim in because you float easily and the salt and sand makes my skin feel so soft. I have tried the teppanyaki years ago

It's special to be swimming in the pool and looking up at the hotel rooms, and then retreat back to the room and looking down at the pool

The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. If anyone is looking for a resort-style of accommodation in Gold Coast, this would be a pleasant choice

When I went in 2017 it was great, I'm not sure if it's changed much. There is an underground carpark with two levels. It was easy to grab a park, but some of the spaces are tight if they are next to the walls
