A very big spacious room Nice view Good location Nice pool and hot tub
Came here for my partner's 30th and had an amazing time! Views are incredible, amenities are insane (the games room was like a mini Timezone), and they even had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us when we came back on her birthday
Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The rooms are excellently maintained, service provided by all staff are flawless
This location has a pool and fitness centre. Want to take your breath away, rent a beach view
Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up
Had a 2 bedroom suite in tower 2. Ocean view which was beautiful but obviously not as close as tower 1. Room was spacious and beds really comfortable. Staff also lovely to deal with

Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking is available at the premises. Pool area is sheltered from the street and a variety of restaurants, shops etc are right on the doorstep
Friendly and accommodating reception who helped us out when it came to the underground garage. Close to everything, groceries, restaurants, clubs and transport
Booked a “2 bed ocean view superior” room to find myself on level 1 listening to road noise, with a view of the pool filtration unit, pool, pool umbrella, road, trees and an ocean glimpse off one corner of the tiny balcony
We happily gave our recycling to the lady on reception who gladly took it for her children to recycle We will be back again but I will be requesting ocean front views next time and bringing some extra towels if I have room in the suitcase
Really enjoy staying here for our annual getaway. Our one bedroom superior room is spot on when it comes to space, internet and balcony facing the ocean
Location cannot be beaten as it is right in the heart of Broadbeach and directly across the road from the beach. View from the apartment is spectacular. Apartment was light and airy with everything you could need

Well equipped, 2 TV's, full kitchen (although no bottle opener-not an issue; just drank wine instead), air con lounge and main bed, fans in other two rooms. The pool was beautiful and well maintained
This building has as a bit of age about it but still quite nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. These are individual units so vary in furnishings. Has a decent pool and BBQ area
Great location, excellent room sizes with plenty of room. Huge balcony. The BBQ area was really functional and the pool was perfect. The carpark was easy to access and use
Or you can just hang around in the beautiful pool on the grounds
It can be quite noisy in the units close to the road, espcially on ground level, but its not a deal breaker. Staff were always very friendly, helpful and courteous
Just would like to highly recommend this place , great facilities, great staff great apartments all round !!! We have found our new go to Thanks so much

The casino also offers a range of exclusive experiences, such as private gaming rooms and a VIP gaming lounge. The dining options at The Star Gold Coast are extensive, with over 20 restaurants and bars to choose from
Overall, The Star Gold Coast is a world-class entertainment destination that offers visitors a wide range of experiences. From gaming and dining to live music and theater, there is something for everyone to enjoy
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here but strongly recommend booking for dinner well in advance if you're wanting to eat within the hotel. The room was lovely, very clean and a generous size (executive king suite)
The theater has a capacity of over 2,000 seats and has hosted some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Mariah Carey, Jerry Seinfeld, and Elton John
The Star Gold Coast is a sprawling complex that offers a wide range of entertainment options, including a hotel, casino, restaurants, bars, and a theater

We love staying at Royal pines. Very family friendly and the kids love it. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely. Staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming from reception, down to the restaurant and pool areas
Breakfast in the morning was amazing! The pool level restaurant was closed for refurbishment at the time (it’s open again now) so we were upgraded to the restaurant on level 21
The pool and bouncing pillow outside are great to keep the kids entertained
If I had to note one very minor downfall, it would be that my son gets upset that the arcade kids area isn't there all year round and only on school holidays. But as I said, it's a very minor downfall
Came here for a work conference and the facilities and staff were fantastic. Great multi use spaces for conferences. Our conference was 600 people, but it could have probably handled even more
Went to High Tea on Sunday and I can't speak highly enough of the service from when you arrive to when you leave. The food was delicious with a good variety of savoury and sweet treats

The bars and restaurants, pool and hang out areas were great. Perfect proximity to beach and surfers. The pool area was nice too Will be back for sure
From the TV being strategically placed directly in from on bed, to having a Dyson hairdryer and Kevin Murphy shampoo. Too comfy robes and a great swimming pool
Not the best hotel I have been to, but very cute and quirky little touches here and there that make it feel different and special. Cleanliness gets a 4/5, but good location and a nice place to stay for long weekend or so
But, against all odds, the team at the QT hotel made our check-in process a breeze, even at the ungodly hour of 2:30 am. I was immediately struck by the spaciousness of our room and the undeniable comfort of the bedding
I am currently staying at the QT. Now I usually don’t leave a review till after but I’m so happy with their service, rooms and everything I just couldn’t wait. Upon entering the hotel I was welcomed by amazing staff
We had an ocean front room with stunning views. The staff were awesome, the vibes and atmosphere of the hotel were friendly and buzzing. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was all fresh and delicious

Jack at the pool bar was such a hard worker and so friendly. Great service is hard to find recently and Sheraton Mirage have really nailed this aspect
The pool and swim up bar are the main features and we enjoyed them
And also to mention the beds: we slept like in heaven, although one of us is a very light sleeper!!! Thanks so much the wonderful employees here, especially the duty manager of the day of our arrival or the extremely friendly ladies st the guest service telephone
After reading some reviews here, I was a bit concerned for coming to the hotel but I have to say that I couldn’t find any small negative thing at this. Wonderful excellent first class place
Also Our waiter for the table was staff Sonia, Sonia went above and beyond to ensure we were all catered for. She made my entire family feel so welcomed and happy to be eating there
There was a small issue with our room and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was hassle free. Big thanks to Johnny, Abraham and Marie for really looking after us

Brilliant service in Bistro on 3. Lovely selection of Balmain Paris body products in our room. Nice selection of tea and coffee
The only 2 areas I would suggest for improvement are the coffee sachets, as these looked to have been in storage for some time and not enough milk pods. But they are minor issues and easily resolved
Brilliant location in the heart of Broadbeach. Wonderful variety of cafes and The Oasis shopping centre at your front door. Walking distance to the beach. Loved our room upgrade and the amazing views
Outside of the room, the staff were polite and friendly. Loved the floral display in the main lobby with the red standard poodle. Overall a relaxing 2 night stay. Easy walk to the beach and nearby cafes
We went to the Casino for a look which again was a nice walk. Loved all the lights at night in the parks, trees etc. Personally I’m not a shopper so no comment on that area
I booked for a king superior ocean view room through luxury escapes but instead received a twin bedroom throughout our stay. When talked to the manager, he said all the king bedroom are fully booked and unavailable

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pools is the highlight especially the salt water pool with fishes in it so you can snorkel. All staff were highly accomodating, friendly and polite
A great hotel for a weekend escape to the Gold Coast. Staff are great and the pool awesome! Big plus it's far enough out of surfers that you don't get the noise and hassles but close enough to walk in or catch the tram
Pool area Bed Amenities Food Thank you for the complementary bottle and dessert for our anniversary!!! 💕
Absolutely stunning hotel in Surfers Paradise with sweeping views of the ocean, the pools and lagoon (depending on your room). From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I felt like a queen
Our little stay-cay at the Marriott this weekend was so amazing. The Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool is absolutely the best I’ve seen and our room was clean and modern
Highly recommend JW Marriot Resort in Gold Coast! The most beautiful resort my family and I have been. Great location, amazing kids area, great restaurants, beautiful breakfast buffet and the most friendly staff members

The decor is absolutely stunning. The room we stayed in was very clean and there’s a plus for me. High tea is always so good there. Pool is awesome and good for kids. Also an adult only section is great
It’s the little things that matter and they are the things that are missing for a 5 star hotel. The room was lovely, gym is well equipped, pool area is beautiful and food was good
Stayed here for a family wedding and had the best time! Delicious food, best buffet breakfast. Everything was clean and well presented. We had a baby in tow and it wasn't an issue at all
The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous
The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like
Overall a good experience, but Can improve for the $$$ you are spending

Very spacious waiting lounge. The room we stayed was clean and quiet. Nice view of local shops as well as beaches( partly). Walking distance to shops and public transport. Not to mention surfers paradise too.
There is only limited parking and going in to the hotel is a bit hike since you need to drag your bags in the elevator of the car park that joint to the hotel then with the stairs going to the hotel by using your key card while holding your baggage
A great location. Handy to beach, trams, restaurants and shops. Room was nice with a sea view. Service was great, room service staff were very friendly. The spas were a wee bit cold. Would stay again.
In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine
So you juggled between your bags, key and heavy door with automatic lock (that's the only fault that I can say ) apart from that Overall experience are amazing, Highly recommend this hotel
Mantra on View is usually on of the cheaper hotels on the Gold Coast without being a hostel or motel. The hotel is a bit older and on the smaller side, but it is perfect for a weekend away

I can’t express how amazing this place actually is. It made the next hotel I visited look unappealing despite it being a good hotel
The staff were lovely, lobby was open (space wise), clean and welcoming and a 24/7 reception desk
Odd smell in the rooms, I had to have the balcony doors open all the time. Even the closest had a musty smell. So be aware to leave your clothes hanging in there, bring a deodorising agent. The hotel and rooms are clean
Love that it’s a freshwater pool and not chlorine/salt. While the QR codes to order drinks from the bar at the pool chairs didn’t work at the time, it wasn’t that far to walk and was totally worth it
Good but like all hotels post covid, they don't have staff. You have to take your own bags to your room. 4 star hotels have porters and offer that standard. Mitigating factor is as above. We didn't get it done however
No big deal, just weird- as upon checking out, an electronic payment was also used. The hot tub was full most of the time. Short walk to the central activity areas. Hotel bar closed exceptionally early for a weekend

Swimming pool is cold during winter, an on-demand warning system might help. As an engineer who actually cares about eco-friendly systems, I’ll suggest a solar panel-battery pack for your pool-warming
She also gave me one of the newly refurbished rooms on level 14. I love the big spa bath type tub and the view was beautiful. She ended up giving us free parking as well, normally $18. I loved the pool area and jacuzzi
Great location, right near light rail, great pool. Close walking distance to beach. Concierge Issac and receptionist Sarah - great service. Rooms are dated though and furniture looking quite old
Very good experience staying w/ them, the front desk was super friendly and always ready for going far to cater for your needs. It’s up to international-standard
The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was all right, staff paid enough attention so didn't have to wait for anything
The buffet was good as well, I like the mushroom w/ spinach and smoked salmon. Coffee could have been better

As someone with mobility issues I'd love the monorail to return, or some kind of buggy/train transport through the park as it's a long way to walk. The buffet breakfast line up was huge, but thankfully it moved quickly
Hi everyone I'm James, I'm 23 years old and I am legally blind. From the moment I stepped into the Sea World Resort I've received nothing but spectacular service
From the sweet I stayed in to the amazing team of staff I honestly, can't fault anything. From the prospective of a disabled/legally blind customer I without a doubt rate, my experience and stay at a 11/10
Loved our first stay at this resort. We received a room upgrade which exceeded our expectations. The room was so comfortable, quiet, with great concierge service
I have really enjoyed my stay at the Sea world Resort and can highly recommend to all

Pool: Outdoor pool (all year), Indoor pool (all year)
The only downside to the place we found was the pools, there are a few and they look great, but they are a bit on the cold side (about 24° and not heated), so we only used them the once, even the indoor “heated” one was only 26° and that pool was not good for kids
Also the spa pool had a max of 6 people, so for a place of this size, they could do with another 1 or 2. We’ll definitely be back though as this is pretty minor stuff
The resort has two outdoor pools and one indoor pool that provides for plenty of swimming and relaxation space. There is also a bar and game room
We stayed in a 3 bedroom sub penthouse (surprisingly well priced, we’re not rich). What an amazing place, the view as you’d expect, WOW. It was very clean, great parking, everything you need, comfy beds
Fantastic location and spacious apartments. Our apartment was starting to be a bit worn or dated with some of its decor. There were also the odd damaged, ill-fitting or missing items
Best apartment I've stayed at on surface paradise, amazing service. The room was nice and spacious, not much furniture feels kinda plane. It's in good walking distance of everything

Mixed experience! Stayed here with family for a week. Pros: some staff are friendly, nice pools, gym, surrounded by lush gardens, and decent buffet breakfast
This resort is away from the beach and main shopping and eating areas so good if you have a car. The best thing about this resort was the gym. The gym was the best equipped gym of any hotel I have ever been to
Nice clean rooms, large grounds. Rooms had a bar fridge which was handy for a travelling for work as I could keep my own food cool
Location is excellent if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but keep in mind there are no shops in walking distance. Overall an underwhelming but ok place to stay. Would stay somewhere else next time
We weren’t able to check in until after 2:30. We paid an additional $22 per person per day for the buffet breakfast which was great—until the day one of our kids got sick and couldn’t come to the breakfast
Location not near anything unless you drive, including supermarket and chemist etc. Our room was missing a curtain meaning lack of privacy and a light shined into the room at night

Comfortable room, with everything you will need. Location is good, across the road from the beach but not many places to eat out near by. The staff were friendly.
The welcoming email explaining check in, facilities, parking, etc. the staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The room was clean and had everything I needed and was in a great location.

A great place for kids!! Although, I felt my Mr 2 couldn't benefit from a great deal and the water in the pool/water park areas was absolutely freezing cold. Definitely a great place to revisit when he's older
Perfect for young families wanting to keep the kids entertained on the days you aren't going to theme parks. The pools, play equipment and kids activities are perfect for kids up to about 14
Pools and waterslides were a lot of fun for the kids, albeit a bit packed when we were there
Even to this day if our son sees us packing to go somewhere he asks enthusiastically 'Are we going to Paradise Resort?'
Our family loved our stay at Paradise Resort. Our 3yo loved the water park! Our 1yo had lots if fun too
Bar and Food prices are reasonable considering you are somewhat isolated. Supermarkets nearby if needed. All shuttles and buses to attractions land here and tickets can be booked onsite at the mini mart

Lots of different pools with slides for the kids. They had mini golf and tennis courts on site, plus a small cafe/restaurant that did the job
My stay here with my family was really great. The food on site was really amazing. A great variety of pools and slides are available, which caters to people of all ages. It is probably more suited to families
All the staff at resort were welcoming and helpful. From the breakfast and kids packs on arrival, kids club, cinema, The Deck, games room, pool options and splash zones, you couldn’t want for anything
Great place to stay. Lots of positive attributes. Rooms were great, everything you need in there. Great facilities. Good Options for food. Pools were great. Kids club was a bonus and lots of fun for my daughter.
Just returned from a 7 day stay with the family. This kids loved having the huge range of pools and activities available at their door step. The rooms were well kept and spacious

(The only thing is the noise of the construction in front that is too noisy at night time) but everything else is 10/10! The view on the floor 41 is incredible, nice pool, gym and different areas
(Most notably, from the lovely Danielle. ) From the instant we walked through the lobby doors we felt taken care of. We were hours early due to the early arrival time of our long, grueling overnight flight
Especially in the changing landscape of hospitality, I think the personal touches afforded by the staff members such as we experienced, are absolutely critical, and I hope that this company recognizes that and rewards and cultivates their customer-facing staff accordingly
Easy enough to walk to, but on a slightly more peaceful part of the strip. What really stood out for us about Rhapsody Resort was the care and the customer service we received throughout our stay
It was as if we were suddenly best friends with a local concierge, and we are so grateful for all they did as they went out of their way to make our stay special and free of hassles
You just don’t see that so much any more. I hope that the management knows what a wonderful operation they have going on at that front desk owing to Danielle and her colleagues
