Not a very clean room. The fan and the oven racks were filthy. The two balconies have never been swept or mopped. There was a cupboard full of left over belongings from other guests. The location was perfect for my stay at John Flynn Hospital but the stairs were a huge negative.

It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the apartment had everything you need from full sized fridge/freezer to washing machine/dryer and cooking facilities! The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Moreover, breakfast was suspended due to a typhoon. The hotel doesn't have a staff to clean every day. My partner and I stayed at The Wave for 12 days on the 11th level in mid March 23. Big and spacious 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. This is one of the best apartment hotel in gold coast. The location is indeed in the most visited area of surfers paradise. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, both facing to the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped, it felt like home. We cooked everyday during our stay. Very recommended accomodation in gold coast.

From the moment we reached out, they went above and beyond to try accommodate our needs as a family with a child with a disability and an assistance dog. Every holiday at Gold Coast we book at this resort! Loved the place over tye years, but it's going backwards a bit. The amenities are still great and neat, but the units are getting old, dirty and aren't very well looked after. Loved being close to the oasis shopping centre and so so close to the beach too. One block from the Broadbeach South tram stop so very easy to travel north or south on the coast.

While fridge, microwave, and dishwasher are installed, cooking stoves are not installed in the room. So you can't cook your own foods in your room actually with ingredianets bought from e.g. COLES.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe guest room, lagoon view with a balcony. We loved the breathtaking ocean views at the balcony. The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. If anyone is looking for a resort-style of accommodation in Gold Coast, this would be a pleasant choice.

The apartment I stayed in was fantastic. Everything was clean, it was spacious, the service by the reception staff was great, the place was right outside the train system, great value and the beach and shops were all within walking distance. I gave my stay 5/5 and if I get the opportunity to come to Surfers Paradise again I will be trying to stay at Palazzo Colonnades.

Great location few 100m's from the beach, tram right outside the doorstep and in between pac fair shopping centre and the heart of surfers. Fantastic location right near the Northcliffe tram station. We are in room 702 and it was a lovely clean two bedroom with views of the river and the ocean. We had a problem with the washing machine overflowing but I found Kara downstairs vacuuming in the lobby and she was an absolute legend helping us. I have stayed at he Bel Air previously and found it comfortable,easily accessible,and close to amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly, although it is important to be aware of attendance times. The rooms were large and fitted with TVs and air-conditioner. The pool area is family friendly and the small coffee shop is an advantage,when it is coffee time. Any items needing attention were attended...

We stayed in room 2051 which was great, we had 4 balconies to relax on, one of which was HUGE! Great size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped, only negative was the showers need an upgrade but other than that great place to stay! Will definitely be back.

Had such an amazing time stay here! Loved the pool facilities, room, view from the balcony and the location. Was a quiet spot yet so close to so many restaurants, bars etc. When we are next in the Gold Coast, will definitely try to book a room again. Thanks!

We were in a superior 2 bed apartment which was amazing. Service too was fantastic, with a lovely welcome gift on arrival. Pool and spa area was awesome. Location was so close to the Surfers Paradise action, which was great, but did get noisy at times...worth it though!

The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean and well presented, not necessarily recently refurbished but very clean and comfortable. Excellent size for a family as well. Pool area fabulous. Beds very comfortable and high quality sheets. Staff made the stay 5 star…, extremely accommodating, friendly and accommodating! Can’t wait to come back

Location is good as it’s only a short walk to shops and restaurants. We are currently staying in apartment 14 located on level 3. The noise from the cars outside and party goers the last two nights have been so noisy and regardless of windows being shut. We did request to move to a higher level so that it would be quieter given our 1 yr old toddler had continuously woken up throughout the night due...

It is absolutely beautiful location and amazing view. Very lovely furnished place. I'm still staying here we are leaving on Monday and i will never come to this place ever again. I can't get it how they can rate as a 4 star? Kitchen items were dirty and nothing in a proper working condition. There is a lamp in the room broken and can't connected, dishwasher so old you have to play with it to get it...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great views from 20th floor. We used all the pools, spas and steam room, plus swam in the surf. So many cafe/dining options within half a kilometre walk. And easy access to the bus network.

Geat place to stay, beach front, fully equipped, and has sundry shop infront of Apartment, Good security underground parking, staff friendly, 2nd room not aircond but has ceiling fan, PS3 and free wifi

The views are awesome, the facilities are a bit dated, but still pretty. BBQ area, outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, tennis court, free wifi in all apartments... Cleaning should be improved.

Free wifi, free parking in the building, all commodities in the apartment. Friendly staff. It would be great if the cleaning/maintenance was a bit better. You won't be able to use properlt the shower if you are taller than 1'65m....

Old building with dated interior. However well run/maintained. Has pretty much all you would need. 2 TV's per apartment, free WIFI for multiple devices. Secure parking. Interior/Exterior pools, children's area. Saunas. Superb views from all apartments.
