This is my second stay, the first time while at a work event nearby and this time for a few days with family. The hotel is starting to show signs of its age and needs some love. The rooms are a good size and most of the staff are delightful. A beautiful hotel and complex. The service was exceptional. The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous. The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like.

Agree with refurbish comments but still looking good. Stayed 5 nights with kids and they had lots of fun at the pool. The twin bed room was bigger than similar hotels and kids really enjoyed the evening chocolates! Housekeeping needs to keep up with the 5 star hotel. Once they came very late and the other day forgot to put a shampoo! Breakfast is good but nothing really stands out.

I don't know where to start... The room was amazing and very homely, the beds were amazing. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. The food there is amazing, we ate at another hotel the night before and it topped it without trying. Similar dishes but so much tastier. Perfect location just outside the bustle of Cavill Ave but only a short 10min walk away. The studio room was perfect for a single traveller, so spacious and with the kitchen amenities if you were staying for a long time. We stayed here for 7 nights. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. We had ocean and city views which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We always managed to get a car park even after returning to the hotel late at night, huge bonus as street parking was never available. My only complaint would be requesting toilet paper (2 rolls provided) and never receiving it.

We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was even though it was close to the flight path, the pool was great including the BBQ areas which we used. The GYM equipment was in good condition and modern. Location was excellent and wasn't overly busy on the beach like most of the other beaches.

The location and its surrounds are fantastic. Out of the busy area of the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise but close enough if you want to go in, the beach is great, coffee shops and food options as well. Great place, was there on the weekend of the 16-18th February. Great room, full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, all kitchen items and pots, pans, fry pan, cutlery and plates, glasses etc. You can even do laundry if you want, washing machine and dryer. I will be back for sure.

I was only using for the day but was a lovey and quiet gem hidden away only minute from Broadwater and the Grand Hotel in Labrador. Recommended to families.
