Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was pretty mid, the carpet was old and stained, the fire alarm above the bed kept flashing all night, the pillows were way too firm, the fridge in the room was super loud. The reception was nice though

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to. There was paint peeling off, chips, cracks, unclean carpet, unkept room items. The clock was flashing random time, I didn't check to see if the TV was working, but it didn't mater, I wasn't staying in the room...

We booked the ocean view room and it was nice! The hotel is close to the beach.

We had a great time at Mantra in surfers. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower head , the water was barely coming out due to build up of limescale and an old shower head. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Overall a pleasant stay

Room is clean and big. Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia. And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. Not a very clean room. The fan and the oven racks were filthy. The two balconies have never been swept or mopped. There was a cupboard full of left over belongings from other guests. The location was perfect for my stay at John Flynn Hospital but the stairs were a huge negative.

It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly, the apartment had everything you need from full sized fridge/freezer to washing machine/dryer and cooking facilities! The location was not the best as there was not a lot of shops nearby, anyways the rating was not based on that. My partner and I stayed at The Wave for 12 days on the 11th level in mid March 23. Big and spacious 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic facilities with pools and well equipped gym to mention a couple. The front desk people always helpful and informative on any queries we had and happy to help out where needed. Exceeded expectations. Sub penthouse apartment was very very large. Easily accommodated our group of seven and could have fit more. Fantastic location and accomodation with gorgeous views. The pool was divine and the gym was great and the staff really lovely. Perfect for a family with two young adult aged children. We all loved it.

We really love the wave resort, the location is perfect, even though it was central location we didn't hear much noise from the streets downstairs. The facilities are pretty good, we love the big spa and infinity pool. And it was a spacious room with big balconies. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place, three swimming pools, with the top looking over to sea.

A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna. The beach is only a short stroll away and a bunch of funky restuarants and bars at you doorsrep.

Three pools within waking distance to the beach. A pro tip: go for a swim in the top pool at night and enjoy the lights of the city

Spacious rooms. Clean, quiet, near a bakery, cafe, and Coles supermarket. A few minor issues: the toilet seat was the wrong size and wasn't fixed to the pedestal; TV had 'no signal ', with no instructions about how to fix this.

Friendly service. Allowed us to check in very early as we needed to empty car to drop family off at airport. Comfy bed. Only downfall was we tried to use spa but wasn’t able to start it. Value for price paid.

The rooms were spacious and beds were okay, the position was perfect for the breeze coming from the beach. It was also great to be able to sit on the balcony while friends were hanging out in the pool.

We had a large apartment with views all around the Gold Coast. Large kitchen and transport was just across the road.

Did get some noise from the road even on 24th floor! There were some minor maintenance issues, like repairing blinds and a loose door handle that would have made the apartment go from good to great!

While fridge, microwave, and dishwasher are installed, cooking stoves are not installed in the room. So you can't cook your own foods in your room actually with ingredianets bought from e.g. COLES.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous place and we were very impressed with it. We stayed in room 2051 which was great, we had 4 balconies to relax on, one of which was HUGE! Great size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for the 4 of us. The apartment complex is in a great location. It's close to the beach, the main part of Burleigh and a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The views are magnificent from every window in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and decor is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed. No lamp no table not even a chair.

It’s beautifully maintained and freshly renovated main areas. I have been visiting this place for approx 20 years since I was a child and I’ve had fantastic memories here. In a brilliant location. The two bedroom superior apartment was perfect. Clean as a whistle. The only issue I had was that both the outdoor and indoor pools were too cold to try. I did enquire and it was stated that they were heated. The pools felt cold.

Great location to the beach, close to shops, and an easy walk to Burleigh Heads. Room was comfortable, with wifi, and all apartment facilities. Secure undercover parking included. Good security to the building. Pools indoor and outdoor.

Great 3 days at Burleigh on the beach. Lovely apartment clean good appliances close to the beach. Eric and Nikki are great hosts with nothing too much trouble. The pillows were that good we bought a couple. Great value and good accomodation and people .

This was an absolutely awesome stay! The location couldn't be better, the rooms are massive and nice, amenities are incredible. But above all Eric and the team are so kind and accommodating to your every need. The value for money is also really really good. I highly reccomend staying here for your trip to the Goldy.

We have just had the most welcoming experience. Our hosts Nikki and Eric were always cheerful and happy to assist us in any way. We came to the Gold Coast for PanPacs for dragon boating at Varsity Lakes. Great apartment. Friendly staff, Eric welcomed us on arrival and was a wealth of knowledge on what’s nearby. The pool was great as was the spam especially after a hard day’s padding, so good for relaxing the muscles. We usually bring a sharp knife with us.
