The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

Room is clean and big. Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. This is one of the best apartment hotel in gold coast. The location is indeed in the most visited area of surfers paradise. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, both facing to the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped, it felt like home. We cooked everyday during our stay. Very recommended accomodation in gold coast.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view. Family of 4. Nice apartment, but would rate just under 4 star. Looks like glitz and glamour on exterior and foyers but not anywhere a 5 star rate. Room 7 out of 10. The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

Amazing location. Very close to all you need. Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe guest room, lagoon view with a balcony. We loved the breathtaking ocean views at the balcony. The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Moreover, breakfast was suspended due to a typhoon. The hotel doesn't have a staff to clean every day. My partner and I stayed at The Wave for 12 days on the 11th level in mid March 23. Big and spacious 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna. The beach is only a short stroll away and a bunch of funky restuarants and bars at you doorsrep.

Loved being close to the oasis shopping centre and so so close to the beach too. One block from the Broadbeach South tram stop so very easy to travel north or south on the coast.

The apartment I stayed in was fantastic. Everything was clean, it was spacious, the service by the reception staff was great, the place was right outside the train system, great value and the beach and shops were all within walking distance. I gave my stay 5/5 and if I get the opportunity to come to Surfers Paradise again I will be trying to stay at Palazzo Colonnades.

Fantastic location right near the Northcliffe tram station. We are in room 702 and it was a lovely clean two bedroom with views of the river and the ocean. We had a problem with the washing machine overflowing but I found Kara downstairs vacuuming in the lobby and she was an absolute legend helping us. We stayed in room 2051 which was great, we had 4 balconies to relax on, one of which was HUGE! Great size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great views from 20th floor. We used all the pools, spas and steam room, plus swam in the surf. So many cafe/dining options within half a kilometre walk. And easy access to the bus network.

Geat place to stay, beach front, fully equipped, and has sundry shop infront of Apartment, Good security underground parking, staff friendly, 2nd room not aircond but has ceiling fan, PS3 and free wifi

The views are awesome, the facilities are a bit dated, but still pretty. BBQ area, outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, tennis court, free wifi in all apartments... Cleaning should be improved.

Free wifi, free parking in the building, all commodities in the apartment. Friendly staff. It would be great if the cleaning/maintenance was a bit better. You won't be able to use properlt the shower if you are taller than 1'65m....

Old building with dated interior. However well run/maintained. Has pretty much all you would need. 2 TV's per apartment, free WIFI for multiple devices. Secure parking. Interior/Exterior pools, children's area. Saunas. Superb views from all apartments.

Really enjoy staying here for our annual getaway. Our one bedroom superior room is spot on when it comes to space, internet and balcony facing the ocean. Friendly and accommodating reception who helped us out when it came to the underground garage. Close to everything, groceries, restaurants, clubs and transport.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Location cannot be beaten as it is right in the heart of Broadbeach and directly across the road from the beach. View from the apartment is spectacular. Just checked in for our third stay here, and am really disappointed. Booked a “2 bed ocean view superior” room to find myself on level 1 listening to road noise, with a view of the pool filtration unit, pool, pool umbrella, road, trees and an ocean glimpse off one corner of the tiny balcony. We have come to SPPlaza from New Zealand for many years, we stay here as the location is fantastic handy to supermarkets, restaurants, beach etc. Love the free parking. The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed. No lamp no table not even a chair.

It’s beautifully maintained and freshly renovated main areas. I have been visiting this place for approx 20 years since I was a child and I’ve had fantastic memories here. Apartments are clean and well cared for and terrific ocean views. Facilities including the indoor pool area is great for kids and always clean. It’s also close walking distance to restaurants, beach walks and parks

In a brilliant location. The two bedroom superior apartment was perfect. Clean as a whistle. The only issue I had was that both the outdoor and indoor pools were too cold to try. I did enquire and it was stated that they were heated. The pools felt cold.

Great location to the beach, close to shops, and an easy walk to Burleigh Heads. Room was comfortable, with wifi, and all apartment facilities. Secure undercover parking included. Good security to the building. Pools indoor and outdoor.

We have stayed in their apartments 4 times now. Great location excellent amenities. It's not a 5 star luxury resort but if you are not a whinger you will love it. Shops and restaurants everywhere nearby . J&K

Overall the stay was good, close to the restaurants and the beach. The amenities was ok and keep cleaned all the time. The only downside was our room was located at the back near the alley and the noise of dumptruck picking up the tip bins in the morning is quite loud
