A fabulous short stay for us . The room was lovely and clean , beds comfortable and spacious. We ordered in-room dining and the serving size ( particularly of the Club Sandwich ) was fantastic ! A big thankyou to James, who was exceptional in his job in this area ! This was our 2nd stay at the Royal Pines and we look forward to a future visit !

Safety box in the room was out of order. Towels too old in the bathroom. Outdoor spa wasn't fun because not strong enough for bubbling. However reception staff were very friendly.

One of the best experiences i have ever had! The room is spacious, and I love that I can request for different types of pillows, which is extremely helpful for quality sleep! The balcony view is also astonishing!

The only minus is that another building block the view during sunrise and sunset and perhaps sofitel should run promotions more frequently

Room was nice and very clean - I am very satisfied with the cleanliness. Due to the design of the shower (no doors/half open shower), our bathroom was constantly flooded so we've had to step on cold water each time we entered which detracted from the experience.

Stayed here for a family wedding and had the best time! Delicious food, best buffet breakfast. Pool was amazing. Staff were incredible. Everything was clean and well presented. We had a baby in tow and it wasn't an issue at all. Loved it!

A beautiful hotel and complex. The service was exceptional. The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous. The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like.

Agree with refurbish comments but still looking good. Stayed 5 nights with kids and they had lots of fun at the pool. The twin bed room was bigger than similar hotels and kids really enjoyed the evening chocolates! Housekeeping needs to keep up with the 5 star hotel. Once they came very late and the other day forgot to put a shampoo! Breakfast is good but nothing really stands out.

A beautiful swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi. The weather was too chill for swimming in July though. The service was good, and breakfast was ok. Not much options but foods were good. There were always parking spot available not like other hotels in GC. I will definitely go back.

The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

Excellent one bedroom apartment in perfect location. short stroll to beach and restaurants, supermarkets and Bottle shop within a very short distance. We had a partial water view we didn’t have a car and this wasn’t a problem.

Had a 2 bedroom suite in tower 2. Ocean view which was beautiful but obviously not as close as tower 1. Room was spacious and beds really comfortable. Staff also lovely to deal with. Very good hotel with good location

Amazing location. Very close to all you need. Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The rooms are excellently maintained, service provided by all staff are flawless. This location has a pool and fitness centre. Want to take your breath away, rent a beach view.

My friend and I went for Christmas and it was wonderful. The accommodation seemed to have all been renovated; it was incredibly clean and even better than the pictures. I'd definitely rebook.

The pool was amazing, and the kids had a blast – definitely worth staying here. The sand on the artificial beach was a bit coarse, which made it easier to clean than regular beach sand. The hotel staff were very friendly. Check-in was at 4 PM, later than other hotels, and check-out was at 10 AM. The room was quite clean, but the refrigerator was a bit noisy.

We had a girls family 4 day stay in a room with King and Sofa (3 people staying). The hotel staff were exceptional as was the Pool area and Lobby area. Just perfect really. The sofa bed was perhaps suitable for small children but not adults. Little piece of paradise. We had an amazing time at this fantanstic BnB. Equipped with everything you need and more. Luxurious interiour and super tidy. Lovely and very caring hosts. Highly recommended. Would love, love, love to come back sometime.
