The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

Breakfast was amazing, it was so great to stay somewhere that caters so well for dietary needs. Great pool and straight out onto the beach. Rooms very spacious

Room is clean and big. Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia. And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors.

The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

We stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe guest room, lagoon view with a balcony. We loved the breathtaking ocean views at the balcony. The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. We had a great time at Mantra in surfers. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Moreover, breakfast was suspended due to a typhoon. The hotel doesn't have a staff to clean every day. You should be mentally prepared before checking in.

My partner and I stayed at The Wave for 12 days on the 11th level in mid March 23. Big and spacious 1 bedroom unit that was very clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic facilities with pools and well equipped gym to mention a couple. The front desk people always helpful and informative on any queries we had and happy to help out where needed. A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna. The beach is only a short stroll away and a bunch of funky restuarants and bars at you doorsrep.

The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed. No lamp no table not even a chair.

It’s beautifully maintained and freshly renovated main areas. I have been visiting this place for approx 20 years since I was a child and I’ve had fantastic memories here. In a brilliant location. The two bedroom superior apartment was perfect. Clean as a whistle. The only issue I had was that both the outdoor and indoor pools were too cold to try. I did enquire and it was stated that they were heated. The pools felt cold.

Overall the stay was good, close to the restaurants and the beach. The amenities was ok and keep cleaned all the time. The only downside was our room was located at the back near the alley and the noise of dumptruck picking up the tip bins in the morning is quite loud

Not bad but not really 4 star. Stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. Reception isn't staffed 24/7. The room I was given was designed for family groups, there was a single outer door and dual inner doors dividing two rooms.
