Although it’s not a big site compare to most casino over the world however it is better than most I’ve ever been (Vegas, Macau and California) Fantastic venue & Location!! Every staff was friendly and deliver excellent customer service
I attended the Star Casino for the first time for the nye masquerade ball, the place was so beautiful, staff were so helpful and I had such a good time
Shout out to my server Courtney who was so amazing and attentive, she did such a great job looking after my table and I, and to who I assume was her supervisor who was also amazing and had to duct tape me into my shoes after a blow out
com to anyone looking to book their next holiday, whether it be a hotel or a flight. I have experienced firsthand how Trip. com takes excellent care of their customers and their bookings
10/10 would highly recommend coming here, and can vouch from my brief experience that they provide the best service I have ever witnessed
Well presented and so comfortable and clean.

You can also book with buffet breakfast which was pretty yummy also. Dinner at resort was fast service and yummy delicious food (pizza and pasta dishes so good!!!)
I can say i love and like this place because it’s easy to go out qnd many activities to do
I was a nice weekend for my family. We celebrated my kids birthday and we couldn't wait to comeback here. Such a good deal we get. The room has very nice view
Great resort right next to sea world. Splash pad and pool a hit with the kids. Pity the public bus only stops at the other end of sea world so quite a walk with luggage
Service is superb, package include 4 parks entry which is great. Water park in hotel is fun!
The resort offers a range of accommodation options including family rooms, suites, and apartments, catering to a variety of guests' needs

Nice clean good sized room in a very good location. The wifi being a bit slow unless you paid for fast was a little off putting
Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.
The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to
The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests
I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests
The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor

I can’t express how amazing this place actually is. It made the next hotel I visited look unappealing despite it being a good hotel
Good but like all hotels post covid, they don't have staff. You have to take your own bags to your room. 4 star hotels have porters and offer that standard. Mitigating factor is as above. We didn't get it done however
The cafe/restaurant was also good. Location in terms of public transport and shops was good. As I said before, I can’t recommend this place enough!
Breakfast was great value, with excellent service. However I found paying for breakfast on demand was. 32c more expensive than adding it to your room, likely due to electronic card payments
Good views as we could see the planes from the hotel balcony. A little overpriced for a standard size hotel room
The room was so clean with daily housekeeping, TV and amazing window views with a balcony and chairs overlooking the beach. The pool and spa was just phenomenal. I reckon I spent more time in the pool than the hotel room

Novotel Surfers Paradise
Gold Coast, Cnr Hanlan St and Surfers Paradise Blvd 🧭 Map
It was a good experience staying at the Novotel Gold Coast; breakfast was good, offering a variety of fresh options, and the location was convenient, close to popular beaches, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.
Everything about this stay was 5 stars. The cleanliness, the service, and the central location were all excellent
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Surfers Paradise beach. There's a shopping center next door with an indoor shortcut directly to the beach, so you can get there without stepping outside
But the real "wow" factor is the view from the balcony—absolutely stunning high-floor perspective of the city and the coast. It’s the perfect spot for solo travelers looking for comfort and a great atmosphere
Service was a major disappointment, especially at the front desk. I booked a deluxe family room, and despite there being plenty of empty deluxe family rooms with ocean views, the front desk twice refused to switch us
On weekends, they had freshly made omelets, which was a bonus. Another characteristic of this hotel is that the deluxe rooms are on lower floors than the superior rooms. Logically, higher floors offer better views

Relatively old facility and room, but extremely good location and services, nice environment, 24hr front desk, room is spacious, good price.
Excellent Stay with Convenience, Comfort, and Class!  I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of elegance during their stay.
Overall the customer service is good and location quite convenient too.
Hotel room is clear and very comfortable, I satisfied that journey and breakfast buffet so delicious many choices
Rooms were fabulous. Corner room with an amazing view.

A last minute decision but worthwhile! Friendly staff at check-in, rooms were clean and tidy, some things were a bit dated and showed signs of age but overall condition was good
Great service, good facility, clean, nice room, well equipped, great location and things to do at the hotel, nice resort, great food options available
The room was lovely and clean , beds comfortable and spacious
We ordered in-room dining and the serving size ( particularly of the Club Sandwich ) was fantastic ! A big thankyou to James, who was exceptional in his job in this area ! This was our 2nd stay at the Royal Pines and we look forward to a future visit !
We love staying at Royal pines. Very family friendly and the kids love it. The newly refurbished rooms are lovely. Staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming from reception, down to the restaurant and pool areas
If I had to note one very minor downfall, it would be that my son gets upset that the arcade kids area isn't there all year round and only on school holidays. But as I said, it's a very minor downfall

Clean rooms, quiet, comfy bed & pillow, huge, attached to a club, walking distance to everything you could need and lots of facilities available. Our room had a lovely outlook and privacy.
Great place to stay, our 2bed apartment was clean and tidy. Was a little dated but for the price not bad. We had a great view back to the ocean on the 14th floor. Lower floors may struggle for views given its positioning
Getting very old and furniture appearing to be from last santuary. Staff is really happy to help. Had no problems here, but looking at other lux apartments around felt like I could have done better in the same price
If you can get a deal with breakfast included, it's well worth it. If you like acai bowls, you won't find better than the Oakberry store across the road
We were well looked after with a 12th floor room with very reasonable ocean and mountain views
Staff were very friendly and the centre itself had a few good places to eat. Also, much quieter than the other end of the main strip near the surf club

Excellent location, literally all of the restaurants and cafes of broadbeach within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with a bath - my fave
The ocean view was gorgeous, and I got a really good rate, if I can get that rate again I'll definitely be back!
Quite a dated hotel. Although the location is good, it’s very noisy at night.
The only minus is that another building block the view during sunrise and sunset and perhaps sofitel should run promotions more frequently
Location, location, location!!! This hotel is in the heart of Broadbeach, in the midst of the cool restaurants and bars! The beach is a 4min walk away which is real handy! Mamasan & Social dining is a 3min walk away which is perfect! I'd suggest going to the speakeasy bar next door - great cocktails, good mixologist! The rooms itself is slight outdated but the ocean views make up for it, the service...
I had a lovely stay. Great location and very friendly team. Thank you for taking care of me!

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to ensure I was welcomed and needs were met. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete my stay as I became unwell and was transferred to hospital
The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good
The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.
The overall spread was extensive but felt unoriginal, with usual options like granola, fruits, and baked goods. The breakfast staff were also less friendly than the rest of the hotel
Love the community activities. Peaceful location, away from the chaos that Surfers Paradise can bring. Amazing seafood buffet dinner - fresh, delicious, great value for money
Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia

A hotel like nothing you've seen before. Everything I ate here was top notch. The buffet was the best I've had anywhere in the world. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Good size clean we maintained room. We werent informed the balvony wasn’t assessable until our check in,
Had gone for a conference, while did not get the time to enjoy all the amenities but the hotel ensured very good service levels and the arrangements were spot on!
QT Gold Coast is a fantastic hotel that left a lasting impression on us, and we wouldn’t think twice about staying there again. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of
QT is excellent for the receptionist to the rooms and the breakfast was. omg! The view is beautiful, we have the city view which was perfect for sunset on the balcony with a glass of your favourite
Breakfast buffet and main dining is temporarily relocated which makes for a bit of a disconnect in service but overall food was good. A real coffee at breakfast is extra

The only downside to the place we found was the pools, there are a few and they look great, but they are a bit on the cold side (about 24° and not heated), so we only used them the once, even the indoor “heated” one was only 26° and that pool was not good for kids
It's nice family room, all good, nice location 👍
Great place to stay. It is walking distance to the beach, walking distance to Cavel Avenue, and has a very beautiful ocean view. There is also a good breakfast buffet.
Also the spa pool had a max of 6 people, so for a place of this size, they could do with another 1 or 2. We’ll definitely be back though as this is pretty minor stuff
Love the accommodation and the view. The service was great, new towels were replaced, beds were made up, dishwasher was emptied. Perfect
Most of the service and the apartments are brilliant! But I don't understand, why I ordered two same apartments, and I got one on 28th floor with small acreage, yet another one is on 40th floor with big acreage and very nice view?

We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable
The buffet breakfast is good value if the room package is included it
I love this hotel and good location
The hotel is nice but the location is a bit out, if you don't have a car that will not be convenient because the public transport bus is around 800ms away walk
It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out
Basic room with the essentials. Couple of mosquitos in the room were annoying and the room was a bit dark. Nothing terrible, nothing great, an average hotel.

Stayed here for a family wedding and had the best time! Delicious food, best buffet breakfast. Everything was clean and well presented. We had a baby in tow and it wasn't an issue at all
The decor is absolutely stunning. The room we stayed in was very clean and there’s a plus for me. High tea is always so good there. Pool is awesome and good for kids. Also an adult only section is great
Overall a good experience, but Can improve for the $$$ you are spending
It’s the little things that matter and they are the things that are missing for a 5 star hotel. The room was lovely, gym is well equipped, pool area is beautiful and food was good
I know the service industry is hurting post covid and the staff that are there are doing their best but it didn’t live up to expectations unfortunately
The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous

Economic and large. Good facilities and service. A nice motel with economic price.
Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom+toilet unit on the ground floor. Warm welcoming feeling as we entered the unit. We arrived late, and hotel has enabled online check in for us with codes sent securely
We would stay here again when we return to the Gold Coast
Great hotel close to the center of surfers paradise. Our room was clean and spacious
I choose the one bedroom suite which was great with a nice balcony. Issues: The washing machine was full with soaked unwashed towels when I arrived. There were however fresh towels available for use
One of the 2 elevators was out of service during my entire stay and the other one was often quite busy taking ages to arrive. Pool was large but freezing cold. Pros: Bed was very comfortable

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pools is the highlight especially the salt water pool with fishes in it so you can snorkel. All staff were highly accomodating, friendly and polite
A beautiful swimming pool and warm Jacuzzi. The weather was too chill for swimming in July though. The service was good, and breakfast was ok. Not much options but foods were good
I think this is one of the best Marriot hotels I stayed. It has a beautiful lagoon and facilities and services are good. Two tram stops away from surfers paradise. View is from the room is also nice.
Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service
Nice hotel and good service. A bit of distance from central of surfer paradise though. We have a small baby, have to always call uber.
The front desk service is extremely helpful! Thank you ! All is good.

Great place to stay. Lots of positive attributes. Rooms were great, everything you need in there. Great facilities. Good Options for food. Pools were great. Kids club was a bonus and lots of fun for my daughter.
Unfortunately master bed was like a base of the mattress was difficult to get a good rest but staff super friendly and resort maintained well
Recommend more lighting around pathways as quite large but other than that good value for families visiting the beautiful Gold Coast!
"Welcome Home!" Nothing beats arriving at this resort and being welcomed that way! Just had a five night stay at the beautiful Turtle Cove Resort and it was amazing as always. There is no place like it, just magical
My stay here with my family was really great. The food on site was really amazing. A great variety of pools and slides are available, which caters to people of all ages. It is probably more suited to families
We ate at The Deck several times and were really impressed at the serving sizes of all the meals. Highly recommend this Resort, this was our fourth stay here and it's a great place to take the family

Laundry was spacious and well equipped with washing machine and dryer that were quiet to run and good quality so it actually cleaned the cloths rather than just wet them
When we parked we noticed that the car spaces are larger than the ones in other places we stayed at which is a bonus. Check in was fast and easy and the staff member was friendly
The closing time for pool and other amenities is a bit early especially if you are on holiday and are out all day and don’t return to the resort until 8 pm. The time realistically should be 10:30 not 9
The only thing that would have been a benefit would be a guest book showing where the gym and other facilities were located at the resort as we had to go and search
As the apartment goes it was clean. The kitchen was spacious with anything one would need to make a meal. The dishwasher was a Miele so it ran quietly
It would have been nice if they had a folder that had recommendations for places to go, where to eat, nearest supermarket, and resort information

(Most notably, from the lovely Danielle. ) From the instant we walked through the lobby doors we felt taken care of. We were hours early due to the early arrival time of our long, grueling overnight flight
It was as if we were suddenly best friends with a local concierge, and we are so grateful for all they did as they went out of their way to make our stay special and free of hassles
Especially in the changing landscape of hospitality, I think the personal touches afforded by the staff members such as we experienced, are absolutely critical, and I hope that this company recognizes that and rewards and cultivates their customer-facing staff accordingly
Perfect location just outside the bustle of Cavill Ave but only a short 10min walk away. The studio room was perfect for a single traveller, so spacious and with the kitchen amenities if you were staying for a long time
Easy enough to walk to, but on a slightly more peaceful part of the strip. What really stood out for us about Rhapsody Resort was the care and the customer service we received throughout our stay
You just don’t see that so much any more. I hope that the management knows what a wonderful operation they have going on at that front desk owing to Danielle and her colleagues

Excellent one bedroom apartment in perfect location. short stroll to beach and restaurants, supermarkets and Bottle shop within a very short distance
Very spacious and had good views of the beach. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was very lovely during sunset. There are tons of different options for food.
The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient
Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The rooms are excellently maintained, service provided by all staff are flawless
Very good hotel with good location
Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up
