The buffet breakfast was very good, lots to choose from

Very spacious waiting lounge. The room we stayed was clean and quiet. Nice view of local shops as well as beaches( partly). Walking distance to shops and public transport. Not to mention surfers paradise too.

A great location. Handy to beach, trams, restaurants and shops. Room was nice with a sea view. Service was great, room service staff were very friendly. The spas were a wee bit cold. Would stay again.

There is only limited parking and going in to the hotel is a bit hike since you need to drag your bags in the elevator of the car park that joint to the hotel then with the stairs going to the hotel by using your key card while holding your baggage

In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine

So you juggled between your bags, key and heavy door with automatic lock (that's the only fault that I can say ) apart from that Overall experience are amazing, Highly recommend this hotel

As someone with mobility issues I'd love the monorail to return, or some kind of buggy/train transport through the park as it's a long way to walk. The buffet breakfast line up was huge, but thankfully it moved quickly

From the sweet I stayed in to the amazing team of staff I honestly, can't fault anything. From the prospective of a disabled/legally blind customer I without a doubt rate, my experience and stay at a 11/10

Loved our first stay at this resort. We received a room upgrade which exceeded our expectations. The room was so comfortable, quiet, with great concierge service

Our little one loves the breakfast as they have freshly made pancakes and also soft serve ice cream! Concierge and check in desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful

The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

Very nice for couples , for us as a family, we didn’t find it very child friendly. We didn’t really interact with any staff, apart from Danny from room service on 2. 24, he was very friendly and nice

Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia

Breakfast was amazing, it was so great to stay somewhere that caters so well for dietary needs. Great pool and straight out onto the beach. Rooms very spacious

And definitely not expecting this kind of services from 5 star hotels. I guess your staff need to treat all customers equally despite of their skin colors

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers

The room is spacious, our family of 6 stayed very comfortably, and the view is great

Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks

There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock. There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy

It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in

Room prices are affordable especially for this time of year. The staff are so helpful, they even offered to help carry our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach

We really appreciate that with rules in place so as to not interfere with others, smoking was allowed on the balcony and an ashtray is provided

We were even allowed an early check-in and late check-out free of charge. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend 👍

My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor

The kitchen facilities are complete. There is a swimming pool downstairs. However, the toiletries are limited. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste

From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help

Lovely place, nice and clean and quiet even when busy. Great view and high enough up that you can't hear the street noise. Room has high quality cooking appliances and most items to cook in the room

The pool area is great and so is the theatre that you can book out. I would definitely stay here again to watch the world go by! Rooms were serviced every 5 days which is unusual for a holiday rental apartment

A little bit of paradise on the hill at Nobby Beach with the best views on the cost. A quiet hidden gems of a resort where the whole family can enjoy the 3 pools. BBQ area, 2 spa's, gym and the sauna

Very spacious and had good views of the beach. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was very lovely during sunset. There are tons of different options for food.

The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up

The 3 bedroom apartment was good clean and very spacious. The full sized kitchen was well equipped. well suited to our large family and was very close to everything at a decent price

Very nice hotel for our short stay in the Gold Coast. Beautiful views to the beach especially for the morning sunrise. The facilities were good and the staff friendly and accomodating with any of our needs.

Took many remotes a paper set of instructions welcoming to room etc not digital is always good Very small things I love the hotel would diffinately come again 👍

Large balcony too, with outdoor seating, perfect to have dinner and watch the sun set. Spacious main bedroom with ensuite, the bath was by the window with a lovely view, and dual sinks

Room was good and location of the property also good. Swimming pools were great and there was a lifeguard on duty. Unfortunately the hotel is let down by disinterested staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant

Swimming pool is so good It's a bit far from the crowded beach and commercial district, but The tram is right in front of you in 10 seconds?? The room is spacious and the cooking facilities are good

The apartment is spacious and includes a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. I had to visit the reception daily to collect amenities, but the staff were friendly

We stayed on the 14th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. The size was of the rooms was fantastic. My two teenage kids loved the pools , gym and how close public transport was to the resort

🌊 There is also a convenient tram stop downstairs of the resort, making transportation more convenient. It is very convenient whether you are exploring the city or enjoying the surrounding scenery

Staying at Mantra Sun City Resort was such a pleasant experience! 🏝There is a spacious sea view balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view every morning, which is refreshing

The hotel boasts many excellent facilities and we greatly enjoyed using the pools, hot tub and sauna

Perfect location, right on the beach. We had apartments 11B, which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and laundry, city and beach views

A underground carpark was included in the price, which was easy to access. We arrived after hours and the instructions to access our room keys was easy to follow. We'd definitely stay here again

Apartment was clean on arrival, though the decor slightly outdated. It was incredibly spacious with a large balcony that had excellent city views (with some beach views too)

There was a small issue with the security deposit, but staff were quick to respond and explain it. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was clean, as well as two indoor spas

Excellent access to tram and bus service, Woolworths, Friendly Grocer and other shops. Very short walk to beach. Gym facilities and pool/spa nice.

Additionally members of stuff only work during the day, if you need help in the night you are on your own. I feel if they improve on some of the concerns being raised by people it will be one of the best places to stay

It isn't hard to understand why, with comfortable clean rooms, exceptional dining experiences, and friendly workers in the hotel and in the pool areas who work tirelessly to bring the entire experience to guests

I mainly go for the swimming pools: a wobby-gong shark shaped chlorine pool that once had a lazy river that is now gone (for safety reasons, supposedly); and the saltwater pool which apparantly has fish, but I couldn't find any

When I went in 2017 it was great, I'm not sure if it's changed much. There is an underground carpark with two levels. It was easy to grab a park, but some of the spaces are tight if they are next to the walls

Very impressed with everything Marriott Vacation Club has to offer. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and environment was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay at this prestigious hotel.

The Marriot is a special place, and since its transition to the JW Marriot has changed quite a bit - but for the better. The hotel has only improved since my first visit in 2013

But that saltwater pool is so nice to swim in because you float easily and the salt and sand makes my skin feel so soft. I have tried the teppanyaki years ago

The rooms are small to medium with nice balcony views of the front (beach). Good sunlight gets in, the kitchen facilities are adequate though decor a little dated

Everything was clean, it was spacious, the service by the reception staff was great, the place was right outside the train system, great value and the beach and shops were all within walking distance

I gave my stay 5/5 and if I get the opportunity to come to Surfers Paradise again I will be trying to stay at Palazzo Colonnades

Great location few 100m's from the beach, tram right outside the doorstep and in between pac fair shopping centre and the heart of surfers

The facilities here are OK, the gym is tired, not much in there except the treadmill and a bike, the rest doesn't really work

The pool is small but tends to get dirty really quickly, jacuzzi is nice but also seems to get dirty not sure if the water filters out. The location alone gets this place am extra star

I have stayed at Sandcastles 3 times and have enjoyed each stay. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and extremely good value for money

Great location, excellent room sizes with plenty of room. Huge balcony. The BBQ area was really functional and the pool was perfect. The carpark was easy to access and use

It can be quite noisy in the units close to the road, espcially on ground level, but its not a deal breaker. Staff were always very friendly, helpful and courteous

Hired a two bedroom apartment for 8 nights, was pleasantly surprised to find it was also 2 bathroom when we arrived

The pillows were not overly comfortable and the bed was quite hard. It wasn't horribly uncomfortable, but definitely not the best hotel bed I have slept in

We arrived around 12pm and our room was ready early which was much appreciated as we had been travelling since 5

Indoor pool was lovely as well, kids also enjoyed this. I loved the spa after long days trotting around the theme parks. The outdoor furniture is in need of an upgrade, it looks dated, but is functional and comfortable

Tram directly across the road for access to anywhere from Broadbeach to Helensvale & buses for everywhere else. Public transport was amazing for accessing theme parks and harbour town, blown away by how easy it was

The apartment was very clean and well presented, not necessarily recently refurbished but very clean and comfortable. Excellent size for a family as well. Beds very comfortable and high quality sheets
