The kind man in Valet parking could tell we were a little stressed and made us feel very welcome. Check in was easy, and the room was beautiful. The beds, oh my goodness they are like sleeping on clouds

There is only limited parking and going in to the hotel is a bit hike since you need to drag your bags in the elevator of the car park that joint to the hotel then with the stairs going to the hotel by using your key card while holding your baggage

Very spacious waiting lounge. The room we stayed was clean and quiet. Nice view of local shops as well as beaches( partly). Walking distance to shops and public transport. Not to mention surfers paradise too.

In particular Liam for taking the booking & beating all booking site offers! Fantastic & also Athena for going above m beyond when seeking information on the booking, even offer a free bottle of wine

So you juggled between your bags, key and heavy door with automatic lock (that's the only fault that I can say ) apart from that Overall experience are amazing, Highly recommend this hotel

From the sweet I stayed in to the amazing team of staff I honestly, can't fault anything. From the prospective of a disabled/legally blind customer I without a doubt rate, my experience and stay at a 11/10

Our little one loves the breakfast as they have freshly made pancakes and also soft serve ice cream! Concierge and check in desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful

She also gave me one of the newly refurbished rooms on level 14. I love the big spa bath type tub and the view was beautiful. She ended up giving us free parking as well, normally $18. I loved the pool area and jacuzzi

QT is excellent for the receptionist to the rooms and the breakfast was. omg! The view is beautiful, we have the city view which was perfect for sunset on the balcony with a glass of your favourite

I am currently staying at the QT. Now I usually don’t leave a review till after but I’m so happy with their service, rooms and everything I just couldn’t wait. Upon entering the hotel I was welcomed by amazing staff

We had an ocean front room with stunning views. The staff were awesome, the vibes and atmosphere of the hotel were friendly and buzzing. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was all fresh and delicious

The only thing was the bed is a bit soft for my liking, but some of my colleagues shut eyes as soon as they hit it. The location was great as well, walling distance to shops and restaurants and beach

Location, location, location!!! This hotel is in the heart of Broadbeach, in the midst of the cool restaurants and bars! The beach is a 4min walk away which is real handy! Mamasan & Social dining is a 3min walk away which is perfect! I'd suggest going to the speakeasy bar next door - great cocktails, good mixologist! The rooms itself is slight outdated but the ocean views make up for it, the service...

Brilliant location in the heart of Broadbeach. Wonderful variety of cafes and The Oasis shopping centre at your front door. Walking distance to the beach. Loved our room upgrade and the amazing views

We had a nice view, yes there were trees and high rise buildings but you need to be realistic in relation to the location. Loved the bathroom, probably because it was green. The room was clean, smelt clean and fresh

Outside of the room, the staff were polite and friendly. Loved the floral display in the main lobby with the red standard poodle. Overall a relaxing 2 night stay. Easy walk to the beach and nearby cafes

The only 2 areas I would suggest for improvement are the coffee sachets, as these looked to have been in storage for some time and not enough milk pods. But they are minor issues and easily resolved

Really, everybody here in this wonderful hotel, did its best, to make our stay one of the most remarkable state ever we had in the hotel

The room service meals were poor and I’d recommend dining elsewhere as the on site restaurants aren’t great either, plenty of good places not too far away though

Also Our waiter for the table was staff Sonia, Sonia went above and beyond to ensure we were all catered for. She made my entire family feel so welcomed and happy to be eating there

Such a beautiful restaurant to eat at! The food is average, oysters and crab meat is small but still nice enough to enjoy. And the environment of the restaurant is 10/10

This resort is away from the beach and main shopping and eating areas so good if you have a car. The best thing about this resort was the gym. The gym was the best equipped gym of any hotel I have ever been to

We weren’t able to check in until after 2:30. We paid an additional $22 per person per day for the buffet breakfast which was great—until the day one of our kids got sick and couldn’t come to the breakfast

Not really exploiting the situation given we paid $22 for nothing but rudeness that day. all in all it was okay for the price but will choose somewhere else next time

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pools is the highlight especially the salt water pool with fishes in it so you can snorkel. All staff were highly accomodating, friendly and polite

Absolutely stunning hotel in Surfers Paradise with sweeping views of the ocean, the pools and lagoon (depending on your room). From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I felt like a queen

"Welcome Home!" Nothing beats arriving at this resort and being welcomed that way! Just had a five night stay at the beautiful Turtle Cove Resort and it was amazing as always. There is no place like it, just magical

Got a 2 bedroom apartment this time for a last minutes booking. Good location with city and river view. 2 minutes walk to the beach, well surrounded by restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Stayed between Xmas & NY period

Very spacious and had good views of the beach. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was very lovely during sunset. There are tons of different options for food.

Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up

Such a lovely location, great staff, however was really disappointed to see the no smoking sign and then have smoke blow into our unit from another room

Rooms are ok we have stayed twice now and have noticed a difference in quality of some rooms (spacious just a little dated ) great location for pasific fair shopping centre, Dracula’s and local surf club

Perfect location just outside the bustle of Cavill Ave but only a short 10min walk away. The studio room was perfect for a single traveller, so spacious and with the kitchen amenities if you were staying for a long time

Easy enough to walk to, but on a slightly more peaceful part of the strip. What really stood out for us about Rhapsody Resort was the care and the customer service we received throughout our stay

You just don’t see that so much any more. I hope that the management knows what a wonderful operation they have going on at that front desk owing to Danielle and her colleagues

The spa and pool were nice, but again, a little tired looking. Bedding was comfortable, AC was good. The best part of our stay was the beautiful smelling toiletries!!

The location is great and allows for very easy access to the beach and shops. The room, for the most part, was as expected, with all the listed amenities as promised. However, we were surprised not to find a microwave

It is in a perfect location, walkable distance to the beach, easy to catch public transport because it is just along the road. The rooms are fairly good but they should put universal adapters in the rooms

Additionally members of stuff only work during the day, if you need help in the night you are on your own. I feel if they improve on some of the concerns being raised by people it will be one of the best places to stay

Hired a two bedroom apartment for 8 nights, was pleasantly surprised to find it was also 2 bathroom when we arrived

The pillows were not overly comfortable and the bed was quite hard. It wasn't horribly uncomfortable, but definitely not the best hotel bed I have slept in

Apartment was clean on arrival, though the decor slightly outdated. It was incredibly spacious with a large balcony that had excellent city views (with some beach views too)

A underground carpark was included in the price, which was easy to access. We arrived after hours and the instructions to access our room keys was easy to follow. We'd definitely stay here again
