You can also book with buffet breakfast which was pretty yummy also. Dinner at resort was fast service and yummy delicious food (pizza and pasta dishes so good!!!)

I was a nice weekend for my family. We celebrated my kids birthday and we couldn't wait to comeback here. Such a good deal we get. The room has very nice view

Great resort right next to sea world. Splash pad and pool a hit with the kids. Pity the public bus only stops at the other end of sea world so quite a walk with luggage

Service is superb, package include 4 parks entry which is great. Water park in hotel is fun!

Nice hotel in good location but getting a little bit dated and I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to

The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests

I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests

The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to ensure I was welcomed and needs were met. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete my stay as I became unwell and was transferred to hospital

The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

The overall spread was extensive but felt unoriginal, with usual options like granola, fruits, and baked goods. The breakfast staff were also less friendly than the rest of the hotel

Location is great as it is near SEAWORLD. No heated pool during winter though. Customer services was something really lacking especially when we have trade to different parts of Australia

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It is located in an excellent position. There is Starbucks Coffee downstairs and there are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't provide slippers

The room is spacious, our family of 6 stayed very comfortably, and the view is great

Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks

There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock. There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy

It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in

Room prices are affordable especially for this time of year. The staff are so helpful, they even offered to help carry our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access to the pool and beach

The manager was very helpful on check in and I was impressed that every room had a balcony. Parking was a breeze and I slept in one of the most comfortable bed for a long time. Well done guys. I WILL BE BACK! Billy

Nice and clean, good restaurant next door. It’s a simple room, has what you need, fridge and microwave and close to supermarkets and the beach

My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor

We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was even though it was close to the flight path, the pool was great including the BBQ areas which we used. The GYM equipment was in good condition and modern

Lovely place, nice and clean and quiet even when busy. Great view and high enough up that you can't hear the street noise. Room has high quality cooking appliances and most items to cook in the room

The pool area is great and so is the theatre that you can book out. I would definitely stay here again to watch the world go by! Rooms were serviced every 5 days which is unusual for a holiday rental apartment

Very spacious and had good views of the beach. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and was very lovely during sunset. There are tons of different options for food.

The room is very big, with a kitchen for cooking, and a complete set of dishes and tableware. There is also a washing machine, which can accommodate four people. It is very close to the beach and very convenient

Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up

Pretty ordinary resort. Close to the beach and shops. Units vary markedly. Best only advertised of course. The one you get may not come close. Large maintenance problems all round.

We loved our stay at Breakfree Diamond Beach. The room and pools were beautiful. We were poolside so just went through the balcony gate to the pool area

We have stayed here twice now and both times have been great. Excellent location and great rooms although could be a little cleaner but overall we had a great time & staff are really helpful

There are three pools, cold, warm, and a couple of warmer spas so you can find the perfect temperature. They do a wonderful job keeping the gardens and pools clean. We had a fabulous time swimming every day

The pools are really nice with different heating so you can choose what temperature suits you best. The only feedback is that it would be nice to have at least one cleaning service

Swimming pool is so good It's a bit far from the crowded beach and commercial district, but The tram is right in front of you in 10 seconds?? The room is spacious and the cooking facilities are good

The apartment is spacious and includes a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. I had to visit the reception daily to collect amenities, but the staff were friendly

Thai restaurant was excellent, had 5 curries and a pad Thai on our table that I tried all of and they all tasted great and have a good amount etc! The coconut rice was a really great side too

A light rail station is conveniently located just outside the back door. Overall, the hotel met my expectations

We stayed on the 14th floor in a 2 bedroom apartment. The size was of the rooms was fantastic. My two teenage kids loved the pools , gym and how close public transport was to the resort

A underground carpark was included in the price, which was easy to access. We arrived after hours and the instructions to access our room keys was easy to follow. We'd definitely stay here again

Apartment was clean on arrival, though the decor slightly outdated. It was incredibly spacious with a large balcony that had excellent city views (with some beach views too)

There was a small issue with the security deposit, but staff were quick to respond and explain it. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was clean, as well as two indoor spas

Additionally members of stuff only work during the day, if you need help in the night you are on your own. I feel if they improve on some of the concerns being raised by people it will be one of the best places to stay

I mainly go for the swimming pools: a wobby-gong shark shaped chlorine pool that once had a lazy river that is now gone (for safety reasons, supposedly); and the saltwater pool which apparantly has fish, but I couldn't find any

When I went in 2017 it was great, I'm not sure if it's changed much. There is an underground carpark with two levels. It was easy to grab a park, but some of the spaces are tight if they are next to the walls

Very impressed with everything Marriott Vacation Club has to offer. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and environment was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay at this prestigious hotel.

The Marriot is a special place, and since its transition to the JW Marriot has changed quite a bit - but for the better. The hotel has only improved since my first visit in 2013

But that saltwater pool is so nice to swim in because you float easily and the salt and sand makes my skin feel so soft. I have tried the teppanyaki years ago

Very nice hotel for our short stay in the Gold Coast. Beautiful views to the beach especially for the morning sunrise. The facilities were good and the staff friendly and accomodating with any of our needs.

Best place to stay everything in walking distance or just catch the tram. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was amazing nice furniture, great showers in both rooms, washing machine dryer and dishwasher very handy

Each time we pulled the curtains, the family would start sneezing and coughing. The mattress and base in the master bedroom did not much up; king size base with a double size mattress on top

The base was worn and stained. Good parking, close to Pacific Fair and tram station. Its a shame, as our extended family had stayed there and recommended it based on the renovated rooms

The apartment complex is in a great location. It's close to the beach, the main part of Burleigh and a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The views are magnificent from every window in the apartment

The apartment was spacious and has spectacular views. A little dated but still clean. Lifts were quick. Easy parking underneath and walkable to beach and back to Burleigh main *****. Very enjoyable easy stay.
