Excellent one bedroom apartment in perfect location. short stroll to beach and restaurants, supermarkets and Bottle shop within a very short distance. We had a partial water view we didn’t have a car and this wasn’t a problem.

Had a 2 bedroom suite in tower 2. Ocean view which was beautiful but obviously not as close as tower 1. Room was spacious and beds really comfortable. Staff also lovely to deal with. Downside - the sofas were dirty and needed a good clean. Also wifi was not included and really expensive. Lastly, our floor had a horrible smell in the corridor - like the rubbish had backed up. Amazing location. Very close to all you need. Walking distance to the beach, amazing cafes restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The rooms are excellently maintained, service provided by all staff are flawless. This location has a pool and fitness centre. Want to take your breath away, rent a beach view.

Really enjoy staying here for our annual getaway. Our one bedroom superior room is spot on when it comes to space, internet and balcony facing the ocean. Friendly and accommodating reception who helped us out when it came to the underground garage. Close to everything, groceries, restaurants, clubs and transport.

This building has as a bit of age about it but still quite nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. These are individual units so vary in furnishings. Has a decent pool and BBQ area. Across the road is the water front path for morning walks and even a swim. Note there are no lifts here so can be a few stairs to the 3rd floor.

Came here for a work conference and the facilities and staff were fantastic. Great multi use spaces for conferences. Our conference was 600 people, but it could have probably handled even more. Went to High Tea on Sunday and I can't speak highly enough of the service from when you arrive to when you leave. The food was delicious with a good variety of savoury and sweet treats. This is my second stay, the first time while at a work event nearby and this time for a few days with family. The hotel is starting to show signs of its age and needs some love. A beautiful hotel and complex. The service was exceptional. The food is the restaurants was great and varied. The rooms are well appointed and the amount of marble and detail throughout the whole hotel is gorgeous. The rolls Royce is a delightful treat where you can be chauffeur driven around the Gold Coast and can choose to have champagne too if you like.

Agree with refurbish comments but still looking good. Stayed 5 nights with kids and they had lots of fun at the pool. Good but like all hotels post covid, they don't have staff. You have to take your own bags to your room. 4 star hotels have porters and offer that standard. Mitigating factor is as above. Very out dated, tv was too low for the bed, blankets were hidden and not very nice. Otherwise room was clean and ok for a night or 2.

Rooms are satisfactory. I didn't mind as you don't spend much time in them. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Advise trying to find a deal online before booking. Our kids ate for free which saved us hundreds over our 5 night stay. Pools and waterslides were a lot of fun for the kids, albeit a bit packed when we were there

The rooms aren't overly spectacular but were clean and comfortable. A great place for kids!! Our family loved our stay at Paradise Resort. Our 3yo loved the water park! Our 1yo had lots if fun too.Even to this day if our son sees us packing to go somewhere he asks enthusiastically 'Are we going to Paradise Resort?'

Very family oriented! They have things for adults and kids so accommodates for both. It was like home away from home!

A family vacay stay, roadworks affected the ease of access but a very popular resort for families. Unfortunately master bed was like a base of the mattress was difficult to get a good rest but staff super friendly and resort maintained well. Recommend more lighting around pathways as quite large but other than that good value for families visiting the beautiful Gold Coast!

Great little spot here. Very kid friendly. Lots of different pools with slides for the kids. Kids club was amazing. They had mini golf and tennis courts on site, plus a small cafe/restaurant that did the job. But i think the main selling feature was that you get a full apartment, with cooking facilities and laundry. Plus there is a Woolies a short walk down the road

We stayed 12 nights here, and we’re glad we did. Our apartment was everything we required and more. Beds were all comfortable, the extras of washing machine, dryer and hanger, made life so much easier. All the staff at resort were welcoming and helpful. My stay here with my family was really great. The food on site was really amazing. A great variety of pools and slides are available, which caters to people of all ages. It is probably more suited to families. The location was great and we could go off for a day and come back to a lovely room. The staff throughout our stay were polite and friendly. Definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect location just outside the bustle of Cavill Ave but only a short 10min walk away. The studio room was perfect for a single traveller, so spacious and with the kitchen amenities if you were staying for a long time. The gym was well equipped, and the rooftop was the perfect spot to have dinner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. We had ocean and city views which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We always managed to get a car park even after returning to the hotel late at night, huge bonus as street parking was never available. My only complaint would be requesting toilet paper (2 rolls provided) and never receiving it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tidy and clean, with BOTH ocean and river views from the balcony although we only paid for the standard room. The location is close to centre of surfers paradise, but not close enough to hear all the commotions.
