Absolutely stunning hotel in Surfers Paradise with sweeping views of the ocean, the pools and lagoon (depending on your room). From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, I felt like a queen. The room was big and very well appointed - everything was provided for and thought of. Very tranquil and exquisite. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, service as expected from a 5* resort. This is by far the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at and would return any day. The bathroom was amazing - enjoyed a few baths with the provided bath salts and slept like a baby as I was so relaxed. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was superb - very delicious and fresh selection of hot and cold food, fruit and everything you can think of. Thank you JW Marriott for providing a truly unforgettable experience for my mates and I. Highly recommend and I'll be back for sure!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The pools is the highlight especially the salt water pool with fishes in it so you can snorkel. All staff were highly accomodating, friendly and polite. Thank you for the complimentary drinks also. All in all, 11/10! Will be coming back

Our little stay-cay at the Marriott this weekend was so amazing. The Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool is absolutely the best I’ve seen and our room was clean and modern. It’s just far enough out of Surfers, that we enjoyed walks to and from the main section of town along the beach and also a tram into Broadbeach.
The kids loved the fish feeding and snorkeling, as my husband and myself enjoy a drink or 2 up at the bar overlooking them.

Highly recommend JW Marriot Resort in Gold Coast! The most beautiful resort my family and I have been. Great location, amazing kids area, great restaurants, beautiful breakfast buffet and the most friendly staff members.

A beautiful hotel and an amazing stay!! The JW Marriott provides the perfect combination of elegance and warmth. I wanted a holiday for my sister and my birthday, somewhere we could relax and where my elderly parents would also feel comfortable. The staff at JW were all so welcoming and friendly and really helped us feel at ease. My father was not able to eat at the buffet due to health reasons and everyday the staff were so accommodating providing him with a separate meal. In particular Gina our server was so lovely. The pool was outstanding and my absolute favourite and the birthday and welcome platters exceeding expectation. Thank you JW Marriott for our wonderful stay!
