location and amenities were good, was nit sure on the bedrooms doors being frosted glass, not really private

The furniture being damaged, nothing looks really neat and I had the most expensive sleepless night at this hotel.
The management should have advised customers of some roadwork in Victoria Ave happening nearly the entire night of the 27th of May And when I say noise it was unbearable ; trying to escape the constant noise in organizing a bed on the bathroom floor ! no need to say no sleep possible.
Just a little note of excuses to customers as well as supplying some ear plugs would have shown some consideration and manners

I slipped in the bathtub during my stay and had to be rushed to hospital emergency. The surface is extremely slippery and does not appear to have any anti-slip protection especially after shower. This is a serious safety hazard. I strongly advise future guests to be extra cautious when using the tub, especially if it’s wet. The hotel should take immediate action to improve bathroom safety before someone else gets seriously hurt.

The front desk was very helpful, but I think it's a good idea to check the opening hours on weekends and holidays. I also went to cities other than Perth on this trip, so I had a hard time getting through to the reception.

Right on the main street, close to restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, two-bedroom apartment with complete facilities, suitable for family outings, the only inconvenience is that there is no parking space

The hotel is super average, the air conditioner is leaking and not cool, and there seems to be no one at the front desk.

Spacious, cosy 2bedder, room is equipped with most necessary things, except no housekeeping during our 4 night stay (only on weekly basis). 10 - 15min walk to the main shopping area but there are other eating options nearby.

Very spacious,well equipped apartment. Amazing for family use. All we needed was supplied,washing machine,tumble dryer,microwave etc. Nice view over the rooftops from the 10th floor. Late check in with excellent communication.

Very good spot in town, convenient & clean. Room was good & all mod cons , only downer was the locked HDMI slots.
Bathroom was sorted with bath & shower & the washing machine was fast & quiet.
