Perth Ascot Central Apartment Hotel

There were still some drinks and garbage left in the room. The facilities were old. The hotel manager was an Indian who was very unhygienic and had a very condescending attitude. There was an event in the city, so the price of the motel rose to more than 3,900 per night. It was my first time here, and I was perfectly hooked. Everyone should be careful. Ctrip actually recommended this kind of hotel. Don't you want to evaluate it? Very disappointed!

The location is definitely a plus — very close to the airport, which is convenient for early flights.
However, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The front desk staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping. When I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell that took a long time to fade.
The hairdryer was broken and emitted a burning smell when turned on, which was very concerning.
Would only recommend for a one-night stay if you're in transit and need something near the airport — otherwise, I wouldn't return.

Definitely better options for $200 a night, not worth the money!
Bathroom- bin was broken, multiple areas with black mould, soap scum all over the shower tap and shower, paint damage in multiple areas, lots of dirty surface areas and also rust.
The bed was uncomfortable; mattress felt hard and cheap.
Not soundproof at all so you can hear all the traffic going by, very loud, even though it claims to be soundproof.
The air conditioner was broken and wouldnt even turn on. Not block out curtains and its very bright outside, so the room is barely dark. The ground floor rooms dont have a balcony; instead a small space with just a pile of rocks with a single cheap chair. Also found cockroaches. No after hours contact so stuck with the room. Microwave stank and was dirty. When i spoke to reception he didnt apologize, just said “well you chose to stay here”, kept cutting me off/interrupting me and when I said I tried to call reception to get a room change but reception was closed after hours he basically called me a liar. Absolutely never coming here again.
