Staying at the Hilton Sydney was an absolute delight from start to finish! The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions.
Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the staff who made us feel instantly welcome. The executive lounge exceeded all expectations – offering stunning views of the city skyline and a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, from restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation.
The dining options at the hotel were superb, with a diverse range of cuisines to choose from. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or indulging in a gourmet dinner, the food was always top-notch.
Overall, our experience at the Hilton Sydney was nothing short of extraordinary. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a stay in the heart of Sydney.

Rooms are getting to that "maybe I need a refurb soon" state. There is one room with one of those full body showers - that thing is scary and water leaks all over the bathroom even with the door shut. Other than that I've had mixed experiences here. The Executive Lounge is just okay. Having access to the gym is great though. Location wise it's hard to beat though if you're planning to leave and there are protests on, you'll be stuck for a long time.
What I will commend are the porters at the main entrance. They are always on point and courteous.

All communication are via Hilton app chat so there is record. I asked about parking option and hotel told me to drive and park at secure parking and parking rate is $55 overnight. I did so and been charged $80 as secure parking advised they don’t offer overnight parking. It is $40 per day so overnight cost $80.
I would park somewhere else if I was not provided wrong information by the hotel. The hotel refused to do anything and kept pushing me to talk to secure parking. What does the hotel expect me to say to secure parking? Please refund me as the hotel gave me the wrong information? What a joke! Will never stay at Hilton Sydney and for anyone who chose to stay here -don’t trust what their staff told you as whatever loss caused they won’t do anything!
Add on point: And the hotel ‘s reply to this review is a signature block !well done Angela!

I had a two night stay at the Hilton for a work conference recently. The service was fantastic. Everyone I met went above and beyond, and they were all so friendly. But my room was disappointing. It was very clean and I can't fault the amenities, but unfortunately I was given the room right next to the lift (I was told that was all that was left) and it was incredibly noisy. Every time a lift went past my room, it also interfered with the TV signal and the free to air channels would freeze and flicker which was very frustrating. My room was also a balmy 24 degrees at all times. I would try to adjust the internal temperature, but after a couple of minutes or so, the internal cooling would automatically flick off and I had to get up and set it again. I spoke to a number of my work colleagues and they had all very similar experiences with the temperature in their rooms. Overall a pleasant stay, and a big thank you to all of the wonderful staff, but I wouldn't rush back.

This was my first stay at the Hilton after having visited a few times for a conference/catch up/cafe meeting but stayed elsewhere so this time i booked through Qantas (earning points) as i do wherever i can. I always book the executive lounge when staying solo for multiple nights as i find it more enjoyable than in room etc. I arrived at check in and asked if there were any upgrades available (to purchase) and the answer NO because i booked through Qantas that was offered to me. OK, but first i have ever experienced that. So i check in and either wasn't aware or told or both but head up to the lounge for a drink and a snack at just on 7pm, first night in and promptly told it has finished, i explained i had literally just arrived and couldn't something be OK. the very polite manager offered me a wine and a plate of snacks, surely a wine from the fridge wouldn't break the bank and honestly why 7pm on any night let alone a Saturday? i have stayed in many places and this was small, minimal selection (no hot food) and the temp inside was like a sauna! it wasn't a pleasant start and wouldn't pay for the exec lounge option again if i stayed. The room was clean albeit looking its age, the body were cheap little bottles, TV was super annoying to operate as were the blinds, the hallway lift was noisy and the view average, what was probably most surprising was being charged $150 for a completely EMPTY mini bar. are you serious? why have a fridge in there, why charge me $150 upfront and why is it completely empty? just plain odd. For such a beautiful foyer/entrance/location i left after 3 nights feeling that i wouldn't rush back. something was definitely off

The Hilton Guest Room Plus has a Aquavision TV in the shower! Loved the Blackout blinds and modern room, however the standard rooms are a tad smaller than other 5 star CBD hotels. Book dinner at Glass

What was there not to like? We were greeted by engaging and educated staff who explained anything you needed to know. The room was beautiful as was the view. I really loved the motorized blackout shades on the windows too! We had our breakfast included and everything was top notch/ delicious. The location here is really convenient but be aware both the hotel and the general area is very busy. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was an absolute wonderful hotel! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious.the views were spectacular from the room. It’s right in the middle of everything so it’s easy to walk anywhere. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel because there were so many options. The host at breakfast was so friendly. He always asked us what our plan was for the day and how our plans went from the day before. The Marble Bar was a great touch too.
