Not a bad hotel. Decent room. Great service. It's one of those hotels that corporate or business people uses for when travelling for work. What surprised me, was that the TV had access to downloaded movies and shows of all genres. Was a good library of choices.
I really enjoyed my stay. The team are so friendly, the room has everything you could possibly need. Step outside and youre walking distance to everything. The bed was comfy and was quiet to sleep. I especially loved the $10/night credit offered if you skip a room clean.
3.5 stars if it was an option, but not 4 I’m afraid. The room was quite small as other reviews mention but more importantly the bed was uncomfortable as it’s too soft and also the fan didn’t work in our bathroom. From a “four star” hotel you’d perhaps expect a bottle of complimentary water per guest each day when the rooms are cleaned. Especially in the heat! Another thing which I found slightly disappointing...
Really nice modern clean hotel. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard continental. Location was central and very close to train station. As others have said, the rooms are quite small as the bed does partly block the doorway to the bathroom. Bathrooms can feel a bit cramped too with the towels hanging from the rail against your face when sitting on the bog 🤣 overall, a very pleasant...
Front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating; went above and beyond to help me locate a lost item. Hotel is walking distance to many, many points of interest. Room was small but nicely appointed. Hotel will hold your bags, which is very helpful for a later departure. We were able to enjoy downtown Sydney a bit more and go out for a late lunch before leaving later in the afternoon.
The location is perfect and the staff are so nice.

Great location in the centre. A few minutes walk from Circular Quay but tucked away so not noisy. Generous gesture of treats to the room from the concierge after our long journey. Instantly lifted our mood!
The place was clean, staff super friendly, great location, great room! Brittney/Nicole went above and beyond, as did the other staff. Best stay in Sydney!
Absolutely LOVED staying at Establishment Hotel 😍🙌🏻💯 The room was amazing - HUGE, so well proportioned & comfortable with everything at your fingertips 🤗 DELICIOUS room service, with catering from the UNREAL Mr Wong restaurant 😋 Truly OUTSTANDING service from ALL staff, but especially have to mention the concierge as they were absolutely HEAVEN 🤩🙏🏻 Will DEFINITELY be back, thank you so much 💛
I'm honestly really surprised by some of the reviews saying this hotel was 'dirty'. We just finished a 2 night stay and were delighted with the room and service! The rooms are cozy and large with beautiful bathroom ammenities. The staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast (which was included with our room) was delicious! Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!
In terms of location, you can't beat the Establishment Hotel in Sydney's Central Business District. The design style is sleek/modern. It is the most convenient in terms of proximity to all public transit (trains, buses, and ferries). For a five star hotel, however, I expected a slightly more new feel to the rooms. The carpet was clearly a bit worn. The hotel itself would be perfect for a young professional...
the room was really comfortable, plenty of pillows and spotless. The staff were really helpful and friendly we never seen such a well equipped minibar

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the markets and China Town. The front office staff were efficient and welcoming. Members of the cleaning staff saw us with bags and offered to carry them for us. There is a great personal touch with all the employees....they are genuine.
Location, location, location.. so close to Haymarket and other nice restaurants. Great service and the staff are really friendly. The room was surprisingly clean and modern. Our family really enjoy our Holiday..
Fabulous little reasonably priced hotel located close to Paddy’s Markets and surrounded by lots of places to eat. The lovely young lady who checked us in could not have been more helpful, even assisting with opal cards. Great coffee the next morning after a comfortable night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
Very well located, just a couple minutes walk from the lightrail and less than 10 minutes from Central Train Station. Lots of food options in the surrounding area too. The hotel itself was small but clean and well taken care of, and the rooms were well sized with a nice, spacious bathroom.
This is exactly what a mid-range hotel in Sydney should be like. Rooms are basic but well designed with a few small, thoughtful touches that make the space more welcoming and cosy including a comfortable bed. The rooms aren't super quiet given the location of the hotel and seemingly thin walls, but it's not rowdy or noisy at night. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location of The Ultimo is...

PARKROYAL Parramatta, Sydney1 / 27
Sydney, 30 Phillip Street, Parramatta 🧭 Map
Stayed here a couple of times - close to the Riverside Theatre where we were attending a Show just a short walk away. Close to many dining venues - especially worth a visit to the Desert Bar on the way home. Simple to get to and underground parking.
Great location in the heart of Parramatta, easy to get to and plenty of parking that is easy to navigate. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. No mini bar in the rooms though so bring snacks if you want them. Be prepared for one of the slowest check in procedures you've ever experienced in a hotel though!!!
Hit or miss.. stay there quite a bit - they have newer rooms and older rooms.. be sure to make sure to ask for a newer room when booking as the older ones are quite dates.. some of the old ones have those small bath tubs and shower in one - shower head super low and small tub feels like a slipping hazard. Other than that good location and amenities
I recently stayed at ParkRoyal hotel and would like to share my experience. Overall, the hotel and room were nice and clean, creating a pleasant environment during my stay. However, I found the bathroom to be lacking in spaciousness, which could be improved for future guests' comfort. On the positive side, the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a convenient and comfortable...
The comfort of the pillows and bed were amazing. The location was perfect for the dining precinct, and train and ferry wharf.
Whilst I appreciate that this hotel is undergoing a renovation, even the renovated rooms are not presented to a high standard as I expected. The bed was large and the bedding was fresh and clean. The bathroom is modern and was also clean, but the room was very basically furnished, it was a little dusty and there were liquid marks and on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. After searching...

The room was basic, comfortable, and clean. The mattress was comfortable as were pillows. Tea and coffee facilities were nice with a big TV. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. Numerous fast food outlets within 2 minutes walk. There is also the ability to buy drinks and snacks at reception. Close proximity to both domestic and international terminals.
Managed to book a room fairly last minute as my flight was cancelled and moved to the next day. Within walking distance of the airport although I Uber'd for $13. The room was nice, and the bed was very comfy. Plenty of floor space for luggage and even a mounted device for holding a suitcase (I think, didn't need to use it). The shower was a bit annoying since there was low water pressure, but this...
In my opinion you can't beat the location for the price. We needed an overnight to fly into Sydney and out to Jakarta the next day. The room was not large, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a ledge in the bathroom above the sink for our toiletries - something I appreciate when there is no counter around the sink. Don't plan to dance in the bathroom - it's small, but completely...
Great value for money and the rooms, although on the small size, were super quiet! Bed comfy and there are some fast food places within walking distance. Good for a transit. It's budget but in a good way!
Friendly , helpful service. If you want a hotel that's close to airport and cheap, then it's okay. Kind of hard to get here on foot from the airport , there's a shuttle you can use.

Only one third of prices compared to Hong Kong Four Seasons. Room is small but well layout. Bathroom is grand. View of the harbour is nice. Couch by the window. Housekeeping and Concierge/luggage staff are 100 marks. Front desk people are relatively way too cool to help - promised to inform me when the room is ready but actually I got the mail after checking in.
We stayed in a full Harbour view club room and our stay was amazing! The view from our room was spectacular. The staff were phenomenal and you can’t beat their club lounge.. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff went to next level to make it special. By far, our favorite hotel in Sydney. Well done Four Seasons and we can’t wait to visit again.
We had such a wonderful stay over 10 nights at four seasons Sydney. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic! You can walk to almost all the touristy and shopping spots in the city. The big bus tour station is also just two minutes walk from the hotel. We even got to watch the new year fireworks directly from the comfort of our own hotel room. The room service food was good...
This hotel is the perfect location for a harbour view. Walk to the Opera House, close to the light rail etc. Excellent attentive friendly service from the moment the car pulled up outside. Seamless check-in and check out. Good size room. Lovely bed and great pillow menu. In room coffee good and beautiful amenities provided. Highly recommend. I've already booked again!
Such great service and friendly staff. Straight after we checked in and went out for the night we came back to a bucket of ice in our room and slippers next to the bed and the water pulled forward next to the bed and our pillows set up nicely. That was such a nice touch of service which was never expected but so appreciated. Can’t comment that enough. And even though the room is small it was lovely...
Love this hotel! It is in a great location, the service is fabulous, and the rooms well-appointed. We had the breakfast, and it is marvelous!! I recommend their bar GRAIN. Great and original cocktails!! It is within walking distance of all the harbor sights! I give this hotel my strongest recommendation!!

Great location and very comfortable room and bed. The pool and spa has an amazing view of the city!
This hotel is fabulous! The people are kind and go out of there way to make you feel welcome! Daniela took the extra time to help us come up with a plan for our time in Sydney! The Taft in the club room greeted you with a smile and cheerfulness that made you excited to be there! The food in the club area was also beautiful and tasty! Thank you for making our stay so magical! We were sad to leave!
Room is comfy and nice and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Room service was delivered quick and was high quality. However for the price of this hotel I believe that there are better options for high end accomodation in the city especially for those travelling for leisure instead of business. They seem to be stuck in the out dated phase of extreme overcharging...
A friend recommended the Sheraton Grand after they’ve stayed a few times. So far I’ve enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room is nice, plenty of outlets for various devices. The view of the park is phenomenal…I can look out the window all day. I also love the location as it is close to CBD, but feels like a world apart thanks to the proximity to Hyde Park. My only con is the food at the hotel. It’s...
The Sheraton on Hyde Park is a lovely place to stay. Anything that doesn't require human contact is excellent. I was impressed with the room beautifully presented, clean, great view, comfortable beds and a lovely place to stay the night. I had dinner at the seafood buffet. The prawns were my favourite and were amazingly fresh. The servers were very good at constantly refreshing dishes although it was a small space so people had to keep moving around as dishes were being replaced. The desserts were also very good and there was such a large variety. It was odd to me that there was no beverage station for coffee and tea, we had to order...

Location, location, location. Everything close at hand. The hotel was beautiful. Staff very helpful.
We recently had a nine night stay using only Bon Voyage points. Soon after arrival we knew we made the right choice. We arrived at 9 am after a red eye flight. Although a room was not available, we were given keys to an early arrival suite. We were able to take showers and change clothes, then stored our luggage at reception. The room was great, with a view of the Opera House and harbor. The Executive...
The hotel itself isn’t the best. The location is absolutely great and in a fantastic spot. Also, the lounge and breakfast area was very welcoming. The elevators are EXTREMELY slow. I had to wait around 10 minutes for one to arrive which is also a big safety hazard. The breakfast buffet was rather miserable. I asked three times for a cappuccino until finally it arrived. The waiters weren’t professional...
This hotel and its staff was impeccable! Daniel at the front desk was incredibly friendly and had a wealth of knowledge to share about where to visit and what to see. Daniel was a great first impression - Marriott is lucky to have him. The executive lounge was also impressive - a very large spread for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend.
Rooms and the hotel structure are all aged and a bit tired. A bed with peaks and valleys may not comfort you enough to sleep through the night. You will experience slow lifts that randomly reset themselves refusing to take you to your floor. Also, calling a lift takes forever. The hotel management should open the staircases for everyone. It would be quicker to walk down 15 floors than wait for an overloaded...
From arrival to departure I felt all staff where attentive and extremely helpful when the need arose to make enquires. Room was very comfortable and beds where extremely comfortable, location was great and made travelling around city very easy

The terrace room was massive! Huge bedroom, huge bathroom, huge wardrobe, huge terrace. I love how retro the hotel and surrounding suburb is. Heaps of great options for food close by and the room service had a good selection too. I would definitely stay again.
Not overly impressive. No concierge, pool towels were locked away and decor was extremely dated. We stayed in a family room consisting of 2 bedrooms and a lounge/dining area and the only window in the whole suite was in the main bedroom. Breakfast buffet was probably a 4/5. Wouldn’t stay here again.
Stayed here for 2 nights in room 1406. Room was large, clean and spacious. The views across the beach looking into the city and over to the airport are amazing. Staff are friendly. The only critique would be that the hotel is dated and could do with a revamp.
I arrived late in the evening for check in . The room was paid for in advance. The corridors and lifts were neglected The breakfast was OK but nothing special.

What an amazing hotel. Well located and views to die for. The new bar on level 35 delivers some of the best views in Sydney. Its a bit further to walk to the city but this is outweighed by the fact the hotel is amazing. Go to the champagne bar for a pre dinner drink then the restaurant for dinner.
We decided to go to Sofitel for a little getaway with our 3 year old daughter. What an amazing experience it was. The view was phenomenal, I even woke for the sunrise view. The food was delicious! There was a big variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The pool view was spectacular. The hotel was child friendly and the staff were so friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again!
We have stayed at this hotel several times. Amazing location with great views (either harbour or Anzac bridge views). The hotel is modern, clean and well-maintained, and has friendly staff. Wouldn’t normally stay in such a fancy spot but fancied a treat after a lot of traveling up And down the coast and the price point was pretty agreeable. The updates made to the hotel are lovely, certainly improving the quality. We stayed in a Harbour view room and have no complaints. Large room, separate bedroom with a large balcony and nice view. The staff are attentive and polite. There are good deals available with the accommodation so look around for ones that include breakfast, parking and restaurant credit.
Most certainly geared towards the Chinese/Oriental market. Check out the Food Quarter overhead menu boards, filled with Chinese, Thai and Malaysian food, with a small Western section at the end.
Very nice rooms: large, clean, modern. Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt with a large marble counter in the kitchen and a nice view of the harbour. You'll have the full sweeping view from about floor 8 or 9 and up, below that there's another part of the building blocking and a fair bit of A/C noise. I stayed there for more than 10 days back in 2015. The whole team is friendly and cooperative as long as you speak intelligible English. The breakfast was satisfactory and won't let you down. With the FIFAWWC2023, AFL and Cirque du Soleil happening we sadly couldn’t get a room and had to stay at another Accor hotel, but you can never go past the Pullman for breakfast, and they delivered! Nothing was an issue and Ines was so attentive and amazing. Thanks Pullman for capping off a great weekend.
I want to be able to give the Pullman 5 stars, but they just aren't doing the little things correctly at the moment. I don't know if it was because it was a particularly busy weekend that we were there, or if they were still having issues with their new system. I was travelling with a platinum Accor member and when we checked in, we weren't given any information about the benefits that the platinum...
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and treated by super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my family's holiday memorable. We stayed on level 16 and watched the Royal Easter drone show and then the fireworks from the on the first night it was fantastic car parking was a breeze. The king bed was fantastic. Being so close to the show was a huge bonus.
Only stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. Could not fault anything. The staff were exceptional could not do enough for us. Very compassionate seeing we were in Sydney for a family funeral. Would definitely go back again hopefully under better circumstances. Special mention of lady at reception and Joe.
We stayed for Fridayz Live this weekend and the staff were friendly and helpful, they gave everyone free drink vouchers as check in is 2pm however it was 3pm before our room was ready, which is understandable given the turnover of guests. Our room was great, lovely big fluffy towels however the bed was uncomfortable and the body wash was empty. I appreciate the refillable bottles instead of the little...

Justin, Patrick and Buster are very welcoming staff which you don’t find everywhere! They greet you no matter what time of the day with friendly smiles - incredibly hospitable! They gave us a tour of the ‘strong room’ and shared the history of the building. Beautiful architecture! The hotel rooms are always immaculate, comfortable and value for money. The roof top bar and pool are always lots of fun...
Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, the Primus hotel has over 100 years worth of stories. This iconic hotel has seen the growth of the city over the course of time while serve as a important memory in many people’s heart. The hotel follows many of the protocols and keep up with the status quo. It has all the facilities a 5 star hotel must have. My friend and I have stayed with them for over a week...
Lovely standard of hotel and the heritage feel of the building meeting contemporary. Nicely appointed rooms and nice bedding made for a great nights rest. Rooftop is a great addition and we have used for birthday gatherings before (great in summer). Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
The hotel looks more grand than what the photos show. The room are specious, clean and new. There are a lot of bench space which is really useful. The room has all the basic amenities you need. The bed is really comfy with premium linen and choices of pillows. The hotel gave us a nice treat for our trip. The bathroom is modern and clean. The location is excellent, all the key tourist places are within...
The rooftop bar is good for a social gathering but could benefit from more shade for daytime events. The cocktail menu is varied but pricey, and the wine list is quite limited. Service was okay, nothing special but nothing terrible either. I would have happily given them 4 stars if they had not charged a surcharge to my card when paying with savings without any forewarning at all. The screen displayed...
The owners of this hotel have done a spectacular job in renovating this building into a fresh and modern marvel whilst maintaining its vintage, Art Deco charm. The Wilmot bar downstairs is amazing but the rooftop bar absolutely takes the cake. There’s nothing else quite like it in Sydney. Sweeping views of the surrounding skyline and the most incredible rooftop pool.

This was an extravagance. I do not normally frequent 5 star hotels, so this review might be positively biased! The hotel is beautifully appointed with big spacious rooms. The staff are excellent, discrete and professional. The breakfast options were varied, very good quality and copious. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean, inviting and very pleasant. Of course, it is expensive! Way more than...
The Location is fantastic. So much history to explore. It’s a flat walk to Stargazer park and from here you can catch a lift to Barangaroo or do gentle scenic walks around the Harbour and Rocks . So many great restaurants to chose from . The staff are exceptional, and their attention to detail is excellent. The spa is amazing. It’s kept around 38 and is extremely therapeutic on sore backs and legs...
Absolutely stunning hotel and location. This is our second stay here and definitely will not be our last. The staff are always extremely attentive. The standard of the hotel is high end and I absolutely love that pets are welcome. We had a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Whilst we did t have time to use the pool you simply must as it is spectacular and we loved it last time...
We had a wonderful stay here and didn’t want to leave! Our room was beautiful, luxurious and spotless. The service we received from every staff member was extremely professional and helpful, and made us feel very special. We loved all the small touches, from the pillow menu to the way housekeeping tidied our things with such care. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay...
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable with a touch of luxury. Pool was amazing- such a nice atmosphere. Good little gym. Buffet breakfast was extremely good. Service lovely and location perfect. We will stay again next time we are in Sydney and will now try to stay at other Langham hotels as well considering this one was such a nice experience.
The critical reviewer in me wants to give the Langham 4 stars. The room was a little dated, and the view not too exciting, with a construction site and associated noises in the distance. However, I am compelled to give it 5 stars. The service was excellent (particularly from the foreign staff members). The bed comfortable, which is most important. The bathroom was nicely updated. The hotel has a lovely...
