I especially loved the $10/night credit offered if you skip a room clean
Staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Hotel was within walking distance to Circular Quay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great view of the Harbour Bridge from our room. Very reasonably priced.
It's one of those hotels that corporate or business people uses for when travelling for work. What surprised me, was that the TV had access to downloaded movies and shows of all genres. Was a good library of choices
The team are so friendly, the room has everything you could possibly need. Step outside and youre walking distance to everything. The bed was comfy and was quiet to sleep
Stayed here many times and haven't given a review. It's been a positive experience for me as the rooms are always clean and presentable, small but comfortable. Nice bathroom and very centrally located. Friendly staff.
Front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating; went above and beyond to help me locate a lost item. Hotel is walking distance to many, many points of interest. Room was small but nicely appointed

The evening food and drink options were always good and served as our dinner 8 of 9 nights. The location was amazing, only a five minute walk to the Circular Quay and the ferries, trains, trams and buses
Although a room was not available, we were given keys to an early arrival suite. We were able to take showers and change clothes, then stored our luggage at reception
This hotel and its staff was impeccable! Daniel at the front desk was incredibly friendly and had a wealth of knowledge to share about where to visit and what to see
We went to a performance at the Sydney Opera House which was less than a 15 minute walk away. The Concierge staff gave excellent suggestions and was always helpful
Daniel was a great first impression - Marriott is lucky to have him. The executive lounge was also impressive - a very large spread for breakfast and dinner
The room was great, with a view of the Opera House and harbor. The Executive Lounge had great breakfast choices and variety every day

My welcome was warm and personal as usual. My room was on the 19th floor with amazing views of Darling Harbour. The hotel is very close and within walking distance to many restaurants and the Sydney Conference Centre
I enjoyed a few drinks in the reasonably priced lobby bar with complementary nuts, its a good meeting spot. My room was well appointed with an exceptional bath room and a bed fit for weary travelers
Another amazing visit to Sofitel Darling Harbour. The views from this hotel are mind-blowing. The executive lounge is magnificent. Thank you, Yen, for your smiling face
Elevators were quick and responsive with the security of key card entry. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and quiet
Well located and views to die for. The new bar on level 35 delivers some of the best views in Sydney. Its a bit further to walk to the city but this is outweighed by the fact the hotel is amazing
We stayed on the Easter weekend and were treated to an amazing fireworks show at Darling Harbour. We went up to the swimming pool on level 4, a great location to view the fireworks show. Always a pleasure to stay here

You are a half block from the cruise port, can see it from roof of hotel. We had 3, wife, daughter, and I. The room was smaller, but very adequate! We purchased a King Deluxe with Harbour View
The location was perfect for our family (2a 2c) as we were boarding a cruise the next day! We took advantage of the rooftop pool and spa before embarkment day
Shops, restaurants, and entertainment all around the "Rocks District" and ferry shuttle ports was amazing, make sure to try the Pancake House! Breakfast on-site was amazing as well, just a GREAT experience over all! Especially at the end, checked out with 5 bags, easily walked down the hill to cruise port, and boarded within 10-15 minutes! Highly recommend
worth every penny! On floor 5 we could see the Opera House and even watched our ship, Carnival Splendor come into port. They had made pull out bed up for daughter and she slept well
The staff greeting us at check-in were fantastic and explained the dining and bar options to us, and kindly held our luggage once we checked out
With a lovely buffet breakfast, happy hour in the afternoon and great location Rydges ticks all the boxes

So, if you like to have hotel pools, lounges, or other public places in the hotel where you can read/not be entirely in your room, this is not the spot for you
Absolutely LOVED staying at Establishment Hotel 😍🙌🏻💯 The room was amazing - HUGE, so well proportioned & comfortable with everything at your fingertips 🤗 DELICIOUS room service, with catering from the UNREAL Mr Wong restaurant 😋 Truly OUTSTANDING service from ALL staff, but especially have to mention the concierge as they were absolutely HEAVEN 🤩🙏🏻 Will DEFINITELY be back, thank you so much 💛
The staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast (which was included with our room) was delicious! Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again!
We just finished a 2 night stay and were delighted with the room and service! The rooms are cozy and large with beautiful bathroom ammenities
I'm honestly really surprised by some of the reviews saying this hotel was 'dirty'
I would also not recommend this hotel for families or people looking for a more soft interior design style- it has the aesthetic of a New York City bachelor pad. There is also not much of a lobby/hotel amenity presence

A nice hotel in a good location close to the train station and cafes/ restaurants. Rooms are spacious however not much view outside as there are other buildings close to it. Also has a bar with good variety of drinks
I'd like to thanks to Sir Joey, you have a great customer service and very friendly to us. Thank you for making us feeel more comfortable during our stay especially my little one😊😊😊💖💖💖
This hotel is great, we stayed for 4 nights. Also close with public transportation. We have two little kids they love to walk to tram and buses very close
The staff are very pleasant and obliging. Happy to help with any difficulty of request. King bed very comfortable and breakfast buffet very nice and caters for various cultures. Enjoyed our fourth stay in 15 months.
I would recommend this hotel its very good😉😊

We are so grateful and were very pleased with the little extra things they did to make our celebration even more special. The room was wonderful and bed super comfy. Shower and amenities were fantastic
The staff were very professional and I was looked after so well. My rooms was a harbour view room and it was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable beds
We ate at Altitude restaurant and that was one of the best experiences we have had in a while. Plus the views are incredible! We stayed there 7 years ago and had a similar great experience
I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Sydney, with beautiful views of the harbour and friendly staff, what more could you ask for
Nice hotel in an excellent position just by The Rocks area of Sydney where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Easy access to all of the main sights. The rooms are large for a city hotel and very comfortable
Spacious rooms, well done bathroom, a huge gym, decent looking pool, spa, and lots of common areas

I love love this hotel! I have stayed there for 3 nights and it gave me homey vibes! The renovated rooms are fantastic and the shampoo/body lotions smells AMAZING! The location is the best part as it’s only a couple of minutes walk to the opera house! The view and service is impeccable! I cannot wait to stay at the intercontinental again!
This is a lovely hotel, where we have stayed several times. It's normally quiet, well appointed, and has nice extras like a pool on the 31st floor with a spectacular view over the harbour
After a break of many years, we recently returned and had a great stay. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished but still has an old world charm. Checked out the rooftop bar on level 32 which was fantastic
The room was well appointed and comfortable. The main draw is the location of the property - almost right on Circular Quay and a short walk to the Opera House and The Rocks
The breakfast was presented as one of the best levels we had seen before even though the service and the menu can be improved but we liked the experience in total
It’s somehow sad to leave this fantastic hotel. I suppose we came right time after the renovation. We started at level 28 and we loved the view

Staff are very attentive and they always clean your room and provide you fresh set of towels. I would like to commend, James the Duty Manager on the weekend of July 22, who was very accommodating to our requests
Our 2 weeks stay in the hotel was really awesome
The rooms are darker and older than I expected, the bathroom is a funny style and all the toilets (including those in function rooms) are very low set and I have to hit the flush button with my foot
The Sofitel Wentworth has an excellent location in central Sydney within easy walking distance of Circular Quay and Pitt St Mall. It adds a little extra something when the staff greet you in French!
They were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, making my stay remarkably pleasant. Their exemplary service was a standout and definitely compensated for any lack in contemporary aesthetic
Another noteworthy convenience was the proximity to Ezymart. This store, open even at midnight, was a great resource for grabbing water and snacks, ensuring that I never went hungry or thirsty during my stay

Also would be great if there was a price list for mini bar available in the digital compendium or room
Location is perfect, a minute's walk from Wynyard St and across the road from a Starbucks. A short walk to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Harbour. Room was clean and spacious too. Buffet breakfast was delicious
Good 5 star hotel, which, however, would be even better if some of the rooms would be renovated and the restaurant would be designed a bit more charming. The stuff is very, very friendly
Sometimes more friendly than competent. But they always try their very best to help you. The indoor pool is cool, so is the jacuzzi and the sauna. The showers there need an upgrade
Fresh omelette and poached eggs are made (Monday till Friday). Some hot drinks, however, are only offered at extra cost
We'd definitely choose to stay again

It has everything you need for a Sydney trip: great location, room amenities and service, a restaurant in the building and pool with SPA is great perk after a ling day in the city
Since the check in time was 2pm and no vacant room was available in the morning, I left my luggage with them and was offered the changing room at the swimming pool to refresh myself after the overnight flight
The hotel gets a bit dated with that typical smell but still I’d recommend
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay
Nevertheless, the hotel can pay attention to the cleanliness of the furniture in the room and cleaning of the bathtub. To include a bath gel in the bathroom amenities would be a good idea!
The room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant offered delicious food. The location of the hotel is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the Central Station

*Restaurant is just on the ground floor and you can also order for in-room service for your meal if you're not in the mood to go out
The buffet breakfast was a wide spread, even my kids enjoyed it. It's just sad they do not re-heat outside food (for my fussy-eater son) But all in all, we had a wonderful stay. We achieved the goal of relaxing weekend
*The staffs are so kind and helpful with your needs. Spacious room, toilet is way too small for a gigantic occupant. *It's a really good location for me as it's just walking distance to nearby activities
As per the location, the hotel is just 7-10 minutes walk Central Station. There are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is short walk from Darling Square and Paddy's Market
Staff are very professional, enthusiastic and patient. The buffet breakfast has a good range without being ostentatious - highly recommend packaging this into your room booking
The room amenities were good enough for the price we paid for. The only concern was the lift that taking too long to arrive when it was peak hours (like check in/out)

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend and will be back for another stay! Free upgrade, cake for the birthday we were celebrating, friendly staff, buffet breakfast delicious, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds
Absolutely beautiful, perfectly clean and awesome hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms? Spacious, fabulous view, amazing comfortable huge bed, mini bar, perfect bathroom, I loved the whole design
Not only rooms but the whole hotel. Really perfect service, breakfast was amazing, big selection of fresh food, delicious! And I'm picky, something good for everyone
One of the best hotels with best service I have ever visited around the world. I highly recommend, thank you and I will be happy to come back
The rooms are comfortable, including the bathroom and the bed. The personnel is very friendly. The only thing tho is that the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. The outside pool is fine but the bar service didn’t work
This Hotel my family and I liked very much. It was central to everything we wanted to visit. The rooms we were allocated were clean, bright and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean

Reception staff both night and morning friendly and very professional. Room was clean and maintained. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was okay, scrabble eggs a little dry but everything else was good. Thank you
The hotel is close to the airport, with hotel shuttle bookings available during your check-in for $7 per person that covers two suitcases and a carry-on for each person
My flight was delayed by 3 hours but I had no issues checking in. I had complimentary shuttle included in my stay which I was not aware of so I had paid for it. The staff refunded the amount upon my check in
When I rang to find out which transport to use to get there from the airport (and that's never easy to figure at Syd) the person at reception gave simple accurate instructions
The staff here are extremely helpful and efficient. They noticed that we had quite a bit of luggage, so they upgraded our room to the ground floor free of charge (no elevator). The room was a nice size and very clean
I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk and other staff were all very friendly. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, looked so inviting. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available

Quiet, efficient, convenient. Reasonable prices, good value, very convenient to hospitals. Not full of character, not a landmark, but hot water and clean sheets. Clean and well run with good service. Recommended.
Rooms were immaculate except for some wear on a couple of bits of furniture. The only other problem was that 2 of the toll free numbers on the internet did not answer. Check in and out was speedy and hassle free
Had a 4 night stay and then a 3 night stay. Room and hotel common areas spotless, would go as far as saying cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Food in restaurant very good, as was service and convenience
Stayed 4 nights due to family hospital stay. I was very happy with my room and front desk staff was very accommodating and professional. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Always greeted with a smile.
I've been here many times in the last year and they're always so lovely and accommodating. The building isn't the most flash you can get but the people are friendly and its perfect for a little getaway.
A great, quiet location considering its next to the highway. Staff were very polite, friendly, available and super helpful. The SURE cafe has delicious food, especially the 3 cheeses ravioli, loved it

Rooms getting a little dated, we had a 50c sized rust/hole spot in our bath, enough of a deterrent not to use for the duration of our 8 night stay. Laundry room with small cost for washing machine and drier use
Small pool which is nice in summer, small gym with enough equipment for a work out, spa right next to pool which is dated but very nice after a work out or following lots of walking throughout Sydney
Pleasant staff, needed to ask service staff for toilet paper and tissues, not sure if this was management scrimping or if it was an oversight, quickly rectified when questioned, room serviced well otherwise
Surprising views of the Opera House and Bridge from some rooms. Location awesome for history appreciators, very very close to the beautiful and awesome Rocks
Spacious room for the price, convenient kitchenette - small hot plate, good sized microwave, small bar fridge
Upon researching, Rendezvous is still a competitive option for the location

The last day, after my departure, the hotel manager Sabin found my white shirt and saved it at the front before I picked it up. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a place to come to YEHS hotel - Sydney CBD
The staff, especially Tim during check-in and Jimmy providing helpful directions to the airport, assisting with luggage storage, and offering enthusiastic travel advice, were incredibly friendly and patient
I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by staff member Binay. His attentiveness and dedication significantly enhanced my overall experience
This hotel is very central to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Easy walking distance to many city attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating
Jandroo and Tim couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary water and continental breakfast make this hotel extra good value. I would definitely book again
I arrived at the hotel on the 12th of January. Within a week I was greeted with top-tier service and personable banter from the manager and colleagues at the hotel

What a groovy & funky place to experience!! Wonderful & welcoming staff. The room was perfection, from the decor, to the plush king size bed, to the huge free standing bath. Check in & out was quick & easy
The hotel staff were amazing from the valet, to floor staff to bar staff. The room was spotless, comfortable and luxurious. Amenities spot on expectations. Bar downstairs was a brilliant way to finish the night
Check out was simple and painless. Didn't go to the restaurant on this visit, but will do so when we stay there again. Definitely worth every dollar spent. The bed was perfect, felt like a cloud
If you're planning on seeing a show at the State Theatre, then QT Sydney is definitely the place to stay!! We're really looking forward to visiting again!!
Easily the best experience me and the missus have had at a hotel. Booked the corner suite for a 2 night stay and was really impressed with it all
Only complaint is the rooms are so dimly lit it was difficult to do makeup! It would be great if the bathroom had the option of being brighter

This hotel is the perfect location for a harbour view. Walk to the Opera House, close to the light rail etc. Excellent attentive friendly service from the moment the car pulled up outside. Seamless check-in and check out
The hotel was filled with all great and fabulous things. It gives a great view and the most comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff were very polite and honest. Wow, the food, like no other, that was superb
We stayed in a full Harbour view club room and our stay was amazing! The view from our room was spectacular. The staff were phenomenal and you can’t beat their club lounge

We had such a wonderful stay over 10 nights at four seasons Sydney. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic! You can walk to almost all the touristy and shopping spots in the city

Excellent stay, so central to everything in the city and really appreciated the onsite parking. The rooms are very modern with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly and happy to help with any queries we had
Travelled for work and stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room and found it to be a very spacious room. Only annoying thing was that there wasn’t a power point next to one of the beds which I thought was a little odd
Love the old style glass and wood deco matched by the modern rooms. The showers I won't describe because I wouldn't want to ruin the fabulous surprise. It's just a shame the room service isn't late night/24hour
We highly recommend this hotel! The location is great, with access to theatres, museums, restaurants and the light rail. The king room was enormous and beautifully decorated
I didn't want to leave that bed in the morning, it was so luxurious and comfortable! We didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms
Love the art deco feel of the place too
