Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay, Sydney1 / 50

The service in terms of responsiveness and kindness are excellent. Came in a great variety and the quality is good. Although it is a old hotel, the management did a wonderful job to maintain it
Service staff was polite and helpful. Room decor style is simple modern classic, nothing fanciful. Bathroom looks a bit dated but clean. Shower head is fixed to the wall, can't be removed
So happy to get the room with the Opera House view. The room is quite spacious, and reasonable price. I will come back again if I have an opportunity.
There is no rain shower head too. Toiletries were not provided in the room, need to request from front desk
My favourite stay in Sydney, great location and nice amenities, easy access to Circular Quay station.
The location is perfect, near restaurant halal, near station n port of cruise... Will be back if I go to sydney next time

This was one of our best experiences ever. The view in the hotelroom was absolutely stunning, people absolutely nice and the service was outstanding. Very convenient, digitally enabled and very forward thinking oriented
We had a really lovely time here. They gave us complimentary cake and champagne for our wedding day. It made me and my husband feel apprecited and valued. The view was truly spectacular.
Great experience! The girl who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Damon at the bell desk took care of the luggage as I had arrived early. Overall great stay!
The facilities of the hotel are too small, check in, swimming pool, restaurant, you have not enough space or you need to wait quite long to be served.
Location: Decent, but not as convenient as expected—especially with the steep slope nearby. Food: Limited variety in dining options
Smart TV contained airplay/chromcast function  The hotel is not accessible friendly for walking as guests need to take some stairs or sloping road

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing and the pool area was fantastic especially the outdoor spa.
Great facility, great location, it would be a great stay but your receptionist Ramy has ruined it at the time of the check in. A great thanks to your reservation team who is able to solve the problem whin a few minutes.
Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains
Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated
Very convenient to go anywhere especially the fish market, many restaurants nearby.
Excellent service, best location for public transport thank you!😀

Sometimes more friendly than competent. But they always try their very best to help you. The indoor pool is cool, so is the jacuzzi and the sauna. The showers there need an upgrade
Great location, great pool and jacuzzi, will definitely go there again.
They ran out of the room, but provided a big room with a roller bed. Not to bad. The pool is a bit small, especially for the busy season, it was crowded.
Next to Light Rail Station Bridge St and few mins walk to Metro Station Wydyard. Kind service and big room for family. Arrive at 9am and they allow early check in after a long haul flight arriving early morning
Great location and room is very clean and big, would be better if concierge staff could offer help with the luggage as we check out
Excellent service, great breakfast, immaculately clean. Furniture was bit worn down but everything else was perfect.

The gym and pool shut at 10pm which is annoying for people who work late and return to find they can’t use it. A spa would have been a nice addition since the pool is outdated and in the open without heating
Convenient, cosy ( a bit dated), comfortable huge room, happy staff, well priced mini bar sodas, good pressure shower. Short corridor to the lift made early dash for the flight easier. Taxi ready and waiting $14.
Every staff member I met there was helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and house keeping team there does a great job I must say! They r very efficient and have good attention to detail
There is also a convenience store 1 block away and with 10min walking u can get to the Botany food district where there r lots of choices and they are all pretty good and affordable
To name a few: Mediterranean, japanese, Vietnamese. Also 10min walking from the airport if u travel light
From buffet brekky to reception, everyone was there to ensure you have a good experience

*Restaurant is just on the ground floor and you can also order for in-room service for your meal if you're not in the mood to go out
The buffet breakfast was a wide spread, even my kids enjoyed it. It's just sad they do not re-heat outside food (for my fussy-eater son) But all in all, we had a wonderful stay. We achieved the goal of relaxing weekend
*The staffs are so kind and helpful with your needs. Spacious room, toilet is way too small for a gigantic occupant. *It's a really good location for me as it's just walking distance to nearby activities
As per the location, the hotel is just 7-10 minutes walk Central Station. There are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is short walk from Darling Square and Paddy's Market
Staff are very professional, enthusiastic and patient. The buffet breakfast has a good range without being ostentatious - highly recommend packaging this into your room booking
The room amenities were good enough for the price we paid for. The only concern was the lift that taking too long to arrive when it was peak hours (like check in/out)

Positives: - Attentive and approachable staff at the reception - Staff accommodating to guest's needs - Excellent view if staying in the villa / beach view rooms - Practical with amenities and caring with cleanliness in the rooms - Great Breakfast bar with buffet style food
Negatives: - Small swimming pool in an outdoor setting. Can be packed with guests at times - Noise proofing between rooms could be better
A big thank you to Oliver for the guided tour of the hotel and taking care of our luggage. Our room was elegantly appointed and immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, the bedding was plush and comfortable
The local is simply incredible to enjoy the beach, Manly and venture into the city for an explore and shop. One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. I will definitely plan another staycation there
We had an incredible stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. The team welcomed us with open arms, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive
The location was perfect for a weekend away, and the breakfast was delicious. It was the perfect blend of luxury and warmth – we couldn't have asked for more!

Sydney, 22 Levey Street, Wolli Creek 🧭 Map
My only suggestion would be that if you are catching the Sydney Shuttle Service from Bay 4 at the airport, it was confusing to find. Once I figured it out (followed a crowd and asked them), the shuttle was full
Novotel was last on the shuttle drive, so it took a while. On the way from Novotel to the airport, the next morning, it was super easy and quick because you can book your seat ahead of time
The shuttle driver was wonderful and made it work by squeezing me in, however if I didn't make it on the shuttle there was not another one for 40 minutes and it was 8:15pm (ish) at night
The waiters and waitresses are very kind, the food is amazing and you definitely pay for what you get. I would recommend this place if you'd like to come here for a celebration e
I've never actually stayed overnight at this hotel but I have come here multiple times both with my family and by myself for a drink or for lunch/dinner
I would definitely stay here again!!!

I booked for a short stay not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, I would say the rooms are standard quality, nothing special. But our room we clean, refreshed daily with new sheets and towels
Room service available if needed. We had a tv, ironing board and hair dryer which is so useful to know if you’re packing light and are trying to bring limited items. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well
The room was just the start though, we had such good experience with the service of the hotel staff, our flight home was cancelled last minute requiring us to book an extra night, the staff were able to book us in for another night for the exact same room
Check in/out is 24/7 which is so helpful for late/early travellers. The location is also so convenient, we walked to everywhere we needed to go, loads to do locally and public transport close by if needed
The hotel is in an excellent location for getting around on public transport which was important to us as my husband is not very mobile
I have Coeliac disease but was catered for very well at the breakfast facilities in the dining area

Fantastic location and really friendly staff, even with our little ones running around. Loved the kids recreation room. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and great range, even for little ones.
Gym is very limited ans swimming pool is tiny. It's a four star hotel so that's probably all to be expected
Great kids club with xbox and playstation although perhaps a few more interesting activities would be good as well, but it offers a free and well appointed self serve food and drinks bar for the kids and a phone that the kids call from to order a free ice block
Great hotel, great location across from Chinatown and only a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour but without the Darling Harbour rates. Really nice vibe to the Darling Square area and felt safe
I'm not from Australia so I didn't know you need to out the card in the slot to turn on the lights. Once I figured it out it was a nice stay with no issues
I usually opt for Airbnb or home stays for convenience but since making my trip to the Novotel in Darling square I think I have found my forever stay

The last day, after my departure, the hotel manager Sabin found my white shirt and saved it at the front before I picked it up. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a place to come to YEHS hotel - Sydney CBD
The staff, especially Tim during check-in and Jimmy providing helpful directions to the airport, assisting with luggage storage, and offering enthusiastic travel advice, were incredibly friendly and patient
I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by staff member Binay. His attentiveness and dedication significantly enhanced my overall experience
This hotel is very central to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Easy walking distance to many city attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating
Jandroo and Tim couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary water and continental breakfast make this hotel extra good value. I would definitely book again
I arrived at the hotel on the 12th of January. Within a week I was greeted with top-tier service and personable banter from the manager and colleagues at the hotel

Wonderful service and love it's flexible service. Its lake view is also amazing. I'd rather stay here than 5-star rated price hotel.
Good location good for .....visit university
The room has everything you need if working in a laptop and is well set up with a great shower and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied. Could not fault the service and stay often
The towels smells so bad, it feels not have been washed properly or not being used ashing powders and liquid detergents.
Had a change of schedule so called ahead as I needed to find out if I could store a bag there. The receptionist said there were some rooms available now and I was given early access
The reception area now has complimentary coffee for guests which was an absolute life saver. I have always enjoyed my stays here as it is lovely and quiet and most rooms open on to the grassed area near the lake

Although clearly and older hotel the rooms are really nice, we had a deluxe room. The service was excellent however and the staff extremely helpful. The location is fantastic too.
We had a lovely stay here for world pride and even got an upgrade to a better room with a view of the park and kitchenette. This was such a great central location for the city and events in the domain and Oxford street
This place is wonderful and will be sadly missed by many who have stayed here over the years as it will soon cease to exist. The new development was inevitable I suppose
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a view over Hyde park. Which was very nice as compared to elsewhere where your view is looking at other highrise buildings
Great centrally located close to all Sydney has to offer, either on foot or by public transport. Lovely spacious and clean room, filled with all the features one would expect in a hotel of this grading
The best feature that I really appreciate is the free parking. Public transport is also easily accessible. The room is spacious, with a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the park

My wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at the Pullman Quay Grand where we enjoyed fantastic harbour and spectacular Vivid lights
The hotel is centrally located with short easy strolls to restaurants, Opera House and Botanical Gardens. Special thanks to Omi at reception who warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was perfect
I hope to go back when certain upgrades have been made to the building and front of house. If everyone acted like Sammy and certain improvements were made then this place would really be special
However, the rooms were dated and some staff were not 5 star. The location of this establishment is amazing. It's minutes from all the sydney sights
Thank you Sammy for your diligent work ethic
We can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

Traveling with friends, we booked two rooms. The hotel is relatively clean. You can take the subway from the airport to the hotel and transfer to another one. The hotel is about 700 meters away from the station
The staff were absolutely lovely! Wonderful recommendations, and friendly, considerate service. Thank you so much, honestly went way beyond expectations
Really good place to stay in the city. Close to public transport, the reception team is super nice and helpful. Definitely would come back next time!
Great value, service and location, nice bathroom. Slightly dated electricals and room decor but everything is in full working order and clean so continues to be a great option in Potts Point
Great location with plenty of eateries nearby, the hotel is a bit old but well maintained
The hotel is convenient to Sydney Opera House and Chinatown

I gave a 9 because they could use a deep clean in the rooms but they were not dirty and the breakfast would be better to start at 6am instead of 7am. Thank you for making my husbands first trip to Sydney an enjoyable one
The room was clean and comfortable—adequate and entirely in keeping with a budget price. On-site laundry is available and used to wash our clothes while we stayed. Staff is very friendly and helpful
It is close to the Coke sign at Kings Cross (which in the past has had a bad reputation) however we felt very safe and it appears that the Cross has been mostly gentrified
Hotel is committed to using less energy, and water as evidenced by graphs showing usage over past years, and is attuned to sustainability. Location seems to be very safe
The buffet serves various hot and cold healthy food options like hard-boiled eggs, cereal, panini, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, bagels, juices, muffins and oatmeal

Grace made us feel very welcome. Room clean and comfortable. Location very convenient when attending an event at Olympic Park.
The host grandmother was very kind. This is my second visit and I will stay here again next time I go to Sydney! 👍 The water pressure is the best!
Convenient transportation, very close to the subway entrance. The room is clean and tidy. The landlady is warm and polite.
Beautiful environment and convenient transportation
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Nice space.
I could pay extra and park onsite which was a big plus for me. I would prefer if there was a BBQ or other means to cook a casual meal as I have difficulty walking to cafe's and going out to eat

Great for the price, easy walk to the train station and only half a dozen stops to the city. Breakfast was basic, but great that it was included. There was a full kitchen available for guests to use
Staff weren't weren't ever rude. I only used the place as somewhere to sleep. The towels were very thin (but I actually like that). I had to switch the fridge on
Friendliest receptionist in Sydney! Very accomodating, and good value rooms.
Quiet area though far from the city if you'd like to be more near the centre. The breakfast for me was fine and has some nice paintings to look at and books to read
There was some noise from the street on a Saturday night and an early morning airplane fly-over that made it a little difficult ( but not impossible) to sleep
We managed to get one of the 3 car parks out the front, but there appears to be ample free on-street parking close by on quieter residential streets

Beautiful, cute, fabulous hotel! We were a little worried to stay in an older/historical hotel, but oh my! It was the best choice we could have made! Not only is The Russell cheaper than any surrounding hotel, it was a very nice, clean and had some character that a chain hotel wouldn't have
Great location wasn’t expecting air conditioning so a bonus on a heatwave weekend would definitely stay again only downside breakfast not included as per advertised but won’t stop us booking again so close to everything loved our stay
My room was small but comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean, and I only had to wait to use it once during my stay. On Saturday night, I could hear the piano music a little bit from the bar downstairs, but I didn't mind
Also, the pub - Fortune of War - was fabulous. Friendly and with great music. Enjoyed singing and carousing. Also, the location couldn't be beat, as it was close to transport and the most beautiful parts of Sydney
When we got back, our bags were in our room and the room was fabulous! Loved it! Very good bed and pillows! Everything nice! Continental breakfast was great! They had had nut breads, regular bread and fruits
And at The Harbour, there are some great ice cream/gelato places. Staff is so nice and helpful. we got off our cruise ship at 10am and "checked-in", it was early so we couldn't go to our room
