Sydney, 161 Sussex Street 🧭 Map
We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread, which added to the overall great experience
Our 2-night stay at the Harbour View Tower room was fantastic, with a stunning Darling Harbour view that was a highlight of our trip. The location was also superb, offering easy access to the city's main attractions
good environment, nice location and it is close to train and commercial area.
Always love Hyatt hotels. Great customer service. Exceptional facilities.
Everything was good except I had to remind three days in a row to front desk to ask housekeeping to fill up body wash. Had to take shower 3 days without body wash.
The sound proofing of room not very good, at night I could still hear noise when people walking in the corridor, the car speeding in the street down. The TV allows for Google cast won’t be connected if using iPhone

The service in terms of responsiveness and kindness are excellent. Came in a great variety and the quality is good. Although it is a old hotel, the management did a wonderful job to maintain it
Service staff was polite and helpful. Room decor style is simple modern classic, nothing fanciful. Bathroom looks a bit dated but clean. Shower head is fixed to the wall, can't be removed
So happy to get the room with the Opera House view. The room is quite spacious, and reasonable price. I will come back again if I have an opportunity.
There is no rain shower head too. Toiletries were not provided in the room, need to request from front desk
My favourite stay in Sydney, great location and nice amenities, easy access to Circular Quay station.
The service and locations are great

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour
Sydney, 12 Darling Drive 🧭 Map
The hotel location is great, face to the Darling Harbour and connected with the Light Rail - Convention station, just 3-4 stations to China Town and CBD, but the room light is not enough, if add 1-2 lamps will be better, but everything are good, still consider to stay next time!
Room is really good and clean, good location , breakfast was really good too. My room had the view of the harbour, great view at night with the lights.
Hotel location is good, however room condition is old and outdated. Bathroom floor drian gets backup every night during shower. Bubbles built up at the floor drain
We were supposed to stay for 4 days but ended up extending for our one week vacation in Sydney! The rooms are big, we need to transfer to another room as we extended our stay and had to do another booking
It was a busy week due to the vivid Sydney but they are still able to find us a room. There is a famous restaurant on the lower floor and also a place where kids can hangout with gadgets and a pool table
Yes there is a construction site in front but from our room you could still see the water and buildings lit up at night and I didn’t mind watching the cranes at work

Very nice hotel. Big rooms. Quite fresh. View on Opera house. Good variety at breakfast.In-room dining is good. Liked the stake, spaghetti and fish. go to 36th floor bar and have a drink with a view.
We had a really lovely time here. They gave us complimentary cake and champagne for our wedding day. It made me and my husband feel apprecited and valued. The view was truly spectacular.
Can't fault our stay! The best accommodation we've ever had in Sydney and extremely good value for money.
Great experience! The girl who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Damon at the bell desk took care of the luggage as I had arrived early. Overall great stay!
The Blue Bar is also highly recommended. Unfortunately Shangri-La is only available in the eastern part of the world, we would surely use it more often
Location: Decent, but not as convenient as expected—especially with the steep slope nearby. Food: Limited variety in dining options

Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park
Sydney, 161 Elizabeth Street 🧭 Map
This is an excellent hotel with friendly and responsive staff who were very helpful during check-in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
Good location, near a train station, park, museum and st Mary
There is a mall (west field) nearby as well, got many food options
Very nice hotel with good location.
Very good location indeed, easy go to all hot area including airport, Darling Harbour, circular quay, China town, even Sydney U. The service needs to be improved. Slow reception, room service is not OK
The hotel itself and the room are good. However the house keeping could be improved. I have 3 people but always only 2 sets of towel were provided even after my complaint
The executive lounge became my go-to spot for coffee and informal meetings - well-managed with a good selection of refreshments and impressive views

- Gym Facilities Are Too Poor
Location: BEST
The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out overall. However it was clean and well maintained
The best thing about this hotel is the location
Facilities are ok with pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna (though small pool and close at 8 pm) while gym 7/24 good and many equipment.
room with good view of the opera house
Nice view. The room is pretty good. Facilities are a bit old.
Helpful to advise to deduct the payment from the deposit for the buffet breakfast on the second night, so facilitate me to do express checkout, email me receipt so that it is also environmental friendly and saving time to catch the next morning flight
The view from our room on the harbour side was so stunning and impressive. However, the size of the room was too small and inconvenient. So overall, I'd give it about 4 out of 5 stars
This hotel was amazing and location was perfect. Within a ten minute walk you could tour the main attractions like the opera house and the cruise ships

Mercure Sydney
Sydney, 818-820 George Street 🧭 Map
A nice hotel in a good location close to the train station and cafes/ restaurants. Rooms are spacious however not much view outside as there are other buildings close to it. Also has a bar with good variety of drinks
Service was excellent if you needed something the staff were more than happy to help. Location is brilliant if you want to see the city
I would recommend this hotel its very good😉😊
The bed is also quite uncomfortable and does not come with additional pillows in the closet. Is good value when booking in advance for an event (we were there for Vivid)
Very close to central station, China Town, Haymarket and the Capital Theatre. Staff were lovely and the meal we ate in the restaurant downstairs was good
Very good location for what I needed. Good value for money and good breakfast Room was nothing exceptional but had everything I needed.

Hotel location is very central for business and leisure purposes. Breakfast is good good with variety of food and drinks to choose from. However, the room is dated comparing to other hotels in the city
If you ask for negatives then 1- lack of good views outside the windows 2- bathrooms probably need some refurbishment. Despite of these I would give it a 5-star
Location is great 👍
And the rooms are good. But cleaning is a joke! They do not clean not even close to everyday and if they happen to ”clean” then its not cleaning and instead something else
I would also like to sincerely thank Natasha and Zel for their proactive planning and excellent coordination
Not sure if the room itself was better, but still no view, looked straight into another building. Fairly good selection of food for the breakfast. Very friendly staff, will to help where they can
A special thank you to Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He pre-arranged and tested all the equipment—including the speakers, projector, and other facilities—before my arrival

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
Sydney, 1 Martin Place 🧭 Map
Great location, just 5 min walk to Martin place metro. Good service at the club lounge. My kid love to play hide and seek in the suite. Great to have a variety of free movie to watch
This is a beautiful hotel set right in the heart of downtown Sydney. The staff were very attentive to anything we needed and happy to help. The room was clean and very beatifully appointed with luxurious features
Excellent location.
Spacious rooom.
Service could have been better.
The location is prime. The service is excellent. Warm greeting at the entrance. Smooth checkin and checkout. Free upgrade to clock tower king room. The clock tower view is stunning. Would stay here again if we come back.
We loved the heritage feeling of this hotel and how central it was to many of Sydney's landmarks and must see places! We highly recommend The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and would love to come back again

Really well located, just 4 blocks from the Opera House. Goods installation, but the swimming pool is not warm enough.
Great location, great pool and jacuzzi, will definitely go there again.
The hotel is located in a good central part of town and walking to most places is easy. The room price was affordable and good value. I would certainly recommend the Amora
Spacious room. Room service menu was ok/good.
Lifts are under refurb and need it. Very slow and worn out.
There was hair in the bathroom upon my arrival, all handles were dirty, air vents very dusty, cushions on armchairs dirty and the floor not vacuumed properly. just not good enough for a 5 ☆ hotel
Next to Light Rail Station Bridge St and few mins walk to Metro Station Wydyard. Kind service and big room for family. Arrive at 9am and they allow early check in after a long haul flight arriving early morning

Had the king bed last night and it was fantastic. Are downstairs at the restaurant and it was some of the best good I've ever had. Service has been impeccable. Great gym and pool. Had a great stay
Everything was fine during my 4-night stay, except for the fact that they unreasonably set the key access to end before the 11 am check-out time. I couldn't open my room door after my morning walk at 10:40 am
The smart view TV is nice as we may project our cell phone to TV to enjoy. However, internet connection wasn’t that good. View not good as block by the Sydney Tower. Location is excellent for shopping
At first glance, this hotel makes an excellent impression, it’s conveniently located in the city center, close to many attractions
Yet the hotel offers good value for money in central Sydney, and the staff truly deserves praise. Just consider twice if minor annoyances could bother you and destroy your nerves
The location is really central and convenient for shopping and access to the main attractions in Sydney. The food from the restaurant was excellent, and prices are reasonable

Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel
Sydney, 8 Arrival Court 🧭 Map
When i went out of the room, I found it not easy to find the original exit as the black door was closed by someone. i would think the floor plan of the first floor is rather not straight forward
The hotlel is a few minutes walking distance to the Sydney International Aiport makung it the best option to stay before departure iverseas. The hotel was very clean and the customer service.was excellent.
It was super convenient!!! The staff also very nice to me, since I don’t want to have the corner room, they offered me another room! Thanks a lot! And the wifi was so good, I managed to do some work before my flight
Comfortable beds, powerful showers and good location just across the coirt from the International terminal. Forget the buffet breakfast though- too pricey and nkt enough quality
A great place to get a good rest, located next to SYD Terminal 1.
Ideal for an overnight transit stopover or an early morning flight departure.
The location of this hotel is just next to T1 of Sydney Airport. We can just take a short walk opposite and no need rush as we had a morning flight to catch.

The dinner buffet is pretty good with a nice selection of deserts. they change it fairly regularly which is great for the frequent traveller.
Friendly and helpful staff along with very clean and comfortable room made for a restful and relaxing albeit brief stay. Will stay again on next trip through Sydney. Thanks
I don't normally give bad comments but the Stamford Plaza was not a good experience. The room was old and very dated. The thing that was the worst for me was the bathroom
Nice hotel, beds comfortable, food in boca restaurant was good, very tasty and good portions. 10 to 15 min walk to train station, which are cheap and relatively easy to use .
I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. 5-4 stars at best
The only decent thing is the gym and proximity to the airport
The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant was excellent.

Rydges Australia Square Hotel
Sydney, 97-99 Pitt Street 🧭 Map
It's one of those hotels that corporate or business people uses for when travelling for work. What surprised me, was that the TV had access to downloaded movies and shows of all genres. Was a good library of choices
Front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating; went above and beyond to help me locate a lost item. Hotel is walking distance to many, many points of interest. Room was small but nicely appointed
The team are so friendly, the room has everything you could possibly need. Step outside and youre walking distance to everything. The bed was comfy and was quiet to sleep
I think courteous behaviour could be improved by the staff. Location was excellent though. Overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again when in Sydney
Really nice modern clean hotel. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard continental. Location was central and very close to train station
As others have said, the rooms are quite small as the bed does partly block the doorway to the bathroom

Sad about the pippis ( sesame sauce on it? Really?) The best recepi is garlic, olive all and coriander. Lamb shanks was a great idea in a massive pan swimming in rice, same to the "Taco shed"
Close to the beach and close to the airport. Very good breakfast and healthy juice!
Room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately there was 5 of us booked in the room and the sofa bed hadn’t been made up ready and there was only 4 towels. Reception didnt pick up when called
The Novotel in Brighton Le Sands is a fabulous hotel in Sydney's south. Highly recommend it for families, couples or just for a relaxing night before a flight!
I do prefer the ones in the big plates, they were moist. Coffee was terrible, they used to have Nespresso. Overall was a great day of Easter

When I was checking in I checked that this had been done. The young lady confirmed it hadn't but she said they could make up a sofa bed for my son. She did this herself which was exceptional & I was very grateful to her
After being told numerous times that they would organise a refund, they then said that I had to contact Trip. com, who I had booked through, so not very good at resolving their errors. In saying that, I must commend Trip
Most of your staff were really good with just a few who seemed disinterested. I have also had to wait for 2 days to get my tax receipt & needed to follow up with an email to get it
Overall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through Trip. com), and then charged again when booking in
All the hotel front desk and service staff are very friendly and provide great service!
It's very close to the subway station and bus station. There are many food nearby.

Nevertheless, the hotel can pay attention to the cleanliness of the furniture in the room and cleaning of the bathtub. To include a bath gel in the bathroom amenities would be a good idea!
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay
Since the check in time was 2pm and no vacant room was available in the morning, I left my luggage with them and was offered the changing room at the swimming pool to refresh myself after the overnight flight
The room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant offered delicious food. The location of the hotel is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the Central Station

My only suggestion would be that if you are catching the Sydney Shuttle Service from Bay 4 at the airport, it was confusing to find. Once I figured it out (followed a crowd and asked them), the shuttle was full
Novotel was last on the shuttle drive, so it took a while. On the way from Novotel to the airport, the next morning, it was super easy and quick because you can book your seat ahead of time
The shuttle driver was wonderful and made it work by squeezing me in, however if I didn't make it on the shuttle there was not another one for 40 minutes and it was 8:15pm (ish) at night
The waiters and waitresses are very kind, the food is amazing and you definitely pay for what you get. I would recommend this place if you'd like to come here for a celebration e
I've never actually stayed overnight at this hotel but I have come here multiple times both with my family and by myself for a drink or for lunch/dinner
I would definitely stay here again!!!

Staff are very professional, enthusiastic and patient. The buffet breakfast has a good range without being ostentatious - highly recommend packaging this into your room booking
The room amenities were good enough for the price we paid for. The only concern was the lift that taking too long to arrive when it was peak hours (like check in/out)
*The staffs are so kind and helpful with your needs. Spacious room, toilet is way too small for a gigantic occupant. *It's a really good location for me as it's just walking distance to nearby activities
Nice hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. A key aspect is the rooms are quiet and seemed to have good sound proofing - making for good sleep and privacy
*Restaurant is just on the ground floor and you can also order for in-room service for your meal if you're not in the mood to go out
The buffet breakfast was a wide spread, even my kids enjoyed it. It's just sad they do not re-heat outside food (for my fussy-eater son)
But all in all, we had a wonderful stay. We achieved the goal of relaxing weekend
