Always love Hyatt hotels. Great customer service. Exceptional facilities.
Satisfied with the overall stay. Strategic location, reasonable price to book via Trip.com.
Our 2-night stay at the Harbour View Tower room was fantastic, with a stunning Darling Harbour view that was a highlight of our trip. The location was also superb, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread, which added to the overall great experience.
Checked into a not functioning room where the toilet is very smelly once we stepped in and the air conditioner is not working which make the room too warm and smelly. Call counter requested to change room refused to change said the hotel is fully booked. Went down to request and waited the technician to come check to PROOF that the room condition is bad to change another room. No car park at the hotel...
The sound proofing of room not very good, at night I could still hear noise when people walking in the corridor, the car speeding in the street down. I stayed on 12th floor. The TV allows for Google cast won’t be connected if using iPhone. The Location is next to Darling Harbour.
Stayed for 13 days at Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a great overall experience. The room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a drainage issue in my first room, but the staff handled it promptly and even upgraded me to a room with a lovely view of Darling Harbour – really appreciated that gesture! The location is great – quiet enough to relax, but still just a short...

Have been to this hotel twice. The service in terms of responsiveness and kindness are excellent. The breakfast was great. Came in a great variety and the quality is good. Although it is a old hotel, the management did a wonderful job to maintain it. The service and locations are great.
My favourite stay in Sydney, great location and nice amenities, easy access to Circular Quay station.
Overall better than Melbourne one but have to say the room cleaning services was bad. I’ve left one toothpaste stain on mirror, it’s not removed. When I was searching for something on the floor, I’ve found one slipper left under my (bed) - no idea the poor slipper was left there for how long 😒 The hotel is old but charging a 5-Stars price… definitely not worth the price That said, front desk staff...
The location is perfect, near restaurant halal, near station n port of cruise... Will be back if I go to sydney next time
So happy to get the room with the Opera House view. The room is quite spacious, and reasonable price. I will come back again if I have an opportunity.
Location is excellent. Service staff was polite and helpful. Room decor style is simple modern classic, nothing fanciful. Bathroom looks a bit dated but clean. Shower head is fixed to the wall, can't be removed. There is no rain shower head too. Toiletries were not provided in the room, need to request from front desk.

The hotel location is great, face to the Darling Harbour and connected with the Light Rail - Convention station, just 3-4 stations to China Town and CBD, but the room light is not enough, if add 1-2 lamps will be better, but everything are good, still consider to stay next time!
The location is golden, near to the light rail station and very strategically located in the heart of Sydney Harbour. The view is beautiful especially at night.
We were supposed to stay for 4 days but ended up extending for our one week vacation in Sydney! The rooms are big, we need to transfer to another room as we extended our stay and had to do another booking. It was a busy week due to the vivid Sydney but they are still able to find us a room. There is a famous restaurant on the lower floor and also a place where kids can hangout with gadgets and a pool...
Stay was awesome and near to The Star 💯💯💯 would have been better if hotel can provide toiletries (ie: shaver, toothbrush, etc)
Room is really good and clean, good location , breakfast was really good too. My room had the view of the harbour, great view at night with the lights.
The WiFi cannot be used even called to room service. The limitation of power socket provided and also not functioning well, end up we need to share with the kettle side to charge our electrical devices. Any way the bed is comfortable.

We had a really lovely time here. They gave us complimentary cake and champagne for our wedding day. It made me and my husband feel apprecited and valued. The view was truly spectacular.
Location: Decent, but not as convenient as expected—especially with the steep slope nearby. Food: Limited variety in dining options. View: Stunning! From 33 floor, Harbour Bridge and Opera House views were the highlight. ✨ Parking: Pricey at $65 (casual) / $105 (per day). Overall: 4/5 stars – Great stay with amazing views, though some areas could improve.
Great experience! The girl who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Damon at the bell desk took care of the luggage as I had arrived early. Overall great stay!
Can't fault our stay! The best accommodation we've ever had in Sydney and extremely good value for money.
Disappointed to know that the king size bed was actually too single beds combined together with a thin layer of “protection” above the sheets. I could still feel the separation of the bed underneath, which was uncomfortable during rest time. The bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. I like firm beds/pillows. Even though I had requested a few other firm pillows from the menu pillow amenities, the...

Very good location with clean, standard service. I recommend this hotel
Location is great, very central from everything, breakfast was delicious, however the queue was long, very comfortable bed, room was not too small or big. was just the right size.

The hotel itself and the room are good. However the house keeping could be improved.  I have 3 people but always only 2 sets of towel were provided even after my complaint.  Besides, the toiletries and coffee capsules were not refilled frequently.
Good location, near a train station, park, museum and st Mary There is a mall (west field) nearby as well, got many food options
Very nice hotel with good location.
This is an excellent hotel with friendly and responsive staff who were very helpful during check-in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and high level of service throughout my stay.
Just checked in for my second day at the Sheraton Grand Sydney. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here, especially Simon at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. The view was amazing! Did not go out to see Vivid 😂
This hotel was amazing and location was perfect. Within a ten minute walk you could tour the main attractions like the opera house and the cruise ships. You could also walk the opposite way and enjoy many eateries and local spots giving you the Aussie vibe.
Service: All the staff were friendly and hospitable. Cleanliness: Clean and well maintained. Facilities: Poor compared to hotel grade. - The pool is too small. - Gym Facilities Are Too Poor Location: BEST The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out overall. My favourite stay in Sydney, clean and fully equipped with perfect location where you can see the Opera house.
Excellent location. Spacious rooom. Service could have been better.
I have a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. First thing I stepped into the hotel, there was really subtle nice but not over-powering aroma . Really pleasant indeed. The hotel situated right in the city centre and easy to get around. The hotel was so kind to meet my request for a quiet room location. The hotel has bar, and restaurants. Really good to organise functions and events there...
Great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Doorman, showed excellent service - he was very friendly and made sure we had umbrellas on a a rainy day. Great location, great pool and jacuzzi, will definitely go there again.
They ran out of the room, but provided a big room with a roller bed. Not to bad. The pool is a bit small, especially for the busy season, it was crowded.
Location is a bit far from restaurant, or bars and cafes.
Next to Light Rail Station Bridge St and few mins walk to Metro Station Wydyard. Kind service and big room for family. Arrive at 9am and they allow early check in after a long haul flight arriving early morning. View is good.
Everything amazing. But the breakfast could have more international options.

Everything was fine during my 4-night stay, except for the fact that they unreasonably set the key access to end before the 11 am check-out time. I couldn't open my room door after my morning walk at 10:40 am. This situation made me anxious and wasted my time trying to find someone to open the door so I could get back my luggage. I hope that they can make improvement.
Located at the busy place, convenient for eating and shopping, near the QVB, also have room for whole family!
The hotel is quite old and looks different from the photos on the official website. There are many Chinese tourists, but it’s very convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were also nice.
At first glance, this hotel makes an excellent impression, it’s conveniently located in the city center, close to many attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and stylish, and there're beautiful views of downtown. Good location. Clean. Good hotel
Hotel location was very good. Walking distance to darling harbour, chinatown, qvb, Westfield and many shopping malls. The bed is very comfortable as well. But breakfast was not good, I do not recommend taking the breakfast as the variety is limited. Maybe if just 1 or 2 days is ok.

Stayed here for one night. Great location, nice staff, room was a little dated but still lovely and clean. High ceilings in room which was nice. I like that the washroom has both a shower and separate tub. We checked out early so it was nice of them to pack us a breakfast take out box.
From the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPS, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were marble and very nice. The pool and spa were great to kill time between outings. The buffet breakfast is a must- they had absouelty everything. Thank you for 5 star service with a smile.
This place is just what we needed. Beautifully appointed rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and in a very Central location for Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, botanic gardens and pubs and restaurants. Central City location means no harbour views but that means nothing compared to the rest of the package. Would highly recommend to anyone
Stayed as a family of 6. What an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest concierge who helped us with our pram, took our bags and directed us to the reception. We arrived around 9:30am with the intention of dropping our bag but our room was ready so they let us check in. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, probably one of the nicest hotels...
I've stayed here twice in the last month and each time has been a really pleasant experience. You can't beat the location for convenience with Vivid activities. Bentley is amazing. Rooms are comfy, quiet and thoughtfully appointed. Staff all really professional and helpful. The breaky buffet was great and again genuinely kind and helpful staff. Def looking forward to another stay here.
I can only talk about the pool, spa and steam room which I had a chance to use. The pool was great - large enough and heated. The spa was smaller but a good level of heat. Pity about the steam room though which had a strong urine stench so could not be used. Change rooms are well equipped.

Overall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through Trip.com), and then charged again when booking in. The location is not bad, less than 5 minutes walk from Parramata Station (it is a little far from Sydney city center and the airport. It takes about 15 minutes from the ferry terminal). The room is about what you expect for a standard hotel room, though the foxtel selection is terrible (sport only) and there's no chromecast functionality. Recently booked into this hotel. It has a great central location and I have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, on the last occasion there was very noisy building work being done to the spa area. The room was generally very dated, with incredibly old appliances like the oven and washing machine. All the facilities felt quite basic. Cleanliness was also just average, and the 'duvet' was literally just two sheets. On the plus side, the location was excellent, though parking cost 100 RMB per day.
We held our event at Mantra Chatswood for four consecutive days, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is across from the Chatswood train station and there are many taxis downstairs! However, the hotel is relatively old and has a history. A ok stay during my visit to Sydney. Nice location, walking distance to the harbour. The one thing I don’t like about is the door of the hotel room, it’s old and very loose. You feel the push and hear the sound when people next door open and close their doors, so it feels less secured but I’m sure the hotel is safe and well managed.
I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks. Best accommodation ever in Sydney. A few mins walk from wynyard sta and Cole’s. Fully equipped with everything you need for long term stay. If I could pick up something negative, it would be long-waited elevator for every morning.
The hotel was good. Location is amazing too. It just had a bit of a musky smell when we walked in so we had to open the window. It was also very cold in the room and it was hard to find the air conditioner fixture to turn up the heat. We had to call reception for more blankets. We had a fabulous honeymoon stay at Park Hyatt Sydney. Accommodations, service, views, and dining were top-notch and stellar. Appreciated the kind personal touches and stunning visual aesthetic. Definitely the most iconic view in all of Australia!
Park Hyatt is truly at the upper end of accommodation, service delivery & food quality and presentation. Upon looking at the menu I was truly surprised at the pricing. The room and service are very satisfactory. The concierge is attentive and considerate. I suggest opening a direct access to the gym to facilitate hotel guests. After all, it is too cold to walk through the outdoor passage in winter.
The hotel's location near the bay offers a tranquil setting and beautiful views. The breakfast room was pleasant, though the selection wasn't extensive. The room was clean and comfortable, but the metal tray on the bathroom wall had a sharp corner, making it dangerous. The concierge was helpful, but the front desk service could be improved.

The hotel's bedding and pool facilities are excellent. The air conditioning in the room is not very powerful in winter and is a bit cold. As a historical building, the overall atmosphere is very unique, but the real estate project to be built in front may block the harbor view in the future. In addition, there are not many breakfast options, which is much inferior to other Langham hotels.
The hotel environment is OK. The Langham's usual old money style. The room design is more French. The space is relatively large in Sydney. However, the location of the Langham Sydney is average. It is located in a relatively quiet street. It is a 10-minute walk to the commercial area and not far from the Sydney Opera House. The breakfast is simple and purely Western. Opposite is the Sydney Observatory. It is very pleasant to sit on the hillside for a while at night.
Typical British old money style, great location, taxi fare to several landmarks is less than 20 Australian dollars. I like the decoration style of Langting, large rooms, good service, good breakfast, which is really cheap compared to Europe and Japan.
