So happy to get the room with the Opera House view. The room is quite spacious, and reasonable price. I will come back again if I have an opportunity.

Location is excellent. Service staff was polite and helpful. Room decor style is simple modern classic, nothing fanciful. Bathroom looks a bit dated but clean. Shower head is fixed to the wall, can't be removed. There is no rain shower head too. Toiletries were not provided in the room, need to request from front desk.

Marriott hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance from Circular Quay Station. Many restaurants nearby, but many closes by 8pm. Nearest McDonald’s opens 24hours, located just opposite the train station. Pitt Street Mall is a 15 minutes walk down the street. Shopping malls and supermarkets are located there. Washroom was having insects. They charged me extra for parking. I payed 115$ extra for parking After having conversation with hotel staff I come to know that , if I book from any site like trip view -I have to pay extra for parking If i was knowing this- i won’t be booking the hotel. This was one of our best experiences ever. The view in the hotelroom was absolutely stunning, people absolutely nice and the service was outstanding. Very convenient, digitally enabled and very forward thinking oriented. The Blue Bar is also highly recommended. Unfortunately Shangri-La is only available in the eastern part of the world, we would surely use it more often.

The front desk lady gave me a free upgrade so that I could have a better view for darling harbour. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. Smart TV contained airplay/chromcast function  The hotel is not accessible friendly for walking as guests need to take some stairs or sloping road

Good one, with nice Gym and Sauna easy to walk to Sydney Operahouse and Darling Harbour.

They ran out of the room, but provided a big room with a roller bed. Not to bad. The pool is a bit small, especially for the busy season, it was crowded.

Location is a bit far from restaurant, or bars and cafes.

Next to Light Rail Station Bridge St and few mins walk to Metro Station Wydyard. Kind service and big room for family. Arrive at 9am and they allow early check in after a long haul flight arriving early morning. View is good.

When I have international suppliers staying I accommodate them here. Easy walking to everything for all tastes. It’s also near great food hubs. Best of all easy to collect them from the hotel. Don’t arrive after 10pm. They lock the doors and annoying to find someone to open up.

5 Stars for location and convenience - stayed 2 nights over Christmas for Boxing Day shopping and being able to take purchases back to hotel was priceless! A group of 6 had 3 rooms - great for the price. All were basic, clean and comfy. Staff were helpful.

Good location and the staff at check-in were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from outside. However, the room and bathroom are very old and in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the cups in the cupboard weren't clean at all.

I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel..3.5-4 stars at best The only decent thing is the gym and proximity to the airport. Average hotel, good location. This is not a 5 star hotel. Average fit out in the rooms, very dated. Mouldy grout in the bathroom. There is 0 minibar in room. Not even a bottle of water. Great place to stay? No. Convenient? Yes.

Stayed for work over night. The facilities were nice. The breakfast was good. Just some confusion re payment from my company and then required my credit card for payment at check in in addition to $100 hold.

Hotel is in a great location to my work with convenient parking. Comfortable clean rooms, although I was placed in a room close to the lifts and they were quite loud which kept me up at night. Also in the morning not all the lifts were working and I had to wait 15 minutes for a lift as they were all full. This was at 8am and ended up making me late for the meeting I was in Sydney to attend.

Older style hotel in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurant precinct. Small bathroom which had been renovated recently, very comfortable beds with crisp sheets. This hotel is very central to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Easy walking distance to many city attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The night reception named Yuta, has very bad attitude. We are just asking some questions, he used the lowest level of voice like silence that we can hardly hear. Is that the right attitude to respond to a tourist? Not helpful, and bad experience here, I won’t come to this hotel ever.

the air conditioner in the room was not working properly. making loud noises. they had a fan in the room. had to sue that instead. luckily weather was not too hot. room was old, bed was too soft for my liking. service was good, receptionist was helpful. but got loud knocks on the door at 9am asking if i needed housekeeping on the day i was checking out. which wasn’t very pleasant.

My wife and I spent a relaxing weekend at the Pullman Quay Grand where we enjoyed fantastic harbour and spectacular Vivid lights. Absolutely GREAT location, stayed 1 night for VIVID. Super reception and concierge staff. Apartment was average for the price. No hand soap, delivered promptly on request. Traveling with friends, we booked two rooms. The hotel is relatively clean. You can take the subway from the airport to the hotel and transfer to another one. The hotel is about 700 meters away from the station. The hotel is convenient to Sydney Opera House and Chinatown. It is a good choice.

The location is okay and the Hotel is generally clean and good. Veranda size is good. However, there is no washing machine and only 1 toilet/bathroom.

Must go...The room is so expensive for the quality and facilities. The room costs over €500.00 one evening without breakfast and other services. Fridge was broken, water leaked under the cupboard and shower was so weak that husband couldn't feel comfortable. I will never stay there again!

Quiet area though far from the city if you'd like to be more near the centre. The breakfast for me was fine and has some nice paintings to look at and books to read. However the bathroom had to be shared and the wifi had a habit of disconnecting at times.

It's an old place but has been renovated and is quiet and clean. Only two onsite parks, so first come first served. You can park on the road except for weekday morning clearway times and it is busy. Rooms are quiet and there is a shared kitchen with basic facilities. Tea, instant coffee, toast etc available for breakfast. Inexpensive.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in February 2025 in a one bedroom ‘premier apartment’. We’ve stayed several times previously. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable also. So I've been staying here, on and off, for more than a year now. Best bit for me is the comfy soft beds. Next is the great staff - it beginning to feel like crashing at a friends house. Next is the location- near everything including Coles and Harris farm for supplies. Finally the affordable parking deal with the local shopping centre. I guess this is why I keep coming back again and again.

Booked this apartment for my wife and I for a short stay in Sydney. It’s fully a appointed so there is a laundry and kitchen. The apartment is very spacious. Plenty of room for our bags on the floor. Two TV’s and air-conditioners. You definitely get what you pay for. The bathroom has great access to the shower as there is no lip to get into the space.

Although the hotel is very nice and quite new, it wasn't a great match for my business trip. I had a fifth floor room which was quirky and spatious. The key issue for me was that the hotel is (rightfully) popular with people wanting to have a good time. So I didn't get much sleep as there were loud parties on my floor until around 3am with significant number of guests present in each adjacent suite...

For a hotel in Veriu Broadway I was quite surprised with the quality of the room and on how it makes you feel like you are in the high life. The structure of the rooms are very unique and can make living long-term an option for anyone.
