House keeping is not good

The bed in the room is a bit soft and the sound insulation is not very good, but the equipment and service quality are great! Customer complaints are handled very quickly and different solutions are proposed for people to choose from, which is very thoughtful!

A very nice small hotel. It is not a small hotel, but a fairly large hotel. It is said to be the earliest international hotel in Sydney. The service staff are very polite, the service is very good and satisfactory. The price is a bit expensive, suitable for business couples and families. We will come again next time.

It's not bad. The attractions you want to visit are all around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Sydney Opera House and about 20 to other places.

Good location, very convenient for going to attractions and shopping, opera house, Hyde Park, etc., walk for more than ten minutes.
Upgraded to a large suite, very spacious, welcome wine and snacks were prepared.
