Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Wonderfully refreshed apartments and pool. The sun was shining and the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel/ apartment was first class and looks great after clear investment. Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.

The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. Really nice place in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains! The spa and mineral swimming pools are very clean and extremely nice for relaxing vacation with family. Suitable for families with little kids. Excellent service, always keen to help you!

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

I was staying in one of the apartments. Its very spacious. The rooms for two is very small so i recommend paying a little more for a good room. Its in deserted place so you need a car to get around. This city center is 15 min away (with a car). Great place to stay to relax. The pool was amazing and clean.

A big spa hotel with two big swimming pools - one for kids and one for grownups. Parking is an issue since the hotel gets very crowded easily. The food is so-so. If you are looking for a quiet weekend this is not your place. It's mostly suitable for families with small kids.

We had a two-day family break there, at Christmas in a really spacious two-room apartment. We enjoyed the extra space and the view to the mountains. We paid for half board so we ate dinner as well as breakfast. The hotel was clean, the service was good but the food was always cold no matter the time. I went for the weekend for a surprise for my boyfriend, the staff is really kind, I asked if they can put a small card with happy name day and they did it which was very nice of them. The hotel was very clean, the room was very clean and had everything needed, they looked exact as the photos. Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her. The hotel has spacious parking outside and indoor underground parking.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories.
