The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for both work and play. The food was delicious and varied, with options that pleased everyone in our group. Overall, the hotel was the perfect setting for strengthening our team spirit. We left feeling refreshed, connected, and full of great memories.

We had a great team-building experience overall. The food was well-selected and well-prepared. The conference room was comfortable, and it was conveniently located next to a sports room. After dinner, we were able to enjoy a lively and relaxed party there. The accommodations were also excellent—our rooms were spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A car is highly recommended due to the isolated location. Cooking facility simple but doable. No entertainment but there is a gym and small pools indoor and outdoor. The daily room service was a surprise.

In this hotel I found everything I was looking for for a weekend with the family, starting from the view, the tranquility and the perfect service. The rooms are very comfortable and the food was very tasty. The facilities in the hotel for children are very valuable. It is very close to the ski center. I recommend this hotel 100%

Room was lovely but facilities were lacking. Restaurant was not open for dinner evening i arrived and nobody to open up for breakfast either. Had to wait for staff to arrive to open over 90 mins after advertised opening. After no dinner available a delayed breakfast so very disappointing.

Recommend!!! Great service , kind and very helpful staff. The food is delicious. Not so far from the town, beautiful views. Perfect for business and family relax . Good prices compare with other hotels around. Lots of different options for activities.

The resort is set in the most ideallic location with full view of the mountains and so peaceful. All the staff are very helpful and always eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spa Centre is well equipped with a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi. Sauna and steam rooms. The resort also offers the service of massages and the lady doing them is excellent. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the town of Bansko. I came for a week to relax and that is exactly what I did very comfortably

Rooms very cold even with heating to the max. Had to ordered wood for the fireplace but it was too late. The next day we burned it and it was warm only while the fire was on. We checked the menu in the room and it said wood for 20lv, but when we went to order it they said it was 25lv. They were not aware of the menu in the room and ended up letting us pay 20lv. Unfriendly staff. Jacuzzi dirty and steam room way too hot, I burned my face while going in (not my first time in a steam room and it's never that hot). Not enough parking. Bed unconformable. The room besides that was nice and clean and the view was nice. I wouldn't come back.

Very average hotel. Visited a few years ago so thought we'd try again to give it a second chance. Very average customer service, front entrance and pavements are left icy and untreated so very dangerous for older people. Reception area is quite clinical and unwelcoming. It's quite basic, no real bar or option to chill out set up - felt that the restaurant was 'closed' during the day and unwelcoming - no comfy sofas or advertisement that you could buy coffee/snacks - really missing a trick here!.. As the hotel opposite the Cornelia does this brilliantly!... Small indoor pool that gets very crowded. Small gym, fairly good tennis table, pool for teenage kids. Never saw the spa/massage rooms in use ever!. A big hotel, we felt they could improve on the 'customer experience' hugely - we felt pushed into having a 'buffet' style meal on our first evening at 40lv pp which we felt was expensive given the quality of the food was basic. We asked if the A La Carte was available but they weren't keen to offer us this option and we had no alternative. As last time, the serving staff wear their own clothes, often jeans. hoodies so you are unsure who works there and who doesn't!.. there doesn't appear to be a bar at all or drinks menu so you have to enquire. Perhaps they rely on local bulgarian's visiting year on year - but this won't pull in other nationalities. On a more positive note, we had a roomy two bedroom apartment overlooking the rear of the hotel, with a lovely view of the mountains. The minibus service runs in the morning hourly to/from Bansko and is reliable.
