Breakfast is great. There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much. The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. My most favorite hotel in Bansko with great location and service. The staff is super friendly and the hotel has multiple dining options and wonderful SPA. It is super convenient for skiing in the winter with the possibility to buy a VIP pass and skip the lines for the gondola ski lift.

We enjoyed every moment in Kempinski, most important, service is very attentive, everyone was very kind. Food is top notch, excellent breakfast and barbecue. Spa is wonderful, one of the best. Only thing I would like to encourage is room renovation, since they seem a bit outdated.

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

Everything good except they don’t fix your room when you walk in the room. It’s warm. Everything is unplugged. You have to plug everything. The breakfast is the best will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect! We had a large room with mountain view and balcony and the panorama was worth it 😍 the breakfast is really giving, lots of interesting and tasty options. Very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff were extremely friendly throughout our whole stay, check in was very quick and also the staff were very accommodating to our requests. Had a great stay here. Not the 5 star you normally expect. If I’m honest it’s a 3 star with the amenities of a 5 star. But the service and staff were 5 star all the way. We were off session, so the town was a ghost town with nothing open. But still, a beautiful area nonetheless

The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

Such a nice place! Great spa and the pool has been recently refurbished. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them. The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. Everybody is too rude in the hotel. And even i hanged do not disturb sign on my room door, i saw that they entered my room when i was away. The lobby bar is not cleaned properly.

It was a decent stay, me and two friends had a double floor room with 2 single beds on the first floor and one double bed on the second floor. We slept well, and the breakfast was perfect. I liked it very much, swimming pool, saunas, gorgeous view from the window. True, on some days the breakfast was cut, but still ok. Free transfer every hour to the ski lift and back. (And on foot to it 15 minutes in principle) A little later I'll post a photo. In general, would come back here again. The rooms have a mini kitchen by the way.

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast and dinner are good. Rooms pretty big and comfortable although a bit outdated. Swimming pool is large but all the area is slippery. Please watch out, almost everyday there is someone falling. Very slow elevators - use the stairs!
