The most wonderfull holiday we have had in Bansko till now. The kids were pretty happy with they play room, or at least we were. The wife was extremly satisfied with the spa , a trully 5 star services. The rooms need to be upgraded a bit to achieve the level of the lobby and the spa. Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. Comfortable hotel, warm and friendly staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pool area lovely. Overall happy with our experience. A little dated in the bedrooms but very clean. Good mini bar. 5 min walk to restaurants and slopes. Would return to this hotel

Great lower cost hotel, no pool, about 3/4 of a mile from Gondola and main town. Room had nice facilities but I was surprised there was no flat screen TV just old fashioned crt giant TV. Bathroom was nicely modern. Wonderful bakery next door. There was a mini market next door too but that's closed down now, plenty more about though.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms had great views and were clean and comfortable. Shower always had hot water, would highly recommend and hope to stay here again

You get what you pay for. Rooms had stained carpets and sofas/stools, however the cleaners did a great job at making up the beds and changing sheets/ towels/ replenishing toiletries daily upon request. No air con, so gets very hot unless you sleep with a balcony door open. Beds are fairly uncomfortable, but what can you expect for such cheap accommodation. Could not fault them. Not the poshest, but everything you could want and more. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Good breakfast, we recommend the hot chocolate - button 6. Great shuttlebus and lovely steam room and hot tub. Lovely staff too! Thank you!

Good hotel/ friendly staff/. Good internet/good breakfast/warm room lots of hot water, actually looks better than the photos, very happy stay with my family Jan 2024. Shuttle bus was prompt, though you could walk to the gondola in 15 mins.

Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days.

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year. The recent renovations made it even more attractive for a summer visits. The food is of great quality and quantity, so keep the calories in check.
