The lobby looks great not like the rooms that are outdated and a lot of malfunctions including the elevator. The food in the restaurant is decent. The wifi is terrible.

Old fashioned hotel, spa lacks a little bit. Great staff and decent meals, the biggest bonus is that the hotel located really close to city center and the gondola which makes things easy.

Such a nice place! Great spa and the pool has been recently refurbished. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable for tourists so if you want to know something, just ask them. The restaurant has also been refurbished and has a great selection of really nice food. Oh, and don't forget to check out the Juice bar 👍 Lots of improvements since we were last here.

Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

This a very nice hotel at the end of the town. The hotel is remote and overlooking some fields (and sheep). It's quiet and serene. The rooms are well appointed, and the service is top. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, I had the best mini Pavlova! The only quibble is that the lobby is too small. But they fully compensate with a welcome drink 😄

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. In contrast to grand hotel bansko, very relaxed atmosphere, you can see the people having fun everywhere thought the hotel, the spa and pools are standard not too fancy or anything, one steam bath one sauna, 2 outside pools and one inside with hot tub.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel, staff were extremely friendly throughout our whole stay, check in was very quick and also the staff were very accommodating to our requests. Rooms were spacious and clean, shuttle service to the gondalas and only a few mins drive from the ski town so great location.

The Hotel is really at the edge of the village.The walking path from the main road to the hotel at the top is not very safe especially at nighttime. So if one wishes to move around more in the village better choose one of the hotels there, which are pretty much in the same category. Not that good on the cleaning side. The apartment that we stayed is located in building "D", it is spacious enough for a family with maximum 2 children. The good thing is that it is next to the pool, and the activity park. Also they lets us stay with our dog.

A quite nice hotel that definitely needs renovation! The rooms are spacious bit outdated, the mattresses are quite old and the couch is really hard, my daughter woke up in pain. Be careful if you decide to visit it during summer, there is no air conditioning at all in the hotel nor in the rooms. We were on the 6th floor and the rooms were like a sauna. It was a decent stay, me and two friends had a double floor room with 2 single beds on the first floor and one double bed on the second floor. We slept well, and the breakfast was perfect. We also booked massages at the hotel's spa, which I highly recommend. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, which is a minus and the overall cleanliness of the room could be better. We read some really bad reviews...

I liked it very much, swimming pool, saunas, gorgeous view from the window. True, on some days the breakfast was cut, but still ok. Free transfer every hour to the ski lift and back. (And on foot to it 15 minutes in principle) A little later I'll post a photo. In general, would come back here again. The rooms have a mini kitchen by the way.

Nice hotel, rooms are not that big but okay. Elevators are ridiculously slow ask for a room in a lower floor because you will use the stairs most of the time. Breakfast is fairly poor, dinner is a little bit better. At most you'll find better selection and variety outside. Pool and spa facilities are good. The hotel has a shuttle service but it's only about 10 minutes walk to the gondola.

Nice hotel with average cusine. If it's booked via those sites which offered high discounts, pay attention. Interior is quite old, it has jacuzzi in the pool itself and it's significantly small. The food was average. There were not many things to select. Outside areas of the restaurant are quite insufficient. Definitely it needs renovations.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

Not good value for the money you pay - the apartments are old and need some renovation, the food in the restaurant is average, if you have dinner included they don't even serve water and you have to pay for it. The Spa is small, cold and noisy so not relaxing in any way. We also hired bikes that were very old and didn't have working brakes so it was a struggle to ride them. Only the picturesque view...

An excellent hotel for a family holiday. Large area, fresh air, pine forest and mountains all around. There are children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski and golf equipment rentals, and a couple of shops.

Very well positioned, very close to the gondola and far from the noise of the center. The food is good. The rooms are clean. Overall, should be invested because you can see the passage of time and some things are a bit degraded. The elevator requires maintenance, it gives you the impression that it can break down at any time.

Last time I was here some years ago. The hotel has had a massive upgrade. The rooms are much better, very clean and modern. Only issue in the rooms is the shower drain didn't work good so the water wouldn't flush. This a very good and new hotel. The staff is very kind. It is very well positioned near the gondola departure, which is confortable for skiing. And above all it is one of the few hotel which can provide VIP skipass which saves you from the unimaginable queues at the entrance of the gondola.
