Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her. The hotel has spacious parking outside and indoor underground parking.

Hotel is in a quiet area, not really close to the old center, or to the base station of the cable, but a shuttle is available. The room was ok, we appreciate that towels were changed every day. Sufficient choices for food at breakfast and dinner. Pool and sauna are a good option for spending time after the ski sessions.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

The hotel is not well adapted for disabled people. The luggage is hard to get to the room due to missing ramps and well placed elevators.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.

The hotel definitely doesn't deserve the 5-star category. There are so many things missing. We arrived at a musical festival in Bulgaria only to find out the best European hospitality we’ve encountered so far. An admirable plot twist, hm? I guess we’re about to make a little tradition to rediscover the area, next time without being tied to a particular event. Lucky Bansko rocks!

The indoor pools were warm, clean, and set in an opulent atmosphere that made us feel fancy indeed. Can say the same for the in-house restaurant, which also offers plenty of diet-friendly options for the freaks like me. :) Lucky Bansko is easily among the best 5-star hotels I’ve toured throughout Europe so far. It’s a beautiful place to spend time with your loved ones. My boyfriend and I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel, simply because everything went more than just fine! Breakfast is great. There are some stuff broken in the room, so the room is not really maintained, however room service is good. Some of the hotel staff are nice and some not so much. The location of the hotel is bad, 15 minute walk from the lift and the shuttle is not frequent enough and too small.

The banya spa was very pleasant and relaxing after a long day of skiing with free bus from and to organized by the hotel (free entry if you stay more than 5 nights). Holtes is located in a fantastic location within walking distance of the ski lifts, and the food is delicious. However the hotel itself is quite old, and the rooms are not up to par. The hairdryer was not working, and they do not provide towels for the spa in the rooms.

Casa Karina is a nice hotel in Bansko, with spacious clean rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner. A well equipped gym. Also there is a nice swimming pool available along with a sauna and steam bath. Looking forward to my next trip to Bansko to stay at Casa Karina.

The resort was very nice and Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but the food in the small restaurant was overpriced and not tasty at all. The indoor pool is small and it was overcrowded during our stay.

A real treat for the senses. A unique place with a breathtaking views and very friendly staff. Really living up to the their moto of Home away from home. Very good hotel, big rooms and right by the gondola. My only problem was the AC which is only hot in the winter, I opened the window and it was fine but you can hear everything from the street when you do that. Some staff are really willing to help with your needs and some don't. Overall it's a really good hotel but I wouldn't say it's 5 star

The position of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly. The food and hygiene are good. The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is uncomfortable and unstable. It creaked all the time when you turn in bed. They didn't want to offer us a garage, even though we asked and there was space there. We had parking in the meadow.
