We only went for one night after having spent the whole day in the mountains, but the place is such a huge disappointment. The room was outdated, the bathroom was filthy and the shower leaked water all over. On top of that, there was no hot water. We stayed up until the music at the restaurant just underneath stopped.

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool.
Staff is polite.
Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

We were accommodated in a super spacious apartment of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, in a luxury complex, which is 10 minutes from the city, in a quiet and very beautiful area, near the mountains. 🔝😍👪
We were most impressed by the restaurant, which was decorated extremely nicely, with many warm lights, fireplace, relaxation area, and even a library, having an intimate air of home. 🏠✨🇧🇬 We really enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to be back again. We definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience in Bansko❤️💎

We spent here the most beautiful end of year 2023. The weather was perfect, the SPA services were great, the rooms were modern and spacious, the atmosphere from the restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious too.👌💯

!!!SCAM ALERT!!!
One of the worst hotels I stayed in till now.
The room was full of dust, and the bath tub was very dirty. The only heating system in the room was the air conditioning, which is not very efficient, especially in the winter, and the floor was cold like the ice. If you open the fridge you will find out that the smell is not very pleasant, and you can feel it even in the bathroom.
Between the door and the floor is a very small space, and you can hear EVERYTHING from the outside.
The pool is very dirty, I dont think they clean it.
The jacuzzi was one of the worst and dirtiest i have seen till now. I do not recommend to go in.
The dry sauna was the only nice thing about the spa, although there isn’t a bucket with water to make it hotter like in other places.
!!! The wet sauna is full of mold and it’s unbreathable, and the floors are very sleepery. There are some people who go in the sauna with their dirty shoes from the outside, not hygienic at all.
The breakfast was ok, nothing more.It was cold even in the early morning, at 8 am. The bread seemed to be old, i dont think its fresh.
The coffee is terrible by the way.
The WORST and the most disappointing thing about this “deluxe” hotel and restaurant was the diner. We decided to have a nice and cozy diner in the evening at the restaurant. We went in and waited for like 5 minutes and no one came, we saw a lot of people bringing their own food from
the back of the lobby, and we thought that you should take it from there. We grabbed like 1 thing from there ( a piece of chicken ). WE WERE CHARGED 35 LEVA PER PERSON!!!!! Besides that, nothing was 35 leva in the menu!
No one has informed us about this price, not even at the reception or the waitress.

Overall, a good experience, although there are some improvements required in this hotel.
I stayed with my family for 5 days in this apart-hotel complex. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, and breakfast covered almost all the needs.
The rooms were spacious and kept clean by a daily service and the personnel were warm and welcoming. There is a small pool and jacuzzi with free entrance for all guests. The mountain view is nice while the opposite view is not so enchanting :)
Our room entrance door looked like it was broken, and so was the bathroom (I wonder who did that and why?). They were inadequately repaired, hence they didn't lock firmly. That made us feel a bit insecured.
The bath tube was seriously licking water when you took a shower, and I understood that this was a general issue in the hotel.
Still, my general feeling and experience was a positive one, so I give this hotel 4 stars.

About 7-10 minutes from Bansko village....we have excellent mountain view... Very clean rooms and special breakfast....

The room was not cleaned well, the size of the spa did not correspond to the capacity of the hotel, there was no hot connection from the buildings to the spa, the parking lot was not asphalted, so it was very muddy, the food in the restaurant was pretty bad, they served us things that differed from the description in the menu, the only good thing was the cozy atmosphere in the new part of the restaurant and the lobby.

Clean with good price. We have the two room apartment which was comfortable, wide and very suitable for big families. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was warm.

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Service is very good and so is the food. Water in the pool is warm and mineral. Ventilation in this area is a bit poor. It corresponds 100% to its name "boutique" and "family" - different from other mass offers, which makes it unique. One of my top discoveries this summer. Ideal for families with kids.
