Starting with most amazing part of the journey: “The food!” as it was incredible. Absolutely everything tasted amazing and the quality of products used is top notch.
Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days.

Perfect venue and amenities, great food.
Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year.
The recent renovations made it even more attractive for a summer visits.
The food is of great quality and quantity, so keep the calories in check.

The Good:
The staff is friendly and food is really good good.
The Bad:
Avoid the villa apartment accommodation. These villas are not well maintained and it is basically part of a house, not a whole one (it has 4 apartments in 1 house). Even though there is a kitchen, you cannot even heat some food - there is no pot or pan.
Outside cold season - the fireplace was just filing the whole living room with ash smell (apparently no flaps to block airflow, so when there is wind the smell from the fireplace blows into the room). There was just 1 bathroom which was cramped and small, no additional toilet, so imagine being on vacation 4 adults and a kid, paying premium and having to use the common toilets to make things work.
The Ugly:
What pissed me off the most is that we picked the house to enjoy calm and quiet vacation, but it was not that quiet at all... and guess what - no air-conditioning so you either sweat closed inside or cannot sleep due to some noises from the main building.
For the price we paid - I felt like I was played for a fool and totally ripped off. Literally for the same price in another big hotel in the area - we had a freakin private sauna and jacuzzi inside the apartment and 2 full bathrooms. There's no universe where these villas should cost more than 2 standard rooms...

Amazing hotel. We visited for a second time and didn't leave disappointed! Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, spa and pools, perfect service and very nice hotel staff. Always polite and greeting. And the food is great too with a lot of locally produced products. Great entertainment for kids especially the horse ride. Amazing view from the room.

Amazing hotel. Perfect for kids and great for a trip in any season—summer or winter. Heated pools, saunas, and every facility you could ask for. Excellent food. Every detail in the hotel is done with love and thought for the guests. The staff is wonderful and responds quickly to any request for help.
Each child receives a robe for the pool and laundry service for their clothes. The food is fresh and delicious, straight from the hotel’s farm. We loved everything and will definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy everything the hotel and the area have to offer—especially mountain hikes and horseback riding.

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone.
The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner. You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Things we liked:
- stunning setting against the mountains tops, quiet place
- many food options that are cooked well and rotate every day
- pools were clean and well maintained
- a lot of activities for kids
- decent service
Things we didn’t care for:
- no A/C…unacceptable for a place at this price point. We went in mid august and the place was stuffy the whole time
- not enough elevators - it took 15+ minutes going up or down
- some parts of the resort were fairly worn down, lobby is a good example
- the resort does price gouging at lunch, great that breakfast and dinner were included but the prices at the restaurant and cafes when you had to pay were absurd. I’d rather you charge more for the stay and make it all inclusive.
- landscaping happening during pool hours with grass being cut flying all over guests, do it in the morning or evening
