A big spa hotel with two big swimming pools - one for kids and one for grownups. Parking is an issue since the hotel gets very crowded easily. The food is so-so. If you are looking for a quiet weekend this is not your place. It's mostly suitable for families with small kids.

Caring, involved hostess, warm mineral water pool, charming, picturesque village surroundings, just few minutes from Razlog (where Surva festival is held on Jan 1st) and the ski resort Bansko by car.

A perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend! Cozy room, really nice decorations, great breakfast and a cooling pool for the heat during the day. Definitely will come here again.

Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.

The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. The food is good but more expensive compared to similar places in the village. The arrangements we had wasn't entirely kept as of miscommunication...

I consider moving here just to eat at the restaurant! Exceptional

A great location, good restaurant. The rooms are big, exceptionally well furnished and comfortable. The staff and owners who actually work here, are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

It's OK for Bulgaria. If you expect trendy and modern place you are wrong here. Quite and very calm during off-season.

The hot therme pools are well worth a visit it was about 10 lv per person entry, It all seemed very relaxed and informal. We went twice during our week staying in Bansko (it's about £10 in a taxi each way for the 6 of us). There are 3 pool heats (a very hot pool, medium nice warm bath heat and a luke warm one), all have a tough stone finish so feel more natural than a blue tiled 'hotel' type swimming...

Real hot spring and affordable price. Good value but not for everyone. If you can’t stand the strong sulfur smell(rotten eggs smell), then this is not the place for you. Changing rooms are really small and basic. Recommend bringing your own rope/ towel and flip flops. Multiple pools with variable temperatures. They don’t have anything cool/ cold (below 30C).

Pools are nice, with three different temperatures water, from warm to very hot, but unfortunately no cold water pool, showers are bad, changing rooms are poor.

Owner Max and son miniMax + some staff are great hosts. Building is a decade+ old and still charming in its way. Exsterior looks great compared to other bulidings located in this city of Banya (5km from Bansko). Interior and the rooms is ok but no fancy details here. Pools are great with hot spring waters. Saunas could have been bigger but was not crowded during out visit. Beers in BG are cheap around...

Really nice place in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains! The spa and mineral swimming pools are very clean and extremely nice for relaxing vacation with family. Suitable for families with little kids. Excellent service, always keen to help you!

Expected more. Rooms were dusty and oldish. They have problem with incoming cars in working days. No place for guests' cars All in all I would say a 2 star hotel that needs some renovations.

We arrived in Razlog to find that the apartment we had initially booked did not exist! Thanks to our taxi driver and a few of the locals we found at Hotel Papi - and what a find. The road to the hotel was under repair and somehow we got there. Cozy place, not too far from the city center but far enough to provide a nice and peaceful stay. We arrived late on a Friday and the restaurant was waiting just for us. Great plac3 ( **** )deserved. Just bulgarian food is not that good. Rooms are great. Wi-fi is working in the rooms but if not, you can ask them to reset the routers and youll be fine. Its far from ski center but you have bus at morning on every hour or less from the hotel.

Nice hotel with average cusine. If it's booked via those sites which offered high discounts, pay attention. Interior is quite old, it has jacuzzi in the pool itself and it's significantly small. The food was average. There were not many things to select. Outside areas of the restaurant are quite insufficient. Definitely it needs renovations.

The hotel is very good and locates near the centre. In the hotel there is a Turkish restaurant with tasty national cuisine. There are also breakfast included in the cost of a room. Moreover there is a sauna, that is very relaxing after skiing. The breakfast includes eggs, ham, lukanka, cheese, Bulgarian cheese, bread, toasts, milk, Bulgarian Jogurt, jam, chocolate paste, butter, honey, corn flakes...

More like 2 star hotel, rooms are cold, hot water only on demand, not hot enough and lasts like for 2 minutes, rubbish breakfast, not very friendly staff, no tea facilities, no hair dryers. Good location, cleanliness is OK, wouldn't use it again.

Food was not great (some on the cheap side). Although it was supposed to be buffet, limited options, improved after complaints. English is a bit of a challenge but you can manage. Fitness room quite basic, unheated, no batteries in the electronic counters, heat fixed with mobile electric heater after complaints. Sauna was ok. Unfortunately overall hotel has under standard maintenance, even some things...

Nice spa and convenient for skiing. They have shuttles available to go up to the gondola. Service not the best. Room cleaning not great. No room service. Breakfast was terrible.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Excellent location and service, but needs renovation. No air conditioning, problem with the door and we changed the room. Nice swimming pool and spa, and beautiful interior design. Bansko is known ski sesort, but is very attractive and beautiful during the summer as well.

The hotel is awesome! Nice crew, nice bar and very kind service. They have awesome breakfast and dinner, they have a sauna and a pool. Also you can pay a bit for ping pong or billiard

The hotel is lovely, the pool is amazing, the spa is quite and absolutely enough to have a pleasant stay !:)) As well is close to the old city of Bansko ! Definitely recommend !

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

A 3-star hotel which time turned it into a 2- one. Basic rooms, poor bathroom with leaking problems, overall out-of-date. But, very nice and helpful staff!

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

I liked it very much, for the personal they were very nice to us and the view is unbelievable, the room had a stair that is pretty nice and the bathroom clean and made out of glass. Spectacular! I will recommend this hotel to everybody I will hear that they want to go sking in Bulgaria. Loved it!

The hotel amenities were great for both kids and adults! The kids room had a lot to offer and was clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was extremely delicious, rich and even a nice variety for vegetarians!

Great location, great team. the breakfast is above average. The utilities are clean. The thermal area in free and really good. The location is a bit far from the center , 15 minutes by foot. Don't have so much parking around, consider that. The Massage here is nice, good lobby , and average wifi. I do not recommend to take duplex tho, too many stairs, and it's frustrating after a day or two.

Clean and quiet, the staff is very nice and polite. But the breakfast is not great, you have to pay for the Sauna, and they don't clean your room very often. If this does not bother you, I recommend it.

It was a real pleasure to be a guest in this wonderful hotel. The room was more than amazing, the whole hotel, all the rooms were warm all the time. You have more than enough food for breakfast (I guess the dinner was also good since we had a half board) and the lobby had a special vibe. The hotel is worth visiting, I highly recommend it, everything was top quality.

Nice Cheap Hotel. Advantages(+) 1. Friendly Staff! 2. Clean and Tidy Rooms. 3. Delicious Breakfast! 4. Pool was nice. 5. Warm Rooms. Disadvantages(-) 1. FAR FROM SKI LIFT (takes about 20minutes)! 2. We asked for one double-bed but we got two single-beds. 3. The Door Lock did not seem very secure 4. Everything else was nice!

For Bulgaria the hotel is of good quality. Delicious food, polite staff. The rooms are already a bit where something in need of repair. Jacuzzi not working. Gym is purely symbolic. To the ski lift 1.2 km away.

Looks premium from the first sight, but it's somewhat poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and dust in the rooms, no central heating (using Air Conditioners for that), not so great meals, diluted with water juices. You could get more for the price paid.

Heaven on Earth! Quiet, cozy, restful place. You could choose between the ski slopes, exploring the magical forest behind the hotel or take a recreational bath in the famous Dobrinishte bath center. Fantastic restaurants around.

Very nice small family hotel, next to the forest, about 2 to 3 hundred meters from the main gate of the complex Ruskovets Resort. Rooms are relatively big with all the necessary amenities and verandas with a magnificent view to the mountains. They have a small outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and a steam bath. Breakfast is good, staff is polite and friendly. I definitely recommend the place.
