Breakfast - 10. Very rich, with fresh good quality food, some prepared on the spot per request.
Spa - 10. A brand new facility, with lots of good options to be used after a day of ski.
Location - quite remote from the main gondola where some bars and night lives are . They do offer a shuttle service throughout most of the day.
Service wise the hotel crew was fantastic! They went out of their way to help us, really wonderfool. Some issues with the shuttles to the mountain, but mostly do to traffic so not their fault.
Location is nice. If you like to walk, its 22 minutes to the center of town. Really nice walk next to the river. If not, they have regular shuttles to the gondola area.
The best by far was the SPA! Really impressive, great services!
Important: If you are VEGAN (like me), you will find it hard to get by in Bansko in general. So be prepared to be flexible. This relates to the hotel and all nearby restaurants alike!
