Location: at the beginning of Bansko, 160 km from Sofia airport and 145 km from Plovdiv airport, 450 m from the centre of city and 1600 m from the lift station. Every 30 minutes a free Shuttle bus to the gondola station. Free regular transport in the evening from the hotel to downtown and back.
Consists of two buildings.
The hotel has 115 rooms.

Service wise the hotel crew was fantastic! They went out of their way to help us, really wonderfool. Some issues with the shuttles to the mountain, but mostly do to traffic so not their fault.
Location is nice. If you like to walk, its 22 minutes to the center of town. Really nice walk next to the river. If not, they have regular shuttles to the gondola area.
The best by far was the SPA! Really impressive, great services!
Important: If you are VEGAN (like me), you will find it hard to get by in Bansko in general. So be prepared to be flexible. This relates to the hotel and all nearby restaurants alike!
The room was simple but cozy and clean, with a great mattress on the bed.
For children, there is a playroom and arcade games for older kids. The breakfast also includes baby food options.
The staff was very polite and attentive.
It was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and a bottle of wine—such a thoughtful gesture!
The spa is small but very nice and relaxing.
Overall, a big thank you to the hotel! We will definitely be coming back.
