The place is very good location and clean. Rustic rooms with good service, the staff is extremely hospitable. The breakfast was amazing. The ground floor is resturant with delicious food. I recommend to everyone who like Bulgarian food to give a try.

The restaurant is a real threat, the star of the show is the starter foia gras duck with white cherries sauce! Nevina is very informative, and patient with the guests, almost like a storyteller.
The mains duck with pancheta also steals the stars.
Very thankful, and pleased to have found this place in Bansko, definitely will recommend and will come back!

The restaurant is very poor, food was awful, came very late and cold, the quality was also bad at the same time. Service was non existent. Avoid at all costs.. there are lots of other places in centre to go to

We left the restaurant with really mixed emotions as the food was great, but the service was the most puzzling experience we've had in Bulgaria. The waiter (who disappeared for most of the dinner and the cook served the mains) took the cash for the bill and didn't reappear with change - I found him smoking and asked for change, which made him really pissed as he thought he was given a tip that was 40% of the bill. We wouldn't mind leaving such a tip for a great service, but... Pity, the place looked nice, but what an attitude.

Very uncomfortable bed, had back pain during my whole stay there and hard time sleeping.
Owners are trying to make few euros extra in very cheap ways that really don't make you feel pleasant.
The restaurant below has a great potential, but food, presentation of it and quantity is just not worth it compering to the other restaurants in the surrounding. The old lady working in the restaurant was the biggest positive point of our stay, and to her I give 5 stars.

I just finished eating at this restaurant and couldnt wait to write a 5-star review for this wonderful place. Especially the Lamb but every dish was excellent accompanied by an excellent service and a very nice athmosphere.

Very nice restaurant! Very polite and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Everything we tried was amazing. The merlot is very good. Definitely will be the must spot in Bansko to come back for lunch and dinner!

Waited too long for a menu, the waitress saw us sitting on the table, then she took the next table's order, took their menus and brought them inside, while walking aside us. Clearly didn't want us to eat in the restaurant. I do NOT recommend.

The service it s good ...but they serve the red wine at the ambiental temperature....at 35 celsius

It was great for one night stay. The girl from the restaurant (brunette, tall) was lovely, she helped us to prepare some food for our one year old baby boy which was not in the menu
