Location: in the Central part of the resort Borovets, 70 km from Sofia airport, 120 km from the airport of Plovdiv, 50 meters from the ski lift.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Only 29 rooms.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, a safe Deposit box at reception with charge, storage room for ski equipment, free Parking, Laundry, Internet club

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment we arrived-zero hospitality, as if we were bothering them just by checking in. The room was shockingly small and, to make matters worse, full of sand, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly.
The jacuzzi was another disaster. The water was cold, murky, and honestly looked too disgusting to even step into. It was clear no one had bothered to maintain it.
And worse of all, the staff literally stole things from us. One of us caught them leasing *our* snowboard from the storage room to another guest and at the last day we were too late and they stole one of our snowboard boots. Be careful!
Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The only good thing I can think of is that the hotel is in somewhat walking distance of the gondola, but ever that is in a slope so not recommended for skiers.

The owner was horrible.We were chilling in the lobby when one of us accidentally knocked over a plastic Christmas tree, before we had the chance to put it back up the owner came yelling at us and demanded that we pay him 200$ for it even though the Damage was minimal. Only 2 plastic ornaments were detached.

At the dinner we organized with our friends, the service was incredibly bad. I was not satisfied at all. If you want to use the Restaurant section, if the hotel owner's friends are there, they will be given priority. Go there knowing this.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of hiking and exploring.

Unfortunately the fairytale looking hotel is totally ruined by a very rude management. The owner is using the hotel as an entertainment place for their friends and has zero considerations for the hotel or restaurant guest. We organised large reunion in the hotel restaurant (for which people travelled from different countries!). Despite the arrangements agreed and confirmed on an email, on the night of the event we found the owner invited their own group of friends, and she was so intoxicated that completely ignored the arrangements and managed to ruin the good spirit of the party by playing her own music. Very very poor management.

I recently stayed at Hotel Breza in Borovets and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a clean and pleasantly designed environment. They were very helpful in adjusting our booking to meet our needs, for which we are very grateful.The hotel is centrally located, close to all the tourist attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and spent some relaxing time in the Finnish sauna.I visited with my family, and we all felt that we could enjoy our time in unique ways, catering to all ages from children to seniors. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Hotel Breza.

Newly renovated hotel, close to the ski lifts and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t really ask for more. It’s a small quiet hotel with all of the facilities you need for a holiday.
The breakfast included is good with options catered for everyone.
The room was cozy, warm and clean.
The internet is really fast if you need to work.
The chair lifts and cable car are 2 min walk.
Restaurants and bars are less than 5 min walk.
The outdoor hot tubs looked really nice, although we didn’t try them, but the steam room and sauna were a treat after a day of skiing.
The food in the restaurant is really good and cheaper than other restaurants in the area.
The hotel also offers massage, which we tried and we are glad we did.
The hotel also has a ski rental place and the staff there is really nice. He even managed to fix my snowboard binding.

Amazing location🎉. Maybe the cutest hotel in the region. The employees are helpful and friendly. You can go to both ski resorts from the location. There is 100m direct ski and 100 m gondola transportation. Only the rooms are quite small and narrow. However, it is still enough for 2-3 nights.👋🏻
