Location: in the Central part of the resort Borovets, 70 km from Sofia airport, 120 km from the airport of Plovdiv, 50 meters from the ski lift.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Only 29 rooms.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, a safe Deposit box at reception with charge, storage room for ski equipment, free Parking, Laundry, Internet club
Attractions: for a fee sauna, steam room for a fee, massage fee

Hotel opened in 1985, renovated in 2014. The distance to ski lift is 2 min.

I recently stayed at Hotel Breza in Borovets and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a clean and pleasantly designed environment. They were very helpful in adjusting our booking to meet our needs, for which we are very grateful.The hotel is centrally located, close to all the tourist attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and spent some relaxing time in the Finnish sauna.I visited with my family, and we all felt that we could enjoy our time in unique ways, catering to all ages from children to seniors. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Hotel Breza.

Newly renovated hotel, close to the ski lifts and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t really ask for more. It’s a small quiet hotel with all of the facilities you need for a holiday.
The breakfast included is good with options catered for everyone.
The room was cozy, warm and clean.
The internet is really fast if you need to work.
The chair lifts and cable car are 2 min walk.
Restaurants and bars are less than 5 min walk.
The outdoor hot tubs looked really nice, although we didn’t try them, but the steam room and sauna were a treat after a day of skiing.
The food in the restaurant is really good and cheaper than other restaurants in the area.
The hotel also offers massage, which we tried and we are glad we did.
The hotel also has a ski rental place and the staff there is really nice. He even managed to fix my snowboard binding.

Comfortable, staff are lovely, breakfast is not great but it could just be my taste. Centrally located. Has ski storage. Nice sauna and hot tubs

Amazing location🎉. Maybe the cutest hotel in the region. The employees are helpful and friendly. You can go to both ski resorts from the location. There is 100m direct ski and 100 m gondola transportation. Only the rooms are quite small and narrow. However, it is still enough for 2-3 nights.👋🏻

Reception gave good information and was helpful!
Restaurant, we only had breakfast and it was a good breakfast to start the day. with different option to choose from.
Bonus outside jacuzzi heated!

The hotel is renovated and is very clean. The rooms are with new furniture and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is very delicious and a big appreciation to the chef. The massage is amazing and it's very enjoyable, also the lady is very kind and sweet. For sure will come again!

The hotel was newly renovated, and the rooms were spacious with new furniture. It is a relatively small hotel, which gives an advantage as a quiet place. The food is amazing, and the chef deserves an excellent rate.

We gonna claim our money on booking.
Luck of communication in English.
(Only the cook knew few words)
We paid for 40 square meters apartment
And they gave us a 20 square meter room for 3 people.
We choose it because it mentioned spa.
Which was not operating.
They didn’t give us something in return.
They had face towels for the shower.
Second day they didn’t clean up.
Coffee capsules were only 3 (for one day)
Second and third day we didn’t even have toilet paper.
No representative to talk with.
We were speaking English and the only spoke back Bulgarian.
Lack of kindness and hospitality.
The only good thing is that they are near to the gondola.
