Food was okay.
Mostly used translate as there's probably only one person understanding some English.
Keep in mind this is a family-owned place with the particularities of a such place (i.e. this is definitely not a big hotel chain branch).
The hotel was everything we were looking for- - starting with the location - right next to the Yastrebetz lift. It’s a small cozy hotel, we loved the interior design - yes, the rooms are small - but we didn’t need anything bigger - after a long day skiing I just want to pass out in my bed, nothing more! The restaurant is charming, and the food was just great , we were eating there three times a day and everything we tried was just amazing. Yes, the fact that people are smoking in a restaurant left a bitter aftertaste but the ventilation was good so we were able to enjoy our food regardless. I think it’s a national thing and I really hope that next time we come back I’ll see less people smoking everywhere in general. What we loved the most was the service - the personnel is kind and attentive, and there wasn’t a wish we had that wasn’t accounted for - they just know how to make you feel comfortable, as if you’re home. I needed a firmer pillow, it’s coming right away; the first day we didn’t know that the spa was closing at 8 pm so we missed it because we were having dinner - they started the sauna just for us so we can end up a ski day the right way. I really feel that with all that extra effort they put, they deserve a rating way more than 3.8 overall.

The jacuzzi was another disaster. The water was cold, murky, and honestly looked too disgusting to even step into. It was clear no one had bothered to maintain it.
And worse of all, the staff literally stole things from us. One of us caught them leasing *our* snowboard from the storage room to another guest and at the last day we were too late and they stole one of our snowboard boots. Be careful!
Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
The only good thing I can think of is that the hotel is in somewhat walking distance of the gondola, but ever that is in a slope so not recommended for skiers.
