Food was good but the room was a little dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Single beds but when you put those together it forms a huge gap, so impossible for people with small kids. Pool was quite cold. People at the reception were not particularly nice. But the location is good and so is the price.

Not a bad place for going with your family. I tried there the pool and the gym they have inside. The room was normal and clean. The restaurant have a big number of plates and the food is tasty. I ate in restaurant on the first floor. I wanted to eat traditional Bulgarian food. They brought me Šobska salad with fresh pepper (this is wrong). the waiters don't speak English. The other food was correct.

Everything was nice, room was big and clean... Staff was polite and very welcoming. There is also a big pool, we did not have time to use it, but based on what we saw, it is big and clean.

It's a great hotel at the heart of Samokov. We visited in the off-season during the summer and were pleasantly surprised by the staff and the nice outdoor pool.

Clean and very well priced guest house. Alex the owner is always around to advise and even speaks done English too. Location is pretty much in the centre of Samokov. The breakfast is 6lv and consists of eggs or pancakes and a coffee or tea.

The hosts are really nice people, who are friendly and are always there for you. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm and you have there what you need - a comfortable bed, bathroom, TV ans it is really cheap. The hotel is near to Borovetz. You can order a delicious breakfast :)

I picked this guest house somewhat randomly on arrival in Samokov and could not have been happier with my choice. Aleks is a wonderful host that helped me getting the most out of my stay by providing just the information I needed and really caring about my plans. The rooms are basic, but excellent value.

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Spent the week here on a skiing holiday. The Hotel is basic and clean. The food again is very basic and the same most days. Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

We visited the restaurant of the hotel. One of the worst prepared food-frozen french fries, shopsi cheese-cheese was the lowest quality, pig ribs-not good, fish was just unfrozen, bread came late.

The building in not new but everything around and inside has been fully and very elegantly renovated. The rooms have been completely refurbished and are now very cosy, comfortable and well-equipped. The reception, the bar and the restaurant offer wide space and large windows opening to the surrounding forest. Everything looks clean and new. I recently stayed at Hotel Ela in Borovets, Bulgaria, and it exceeded my expectations. The small hotel has been beautifully renovated, professional and kind staff to all guests. The food was very delicious. Spa center was very quality. Lovely bar, perfect location and very close to the gondola lift. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, recently renovated to a high standard. Food was really good, best we have had in a Bulgarian hotel. Spa, bar, ski storeage and great location for gondola lift too. Comfy beds. Lovely new bar area with lots of seating plus a log fire. Sensible priced drinks too.

The house is located on the main street in the village. It is convenient to stay there if you are going to climb Malyovitsa. The room is small but clean.
