AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
The hygiene in the jacuzzi is not the best as my wife got fungi infection from it.
The restaurant service could be improved. The ordered in advanced fish was delayed for more than one hour after the appetizers. 1 hour and 30 minutes before the breakfast ended half of it was missing - some “clever” trick typical for other types of hotels.
Also the check in was delayed in 2 of the 3 times due to miscommunication between the reception and the maid.
We paid for a maisonette but was given a standard room. All rooms had 2 single beds no double beds.
I had huge cuts on my legs from skiing and went to reception for a plaster (late evening , pharmacy was closed) , they had a giant one which was perfect but the evening reception (short lady) said I couldn’t have it and had to cut it in half in case another guest needed it …….. you only have ONE first aid kit in the whole hotel???????
