This is small but quiet and beautiful hotel in Pamporovo. You have 2 floor under the ground and 2 more flat on the ground. There is no elevator. Shuttle bus for skiing is stop in front of hotel. 50 meters from hotel is a supermarket where you can buy Internet sim cards (but only from Yettel). Everything is clean, hotel is warm and employers are very friendly and always with smile.

Great location, warm and cozy place.The staff was friendly and polite.Breakfast and dinner was part of the local and tradition food and it was great.Big clean rooms.Highly recommend

The toilet in our room was broken, we were blamed fir the fault due to using too much toilet paper ! The problem was a leaking cistern. One guy tried to fix it and when he couldn't resorted to yelling at us and was both rude and aggressive.
We resorted to using the restaurant facilities most of the time. Wouldn't recommend.
The hot tub in the hotel was broken -that is why we were given a room with its own hot tub - much appreciated. The problem with the toilet was AFTER that - we were without a working toilet for 3 days. The problem was with the cistern - can provide photos if necessary. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite - that is why the experience was so disappointing in the long run.

Amazing little hotel. It greatly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very polite. The breakfast was generous and had everything you would ever look for in a breakfast. For dinner we opted for the hotel restaurant instead of the buffet and we did not regret it. The food was beautiful and very affordable. The spa center was perfect. I especially liked the sauna with a view. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cozy, comfortable family hotel with a top location. Good cuisine, friendly service and clean rooms. What more could a person want! The only thing to keep in mind is the lack of an elevator, but for 3 floors, I don't think it's a problem.

Quiet and peaceful hotel with cozy and spacious rooms. Friendly and friendly staff! It is in a good location. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The spa is small, but on the other hand, the sauna is very well done with a view of the forest. Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes it inaccessible to wheelchairs.

Cozy hotel in the center of the complex. I recommend. Room too warm. The restaurant is tastefully furnished. Morning with a great variety, but coffee, as in most hotels, is not good.
