Hotel Orpheus - Casino and SPA

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a very good location. The hotel was clean, the room was good and clean. Food was good but before 7:30 there’s no option for coffee or tea. When I asked the receptionist where can we order something for drink, she told me to go outside for a coffee. Unbelievable!!! There’s a coffee shop very close to the hotel and for our surprise most of the guests were there at 7 a.m. Later when we went for breakfast we couldn’t find honey for the pancakes. I asked a waiter and he answered me they don’t offer it. Mountain resort! Really? SPA was small, staff was unhelpful. There’s not towels. Activities were very good. The hotel offered kangoo jump. It’s fantastic, don’t skip it. So the hotel is big, clean with a good location but it’s not 4 star. I won’t be back and can’t recommended it to my friends.

1-The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the carpet is durty, with holes, apparantly not changed from the opening of the hotel, the bathroom was with rusty parts- for the towels and etc., in bad condition, there was a smell from restaurant in the mornings, lunch time and dinner, so we could guess what are they coocking. The smell was awful in the wardrobe too and we can't use it, the beds in the living room were very uncomfortable, in the bedroom was a very small old tv and the remote was not working. The appartment was noisy too. 2-The restaurant- also durty- the tables was with stains every day everywhere, the food was old- the same salads and cheese and salami was served couple days without changing them- they looked dry, the cucumbers were yellow than green, the other food was tasteless at all, and the dishes weren't so much, there was juices from maschine but only from barman, may be paid😑 the bread was awful too, two kinds every day on breakfast and dinner, the staff wasn't kind, I would say that they looked stressed all the time. The fruits weren't fresh at all. The SPA is in the same condition as the hotel- old and durty- the water was obviously durty in the pool and in the jaccusi, you have to walk in water all the time- there is water everywhere around the pool. The SPA is working till 19.00h.

Sh**ty hotel with really bad staff. Never coming back. The restaurant staff kicked us out of the table. The bartenders at the reception bar put a reserved sign on our table and we had to go, he basically kicked us. You have to buy something to sit at the reception bar.
