Great hotel, everything organized to the very small detail: transfer to ski slopes, inner playground for children with animation team included, spa and pool for adults and children. The food has a great variety and is delicious. We really enjoyed it here, great job.

A wonderful and beloved hotel that we have been visiting for several years now. Delicious food, relaxing spa and friendly staff. (Replacing the beds with new mattresses would be wonderful).

We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch. The bathroom maybe needs a little more attention but nothing serious. Hotel staff was very friendly and the food was with plenty of choice. Location is very good and the ski school allow us to send our son to ski every day with instructor. There are free busses to other parts of Pamporovo every 15 minutes. Kids corner was also very nice with different events every day and kids disco every night. Definitely recommended place to book.

Last summer we spent a wonderful week in this hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday. My daughter, then 3, joined the activities for children while I enjoyed the outdoor excercise sessions every morning. The food was very varied and the hotel location is perfect - next to a pine tree forest. We had some fun moments in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as while playing pools and the table games offered by the hotel. There was a folklore outdoor programme in our last evening with traditional singing and dancing. I strongly recommend this hotel to families with children.

Our second time in a winter wonderland!

An excellent option for those who love active vacation, skis and will be given to you at the hotel, and a transfer will take you to the Malina ski centre.

After skiing, you can relax in the spa.

And for dinner, replenish your strength in an atmospheric restaurant overlooking the snowy pine needles.

Love it...The very good place in Pamporovo We were there two times We met a new 2019 year There was a lot of music and dancing As a family we were on half board at the 'Tavern' Good food and service We had a one bedroom apartment that was well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is parking We went skiing The lifts and the piste are well maintained and the staff that work at the ski resort are kind and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a very good location. The hotel was clean, the room was good and clean. Food was good but before 7:30 there’s no option for coffee or tea. When I asked the receptionist where can we order something for drink, she told me to go outside for a coffee. Unbelievable!!! There’s a coffee shop very close to the hotel and for our surprise most of the guests were there at 7 a.m. Later when we went for breakfast we couldn’t find honey for the pancakes. I asked a waiter and he answered me they don’t offer it. Mountain resort! Really? SPA was small, staff was unhelpful. There’s not towels. Activities were very good. The hotel offered kangoo jump. It’s fantastic, don’t skip it. So the hotel is big, clean with a good location but it’s not 4 star. I won’t be back and can’t recommended it to my friends.

1-The hotel is old, the furniture is old, the carpet is durty, with holes, apparantly not changed from the opening of the hotel, the bathroom was with rusty parts- for the towels and etc., in bad condition, there was a smell from restaurant in the mornings, lunch time and dinner, so we could guess what are they coocking. The smell was awful in the wardrobe too and we can't use it, the beds in the living room were very uncomfortable, in the bedroom was a very small old tv and the remote was not working. The appartment was noisy too. 2-The restaurant- also durty- the tables was with stains every day everywhere, the food was old- the same salads and cheese and salami was served couple days without changing them- they looked dry, the cucumbers were yellow than green, the other food was tasteless at all, and the dishes weren't so much, there was juices from maschine but only from barman, may be paid😑 the bread was awful too, two kinds every day on breakfast and dinner, the staff wasn't kind, I would say that they looked stressed all the time. The fruits weren't fresh at all. The SPA is in the same condition as the hotel- old and durty- the water was obviously durty in the pool and in the jaccusi, you have to walk in water all the time- there is water everywhere around the pool. The SPA is working till 19.00h.

Sh**ty hotel with really bad staff. Never coming back. The restaurant staff kicked us out of the table. The bartenders at the reception bar put a reserved sign on our table and we had to go, he basically kicked us. You have to buy something to sit at the reception bar.

Thank you very much to the cleaners in our room, just what we needed. We liked the room spacious and exactly what one needs to sleep in in the night. Nice local cuisine, tasty and plenty with some notes. My only concern, the manager of the lower restaurant, I did not remember the name unfortunately did not act in accordance with the written rules of guest complaint procedure. I asked a member of staff at breakfast time for warm milk and have been told it is coming. 5min later another member of staff stated the same, another 5 min later I opted for alternative to my breakfast at it was taking too long to wait. By chance whilst queueing for a coffee I encountered the manager in question and told him about my experience, so he is aware. What was my disbelieve when instead of apologising and acting upon he asked me 'How long does it take you at home to warm milk?'. I responded that home and hotel are separate venues, but he kept on insisting that I am too impatient and there was no sigh of concern or compassion for me waiting for something so basic and default in a quality restaurant. I hope the management of the hotel will vet the staff they hire to be at a better standard, so it meets international guidelines.
