The hotel decor and fit out are dated but function well. Lift lottery could become frustrating, though.
The ski equipment was good if not brand new. Any alterations or swaps were happily dealt with quickly.
big minus for uncomfortable beds. You will feel all the springs of the mattress, it's very hard to fall asleep without "support".
another minus for the elevators that stop between floors. it happened about 2 times during the three-day stay.
Otherwise polite staff and great view 😃
