Hotel opened in 1980, renovated in 2012. In this hotel 72 rooms, 5 floors.
Policies and conditions

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

It was a mostly peaceful experience staying here. Just be prepared to deal with wasps wanting to share your food, if you plan to take your meals at the outdoor area of the restaurant. A good place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Wonderful modern hotel in Veliko Turnovo. So peaceful, has both indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms can do with some more maintenance of the facilities, but the staff are amazing!

The overall atmosphere of the Hotel complex "Relax Coop" was peaceful, making it an ideal getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

Food was great and this is the only good thing about this place. Rooms and beds are in bad shape, spa is bellow mediocre, you have to pay for bath ropes etc. New year celebration ended up way too expensive for the local standard and 2:30am light were on. Won't come back!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff is very friendly. Nature is wonderful. Hotel is an old building, built in the old mountain lodge style, something rare to find today. Yet, it is renovated and very well maintained. The outside deck of the restaurant is unique.
Food is very good, at least the breakfast is. They had a full comb of honey at breakfast, directly from a bee hive ! I have been to many hotels, but have never seen this.
Price is very good for what you get.
Only down side is the gym, old and abandoned. But still a 5 star experience.

Very old hotel requires complete renovation,communal areas poor , showers tray in room supported by cardboard

Every morning at 7 o'clock we were awakened by the cries of the staff under the terraces (4 days in a row) or a drill. Absolutely no reason to want to rest. The mosquito net on the terrace was literally falling all the time and we waited for 30 minutes for our order to be taken to the restaurant.

Calm quiet place, and a lake with ducks in the yard! You forget about stress. The cleanest place, I've never seen such efforts in cleaning! Two pools, a bit colder than I like, especially for kids. The view is awesome!
