Great beach and the place is really calm with many green areas.The aqua park is really fun and near.The villas needs renovation and the parking is really far.You need to call someone to drive you with golf cart or walk for around 20 minutes.

I recommend for a holiday. The complex has everything, shops, bars, pubs, several swimming pools and a private beach. I recommend the DARIA apartment!!!

The complex is quite large. There is a coastal path, it is also suitable for walks. A nice place for families and more. There are over 10 pools. 1 with artificial waves, 1 with a large water slide, many with smaller slides. Pools are for all ages. The complex has 2 restaurants, shop, 24-hour reception. Budget and very interesting rest. The complex Fort Knox, great. A lot of different options for accommodation. Located near the city of Burgas and St. Vlas. I do not advise to go to a fish restaurant on the beach. The food is tasteless and deceiving!!!)

The whole complex is guarded 24H safe, very clean, nice and beautiful, many pools, beautiful rooms and very good service. Recommend

Nice place for families with children, with a lot of swimming pools. The apartments' complex is located very close to the beach.

It was our 6th visit to this hotel, second time this summer! We kinda feel like home here. Initially the room we requested was not available, but the reservation agent did everything, so we can move into the room we requested the next day.

I was totally won over by the Dolce Vita 2. It is definitely the best apartment hotel in Sveti Vlas. Above all, I really liked the proximity to the fine sandy beach with restaurants, bars, very nice staff and children's attractions. In addition, the inner courtyard with the beautiful palm and olive trees gives a pleasant Mediterranean feeling. The pool area gives a wonderful panorama over the black...

Dolce Vita 1. Good but a little tatty or worn out in places. Low quality furnishing but does the job ok. NOT for anyone that can't handle Hills and steps/slopes. Beautiful scenery and decent enough beach close by help. Aparments have a couple of small pools too which don't seem to get that busy it seems. Aircon in most that I can see which is a boon when it's hot.

A crackin little restaurant with really friendly owners. There is a full range of traditional cuisine which reminded me of our stays in Lozinetz over the years. The prices are around 70% cheaper than the norm, but the quality, service and range is still good. We stopped here for food instead of trawling all the way to old town and didn’t regret it. It made a change. For the English they do breakfasts...

Seriously impressed with the meal tonight. Can't recommend it enough. What a lovely huge rack of honey ribs, massive lamb shank, traditional shopska salad and home made chips, ... what a night. Worked out at £15 a head including drinks. So incredible Can't fault any thing. It was superb.

Everything was fine. Especially the view. We will be back for sure :)

Good apartment, well organized pool area

The outside is beautiful and maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious, at good prices and the staff is friendly. The room was slightly worn and there was more to ask for cleanliness. Some of the appliances in it do not work.

Noisy and humid, the pool has tarpaulins. The garden and flowers are beautiful and well maintained. The Monastery Tavern is very good!

Very clean rooms and superb views overlooking the sea and Dinevi resort from the balcony. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and plenty of seating, even under the trees if you want a bit of shade. Great value for the amenities and location.

The hotel we stayed in was Arena, next to Lazur. (It turned out that there was no free rooms after we made reservation so they upgraded us to Arena without additional payment) :)

Good service. Well-groomed area near the apartments. Convenient location relative to shopping and entertainment outlets. A place for a relaxing family holiday. We vacationed in September 2019.

Low density on the beach compared to Sunny beach or Golden peckam

Had several meals recently, have not been disappointed. Staff are very good, and also so obliging. Highly recommended. Maeve and Christy.

Every year we go there with my friend to eat mussels salad. This year it was a bit different, still good though but not amazing. Will try next year again 😌

Last year it had different owners and they were quite hostile to be honest. But this season it has changed hands again and things are back to normal. Great pool for the kids and food is quite good too. Pleasant staff

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully. However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation. :)

Wonderful and peaceful place. It is also suitable for families with children, there is a playground right next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly nice, the hygiene is good and the food is really tasty and carefully prepared. Definitely recommend and will be back next year!

+ Quiet, clean, ok food, for families with children is ideal. They have free parking. Very close supermarket (Grand Market) with very good prices - Although they said that it is possible, at the hotel we did not manage to pay by card, also at the hotel store to pay by card they conditioned us to buy at least 10 levs, which is illegal. At the tonnage in Sunny Beach, a salesman with not very white skin...

The review is for the restaurant, we were in a neighboring hotel : Hotel Eden is a great place to eat, good food, great variety and not expensive at all; be patient though, since it is run by a family they can get overwhelmed if all tables are full : there's a grandmother and a mother in the kitchen, a mother and a daughter serving, one father at the reception, etc.

Great hotel. We were welcomed with a nice cold drink on arrival. The staff on reception helped to take our bags to the room as there was no lift or elevator. He spoke good English and was friendly. He even gave our group of 8 a couple of carifs of wine. There was a small communal kitchen we could use which was handy. It had a fridge freezer and cooker and table and chairs. Also a portable fan. Rooms...

When to Sveti Vlas, come here. Great place, on a hill, with great views and great home. We've been riding here for many years.

Great place. Perfectly clean room, bathroom, terrace. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, free parking space. The host is kind and welcoming. I am also fascinated by the price. I would visit again.

Friendly hosts, clean, quiet, there is an opportunity to cook in a shared kitchen with all the necessary supplies. Cheap: 13€/for 2 per day. Small minuses: refrigerators make noise, and condensate from air conditioners "pops" loudly. 20 minutes to the nearest beach. on foot from the mountain.
