hello, I also had a stay at the golden line and the food was quite ok, but the manager, the gentleman in the white shirt, leaves much to be desired, he doesn't care about anyone and just does what he wants, he curses people in their language, I being English and I was with my aunt who is Bulgarian, she understood and told me without stopping to argue with the gentleman in the white shirt who has a Mercedes.
The staff is very good, the rooms are a bit dirty.
the old lifeguard had an argument with some Romanians on a dead topic from what I heard and he was also very mean, honestly my aunt and I will not come here anymore because of the gentleman in the white shirt who introduced himself as the manager.

2024 stay :
The room floor was full of dust same as the room equipment.
Food disappointment , especially in terms of beverages. We got Ecoli from the pool or food, other guest old us to not stay in the pool as one of the kid that was in was contaminated. Enough to say we went only to the sea side.

The hotel is a bit old but the food and the animtors were the best, especially Kati, Ilko and Chefo, they played the most entertaining games for kids and also for adults or teenagers, i also liked the bartenders, they were very friendly and fast. I will definitely come back!

Food is ok cleaning is random staff is 50/50 but the internet is horrible. In front of the door you have full signal but when you enter the room and close the door you have no internet. In the first day the lady from the reception solved the problem but today I was 3 times at reception with this problem and no solution

Had a one bedroom apartment with partial sea and partial pool view, lovely space. Good WiFi, decent food. Staff OK, cleaning random. Poor choice of all inclusive drinks, just the basics. Afternoon snack bar poor system where people can take most of a new pizza making people wait for the next one, should limit it to 2 slices. Golden Sands lovely, promenade 3 minute walk from hotel. Would not return due to drinks choices.

Everything was excellent. We were upgraded to large apartment. Front desk manager was very nice lady.

Very cool place !!! Beach is not far , parking is included , the pool is perfect especially when the sea is cold :) There is also the pool for babys :) The receptionist is always ready to help !

Apartment structure was great, 2 separate rooms (1 living room and 1 bedroom), small hallway, bathroom and balcony. Enough space and clean. Pool is big but the water is very cold, don't understand why they call it "heated pool". In 5 days I went into the pool maybe 2 times. Entertainment is average at best. Meals are decent, but very low selection. Exception was Saturday night dinner. Coffee is not good (instant coffee only). Snack bar is having the same dishes every day (pizza , fries and crispy). 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, where you have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas (36 leva per day). Bar is average, all drinks are local.

Honestly, everything was perfect from the weather to the staff(beside 1), the food was plenty and diverse, the room was big and very homey. Probably that's what I liked the most, that the apartment felt like home even if we didn't stay much. The drinks were good, initially I thought they were of low quality but then I bought some from the supermarket and they were pretty much the same, so I believe it's just the difference of materials from country to country.

It is the fourth time we are are coming here. Spacious rooms, every day cleaning. The food is various and one can have plenty options. Excellent massage team Marian and Nisi makes you fell like reborn. Excellent services overall. Many thanks to the entire team!
