Complete chaos – one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had

This hotel was an absolute disaster. Although the room was clean and the cleaning lady did a great job (the only positive aspect), everything else was a nightmare. The restaurant is constantly overcrowded, with ridiculously long lines just to get food or find a table. You basically have to fight your way in, and once you’re inside, you’re surrounded by loud, rude, and inconsiderate people shouting across tables with zero respect for others.

The worst part? One morning we found ourselves in the middle of the restaurant next to a family whose children had measles. Yes – measles, in a public dining area, and hotel staff did absolutely nothing about it. That’s not just irresponsible, that’s dangerous.

The pool area is just as bad – all the sunbeds are “reserved” overnight by people leaving their towels out at 2–3 AM, so forget about getting one if you’re a normal human trying to relax in the morning.

This place is chaotic, stressful, and clearly mismanaged. The staff (aside from housekeeping) seem completely overwhelmed or uninterested, and there’s zero control over the crowd. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, stay away from this hotel. Never again.
