3 star hotels in Golden Sands

Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony. Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony. the biggest plus: it is located 20m from the beach and it is cheap. there are at most 15 parking spots for 14 floors x 12 rooms! call to reserve a spot... oh, wait, surprise, they don't hold it for you!!! the rooms are ok, pretty big, most of them with a side view to the sea. the bathroom is pretty small. only the rooms down the corridor have nice, big bathrooms. the pool is very-very small, but you...

Nothing to complain. Read other reviews. Breakfast coffee sucks. Eggs and bacon are OK. Rooms are OK but some of the toilets suck with flushing (several rooms experience, group of 10). The view of our room was amazing. Ac is good. If your sleeping long in your room service will skip your room. For a 3-star it was ok. WiFi is slow. Staff is helpful.

The hotel needs urgently a renewal. Regarding the food: you get what you have paid. Hotel Pliska offers good prices, in consequence the quality of the food and drinks is low. Nice hotel . Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special . Everything old - from the Communist time.The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. The hotel it's near the sand dunes, not far away from the beach, and kids liked it here. The staff was very careful with protection measures against Covid 19

The hotel was 5 minutes to sea. You have to walk over the road to go by beach. I liked everything about the hotel except the hygiene. The first day i couldnt sleep because of the smell . The food was OK .Swimming pool was clean. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everyone especialy to familoes with children.

5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges. Bravo to the manager who knows how to keep guests happy🫡

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.

Pleasant place with very good service. There is a nice garden here with a lot of trees. The private beach is a small one, but it is good for the mornings. In the afternoon it is shaded.

Quiet hotel, with friendly personnel. Good food for breakfast, free air conditioning and really clean bathroom. Parking is a little small but usually accommodates all the guests cars.

Great place and amazing atmosphere! The room is very clean and neat, also with Google maps the place is very easy to find and overall it is a great place to visit and stay! I highly recommend it - also the staff is super nice, welcoming and kind.

Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it. Repetitive breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel is 5km Away from the golden Sands!! The closest beach is 20 minutes away, with very very clear water but pretty bad sand and surounding is dirty. The gym area is a joke.

The hotel is a little up the hill, but the view is worth the trouble. We had a large, lovely, clean room with a big balcony with amazing view to the sea. The personal was very helpful and kind. The beach is ten minutes away, but if you're too lazy to walk, the pool is also clean and nice. The center of the city is twenty minutes away by bus. Beautiful location but the access is difficult, a bit challenging stairs. The room was clean but there was a bad smell in the bathroom, AC most of the time didn't work. There is a language barrier with the owners, you can't make a conversation. The food in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what they offer.

Super cozy and friendly place. Like a piece of paradise, a more bohemian and nature infused break from all of the big hotels. Very nice beach (no lifeguards and a lot of beautiful fishes) and tasty cocktails. The rooms are very cute with awesome sea view and balconies. The location is perfect, it's hard to get there but worth the effort. Unfortunatly you can only park your car at the street above the property and walk with your luggage down the steps, but it is surddenly worth it ! It's a great place if all you want to do is party, but if you expect to sleep at 6 am you'll be pleasantly surprised by the people in the hallways singing on full volume.

A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. No traffic around the hotel. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style.
