We had a pleasant holiday at the Kini Hotel, but there were a few things that could be improved. The location of the hotel is really quiet and relaxing, but the distance to the beach and the absence of a private beach made access to the sea a bit more complicated than I expected. 5 star to the hotel manager! He changed our room into a bigger and better one because first one had a light smell, our card broke into the pocket( our fault) and he replaced with any supplementary charges. Bravo to the manager who knows how to keep guests happy🫡

It's a nice place, friendly staff. A lot of stairs all around the hotel, but won't be a problem for a healthy legged person. For me personally it was a problem.

This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.

Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing. Our rooms were clean and bright, we woke up with the sunrise above the coast!

A bit away from the beach but a fine place

The rooms are OK, the hotel is understaffed.. So the services are slow. The biggest letdown is that is far away from the beach, and there are no roadsigns to guide you and the roads are quite convoluted.

We're having an excellent time at Kamchia Park Hotel. Great place to spend your holidays for both families and couples. The hotel needs urgently a renewal. Regarding the food: you get what you have paid. Hotel Pliska offers good prices, in consequence the quality of the food and drinks is low. The receptionist of today was friendly and professional. Would I come again? Currently not, first they need to renew all rooms.

Nice hotel . Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special . Everything old - from the Communist time.The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. Comparison of price - quality , super!

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.

Pleasant place with very good service. There is a nice garden here with a lot of trees. The private beach is a small one, but it is good for the mornings. In the afternoon it is shaded.

Stayed in one of the 2 larger 2 room apartment and loved the huge terrace balcony. Rooms were clean but carpet starting to show age. Food was good if a bit repetitive on the vegetable options. Main courses ranged from ok to great. It is a bit of a walk to beach, about 10 minutes to the free Riviera beach zones.

We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good. Yes, the bathroom was very small and there was a bad smell sometimes, but only inside the bathroom, in the room there was no smell. The hotel overall is okay like a 3 star hotel but mostly is poorly maintained. Not only the rooms but especially the bathrooms. A very quiet place with very big rooms with nice balcony. Swimming pool is very nice for the kids. No traffic around the hotel. 25 min walk to the centre with the bazar and shops. Very good deal with booking and breakfast was very nice, boufet style.

Quiet hotel, with friendly personnel. Good food for breakfast, free air conditioning and really clean bathroom. Parking is a little small but usually accommodates all the guests cars.
