You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY...

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles. The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Excellent location. Varied and always fresh food. Airy rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable . The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed . But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them. I'm glad I chose this...

All i can say for my 4 days in this hotel is that the Animation team was incredible, we had i lot of fun with the, diverse activities.I will mention Kris and Alex for the fantastic work they did to animate the tourist!!!

It was a stay with up and down. First of all we receive a room at 6 flour, but the problem with this was there were a lot of ants 🐜 . See video After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜 . The cleaning staff were miserable. They never even changed our towels or touch out the trash. The food was okay-sh, but not very good quality....

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands. My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco...

The hotel is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the food is excellent. There was a very large selection of food.

Good rooms and not bad food. It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane . I recommend this hotel to relax

The hotel was amazing. I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful.

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client. The food is very good. The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring.

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly. Also, the dj is very good at his job, choosing the right songs so that everyone (kids and adults alike) can have fun. Moreover, there is a wide variety of food and the cakes are extremely tasty. The only problem is that the lady from the reception doesn’t really speak English...

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by warm, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is ok for 5 days holiday, the rooms are big and nice, clean, beach is right in front. It has a big pool and a small one for kids with 3 waterslides. There is a minus becouse u don't have a playroom inside for kids with toys and playstations.(kind can't stay all day long in burning sun). And u must have activities not only for german persons(books/games). Another minus is the parking lot which...

First of all the services we're very good but there are some minor flaws,the food was very delicious and the chef's great and friendly. The room's are clean but they don't ave an iron. The location is the best of them all,very close from the beach.

Once again, we trusted Sentido Marea for our family holiday. And it was the best choice for us! Always clean and everywhere- around the pool, on the beach, in the rooms and around the common areas. Extremely friendly and smiling staff in every part of the hotel. Thanks to Katya,for always being available for any questions and so helpful! And Chef Rosen once again made us feel we were among friends...

It was such a nice experience. And the most important part that made this a good experience for us were the people working there. It’s like they somehow brought together all the nice people from Bulgaria to work there. Mr Traian in the concierge, Ms Katya for public relations, the manager from the restaurant… and really everyone working there. So helpful and they created a lovely experience for us...

Surely one of the best hotel you can find while on vacation in Bulgaria. Everything was perfect, from personnel to the food/drinks and the sea/beach. Maybe there are very very few people that are complaining but that’s just cap. 100% recommend it.

The hotel is very good from vacation with friends and not very good for vacation with family even tho there is kids club for the kids. There are animators at the hotel which are very kind and funny. The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance.

I liked the hotel very much. There are very nice animatrs who took cre of our kids and made hats with them and drwings. The pool is very beautiful and appropriate for the kids. I would come here again next year.

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold. Me and my friends will come here next year too.

It was very good holiday here in Bulgaria. I had fun with my friends in and outside of the hotel. In the Hotel Reni and Melek helped us spend a really good holiday and when we were outside of the hotel we had fun at the beach.

I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to have fun on their holiday . The animators Reni and Melek are making fun games for adults and for kids at the kids club . The staff is nice and always ready to help .

The hotel has very cool pool and very nice staff. The animators Reni and Melek made our holiday even better because they took care of the kids at the kids club and drew with them. The lifeguard was very funny and nice. The holiday was great.
