Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

Wonderful hotel to spend a summer vacation! Perfect location on a first line, just few meters from the beach. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed regularly. The staff is mainly young and motivated people, that are very helpful and professional. I and my mother are among the regular visitors, enjoying hotel Lilia twice each summer for many years now. Good place on a good price!

The place is georgious , the hotel is almoust on the beach , it can be hear how the waves hit the sand. The stuff is kind , if wee ask something they help without any problem. The food is ok 'a la carte ' menu as usual when you choose all inclusive . The cleaning in the restaurant can be upgraded. Like price value compare I can say it worth it. I would recomend it.

3star for location, because I do not like the Golden sands, I just had an offer for a discount. No parking places for all clients and the Golden sands have a "salty" penal parking. BUT FOR A DAY, THERE IS PAY PARKING AND GREAT KIDS ATTRACTIONS BY THE ⛵🌊! I prefer St. Konstantin and Elena.

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. The place was amazing. The food was very good. We had everyday animation for the children and grown ups. The location is 5 minutes away from the beach,but it was so interesting in the hotel that we went to the beach maybe twice. The hotel was ok for the money. The food was average. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation. They charge you 20 leva/day for what? Parking in the street? Also they tried to charge me for 6 days when I only had 5 full days. It didn't work (for them), but I had to argument a lot about it. And for hotel's management, if you're reading this... I must edit My review beacause hotel really tried to fix something for us when asked politely. All is good for vegetarians but not for vegans. It looks medium class hotel. Food some days was good, some days very bad... Location a little bit far from beach, but its no problem, because hotel have van who can bring to the beach evry hour. We got good room, big and clean. I think you get evrything for this price, but I will not come here again, because I saw better hotels for this price in Golden sands
