Where to stay in Golden Sands

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. The only reason I gave the workers 2 stars is because the animation team is wonderful. They make program and make this hotel worth at least some stars, but this is DEFINETLY...

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it. The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies.

I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. Also, way too few elevators for how big the hotel is, you could rarely get one available.

We were guests here 3 weeks ago, I'm gonna give it a 5 star for the dilligent people who worked very hard. There are some issues that need to be adressed in the future ( wifi signal is really bad, the restaurant is crowded, and sometimes you wouldn't find a free table) but these were small obstacles. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. It was really one of the best experiences you can have in all-inclusive hotels. Usually in these kinds of facilities you can get bored after a couple of days but due to the number of activities available, everyday felt different. We have had an amazing holiday in grifid vistamar. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal. My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Also, food and beverages are cheap in quality but I appreciate the diversity after all. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

I highly recommend this hotel! Location is amazing, food surprisingly good but what deserve for the 5 stars is personnel. Especially animation team! Girls are literally an angels- so patient, easygoing with children and with their harts on their hands. My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco...

The hotel is excellent, the sea is wonderful, the food is excellent. There was a very large selection of food.

Good rooms and not bad food. It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane . I recommend this hotel to relax

The hotel was amazing. I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful.

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client. The food is very good. The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring.

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly. Also, the dj is very good at his job, choosing the right songs so that everyone (kids and adults alike) can have fun. Moreover, there is a wide variety of food and the cakes are extremely tasty. The only problem is that the lady from the reception doesn’t really speak English...

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

It's an awesome place with very kind people. Food is great and always fresh. They come to clean the rooms whenever you want and overall is a great place for its price.

Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony. Pity about the neon advertising board on top of the Lighthouse Steakhouse opposite which continued twenty four hours, day and night shining its light onto the balcony.
