Very cool place !!! Beach is not far , parking is included , the pool is perfect especially when the sea is cold :) There is also the pool for babys :) The receptionist is always ready to help !

We really had a great experience. Well Maintained apartments with Amazing See view, delicious Breakfast with several options for Vegetarians & Non Vegetarians both. Chef cooked customized dishes based on our requirement. And complete staff was really helpful and amazing..

We spend 6 days in this hotel. The food was good, everyday you can find something new to eat , the room is big, clean and it's equipped with balcony. They have an outdoor pool with pool bar. The beach it is at 5 minute walk. Overall we enjoy the experience in Golden Sands and apartment Hotel Golden Line it is a good place to stay if you are spending the holiday there or if you just passing by.

Good place to stay. Room spacious, cleaned every day. Big pool and food to choose from. Drinks, not so good in my opinion as we had all inclusive and they only serve syrup with water as juice, instant coffee and as for beer and wine , also come in draft and are not so good. SO, thumbs up for the hotel, but only with breakfast not all inclusive.

Great clean space. Ideal for a getaway! Doesn't have a lot of space for your clothes, but if you're here for up to a week, it's perfect!!! A++

Nice hotel, lovely pool but the security staff have no people skills and are rude one of them blamed my son for burning a sign when my 7 year old had not been out that far and non of us smoke so where would he get a lighter? Excellent location to the interchange of transport and the Lidl store ... a short distance to the beach min 15-20 ... a quiet recreation area, good beaches, not so far from Varna ... the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay with a pool .. and not a big seating area...attentive and helpful owner..a pleasant experience and a comfortable hotel...recommend👌👌🌼

Probably the nicest place (in terms of room) that we stayed in in all of Bulgaria. Places like this gotta learn what Wi-Fi repeaters are, could only get usable internet in about 1 square meter of the room.

We rested in 2019, we are very pleased with the attitude of the owners: attentive, calm, ready to help with any issue. The hotel is located near the sea (5 minutes walk) and not far from the center, where there is a supermarket and public transport interchange. Thanks to this, you can get to know the nearest cities: Varna, Golden Sands. The place itself - St. Constantine and Helena - is amazingly beautiful...

The hotel has nice rooms, sufficiently large with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. However, the restaurant could offer a wider selection of dishes. I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time. 2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists. 2. The cocktails have a weird taste in a paper cup. Maybe you should consider serving them in glasses.

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels. The food is good and varied. They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. Hotel staff is very kind. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back.

Hotel is rather dated. The room was clean enough but nothing special. We chose ‘the level’ and were glad that we did. The food was very repetitive over the course of a week and also the food did not taste very well. The hadd very few vegetarian alternatives, which resulted in some people almost only eating fries for the duration of the stay.

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good. Yes, the bathroom was very small and there was a bad smell sometimes, but only inside the bathroom, in the room there was no smell. We had a great time here although there was a few blips at first. The blips we had was when we arrived, our room bins hadn't been emptied, but were done so immediately after we informed reception. Very pleasant place to stay @ Golden Sands. Buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. Kids are very welcome with special amusement programs by the outside pool - dancing, playing. This place has a lot of good things, but given the price and areas of improvements, only 3 stars. Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports. Air-condition works only when you are in the room. Breakfest is served in many tables and there isn't room for everybody... Few of staff only speaks engilsh... Bulgarian people are rude

Just arrived from Bulgaria. Vacationing in Edelwise. The only negative is a difficult climb, but it has its advantages. Good workout. Otherwise, everything is arranged. We are not spoiled delights, so arranged kitchen, hungry was not. The room was clean, the staff is friendly. The language barrier was not. If going to Bulgaria, choose this hotel.

The actual rate for me is 3.5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing. Our rooms were clean and bright, we woke up with the sunrise above the coast!

The rooms are OK, the hotel is understaffed.. So the services are slow. The biggest letdown is that is far away from the beach, and there are no roadsigns to guide you and the roads are quite convoluted.

Stayed in one of the 2 larger 2 room apartment and loved the huge terrace balcony. Rooms were clean but carpet starting to show age. Food was good if a bit repetitive on the vegetable options. Main courses ranged from ok to great. It is a bit of a walk to beach, about 10 minutes to the free Riviera beach zones.
