Nice hotel, lovely pool but the security staff have no people skills and are rude one of them blamed my son for burning a sign when my 7 year old had not been out that far and non of us smoke so where would he get a lighter? They are located in the Splendid complex together with the Romance Hotel. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need. No cleaning, that's your concern. I think at this price it is more than good.

Probably the nicest place (in terms of room) that we stayed in in all of Bulgaria. Places like this gotta learn what Wi-Fi repeaters are, could only get usable internet in about 1 square meter of the room.

We rested in 2019, we are very pleased with the attitude of the owners: attentive, calm, ready to help with any issue. The hotel is located near the sea (5 minutes walk) and not far from the center, where there is a supermarket and public transport interchange. Thanks to this, you can get to know the nearest cities: Varna, Golden Sands. The place itself - St. Constantine and Helena - is amazingly beautiful...

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

Weak beach bar. No snacks with drinks. Inappropriate delivery hours for towels. No electric kettle in the room.

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

Excelente 4 star hotel. Super clean and great location

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

An OK physical location but outclassed in every way by the staff - The reception staff know almost nothing, especially about the facilities, don't know details or information about the aqua park or even where the night bar is located 5 meters away from them, in the basement. - The sun loungers on the beach don't have enough mattresses and the staff gets irritated when you ask questions and requests...

We felt great on vacation at the beginning of May. The rooms were large and renovated, was cleaned and the fridge was filled daily. Smiling people who want you to come back to them. The young people at the bar were super nice and smiling. The pool was clean and the weather was great for the beginning of May. For us it was very nice.. Don't look to the haters. They paid a certain price, they expeted...

For unfussy people, it is a OK hotel. The rooms are big enough and clean. I didn't like the drinks (especially the wine) included and the fact that are not so many parking places.

It looks medium class hotel. Food some days was good, some days very bad... Location a little bit far from beach, but its no problem, because hotel have van who can bring to the beach evry hour. The food was Bland. Sunny Beach was good place to relax. The people in Bulgaria are fine. Food and grocery are expensive! However, Hotel Shipka did not offer any night entertainment or excursions tours. The Shipka hotel was quiet and peaceful. I give Hotel Shipka only 3⭐.

Very pleasant place to stay @ Golden Sands. Buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. Kids are very welcome with special amusement programs by the outside pool - dancing, playing. I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Hotel Perla very clean, fresh looking hotel - just opened about week or so before our arrival following big refurbishment so carpets were lovely and plush, lovely decor etc. Rooms - very spacious, great decor, lovely big bed- very comfortable & lovely bathroom with big shower. It could have been a perfect stay if it wasn't for the food, which was disgusting. Stayed in one of the 2 larger 2 room apartment and loved the huge terrace balcony. Rooms were clean but carpet starting to show age. Food was good if a bit repetitive on the vegetable options. Nice hotel, but it’s definitely not a 4-star; more like a 3-star. The rooms were decent but quite old. The breakfast was disappointing with poor options and subpar food quality. However, the dinner was a great recovery and a pleased surprise, offering plenty of choices and much better-tasting dishes.

Rooms with pool view are the best. Don t book a room with “balcony” without pool view. First room was with a empty space (a weird one)

The hotel is amazing for its price range, the staff is very friendly, the food is also pretty good. Rooms are also well maintained and cleaned daily on request. The beach is not the best, but close by you have multiple very nice beaches on a 10 minute drive. You can take 9/109/409 to the Center.

We're having an excellent time at Kamchia Park Hotel. Great place to spend your holidays for both families and couples.
