We spend 6 days in this hotel. The food was good, everyday you can find something new to eat , the room is big, clean and it's equipped with balcony. They have an outdoor pool with pool bar. The beach it is at 5 minute walk. Overall we enjoy the experience in Golden Sands and apartment Hotel Golden Line it is a good place to stay if you are spending the holiday there or if you just passing by.

Good place to stay. Room spacious, cleaned every day. Big pool and food to choose from. Drinks, not so good in my opinion as we had all inclusive and they only serve syrup with water as juice, instant coffee and as for beer and wine , also come in draft and are not so good. SO, thumbs up for the hotel, but only with breakfast not all inclusive.

Great clean space. Ideal for a getaway! Doesn't have a lot of space for your clothes, but if you're here for up to a week, it's perfect!!! A++

Cannot begin to describe the experience. Great rooms, great food, amazing staff, shoutout to Angel and Eli in particular. The pool is amazing and the animators make it a great, fun experience overall!! Will come here again for sure!!!

They are located in the Splendid complex together with the Romance Hotel. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need. No cleaning, that's your concern. I think at this price it is more than good.

Probably the nicest place (in terms of room) that we stayed in in all of Bulgaria. Places like this gotta learn what Wi-Fi repeaters are, could only get usable internet in about 1 square meter of the room.

We rested in 2019, we are very pleased with the attitude of the owners: attentive, calm, ready to help with any issue. The hotel is located near the sea (5 minutes walk) and not far from the center, where there is a supermarket and public transport interchange. Thanks to this, you can get to know the nearest cities: Varna, Golden Sands. The place itself - St. Constantine and Helena - is amazingly beautiful...

The hotel has nice rooms, sufficiently large with spacious and well-equipped bathrooms. However, the restaurant could offer a wider selection of dishes. I recommend using the Al Dente restaurant and placing an order to your room (once per stay). Unfortunately, the hotel has a shortage of pools, which are therefore overcrowded most of the time. Fortunately, there is also a large indoor pool available...

2 things that I do not like: 1. The tourists that leave their towels in the sunbeds to “occupy” their seat. Maybe you should consider making a beach only for level tourists. 2. The cocktails have a weird taste in a paper cup. Maybe you should consider serving them in glasses.

It is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are spacious and very clean, every day they come to clean and change the towels. The food is good and varied. They have artistic programs every day, clean pools, quality sunbeds and in 2 minutes you reach the beach. Hotel staff is very kind. We felt wonderful, we will definitely come back.

Hotel is rather dated. The room was clean enough but nothing special. We chose ‘the level’ and were glad that we did. It gave us access to a separate pool (the main pool was overcrowded and there were not enough sunbeds. There was constant music pumping out from speakers there as well). Rooms are big and very clean. Big bathroom and good toiletries. Staff is friendly and speaks good English. Limited parking available and quite expensive. Food is not so good, basically the cheapest ingredients available. There is lots of it but you can barely find something which tastes good. Drinks are the usual Bulgarian all-inclusive standard which means poor quality. The swimming pools are nice...

The food was very repetitive over the course of a week and also the food did not taste very well. The hadd very few vegetarian alternatives, which resulted in some people almost only eating fries for the duration of the stay.

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

Excelente 4 star hotel. Super clean and great location

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. "THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

The hotel was ok for the money. The food was average. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation. They charge you 20 leva/day for what? Parking in the street? Also they tried to charge me for 6 days when I only had 5 full days. It didn't work (for them), but I had to argument a lot about it. And for hotel's management, if you're reading this... It looks medium class hotel. Food some days was good, some days very bad... Location a little bit far from beach, but its no problem, because hotel have van who can bring to the beach evry hour. We got good room, big and clean. I think you get evrything for this price, but I will not come here again, because I saw better hotels for this price in Golden sands

It's a great value hotel, the rooms are big and clean, plenty of food and drinks, there is a nice pool. My taste in food and the bulgarian taste are not the same but this is not something that I can hold against them. At the same time the food variety it's not great, almost the same thing every breakfast, lunch, dinner. You mustn't expect something extraordinary but always keep in mind the price paid...

The actual rate for me is 3.5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! We as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids for all inclusive payed very competitive price! And this hotel also provides shuttle to the beach and back every 30 minutes! Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. There is also a very nice outdoor playground and entertainers for children. Very good price-quality ratio!

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Very nice, not really 4 stars, but 3+. The pool is nice, execpting the music in the afternoons - manele and very cheap traditional romanian music, very loud, unpleasent for us ... The Sofia Hotel beach was also nice, the food ok, pizza was only with meat, but they have good vegetarian options.

Most of activities of hotel werent even avaliable. Only thing that was avaliable was one table for table tennis. Outside pool closes too soon. Animators and staff of hotel were nice and helpfull. Food was mediocre i dont recommend eating fish.

This place has a lot of good things, but given the price and areas of improvements, only 3 stars. Areas for improvement: - better room cleaning - don't overcook all the meat - some of the driest meat in my life was here - don't overcook all the veggies - animation group needs to be more pushy for sports. They're too lax. - the elevators are the slowest I've used in the last 20 years....

A pretty good hotel! I was on a summer camp this week and the design of the hotel and the rooms were really good. The only problem was that the white canvases on the balconies were kind of cut off and some bugs were on our stuff on the balcony so maybe just put some devices against bugs. Stayed in one of the 2 larger 2 room apartment and loved the huge terrace balcony. Rooms were clean but carpet starting to show age. Food was good if a bit repetitive on the vegetable options. Main courses ranged from ok to great. It is a bit of a walk to beach, about 10 minutes to the free Riviera beach zones.

We had a great time here although there was a few blips at first. The blips we had was when we arrived, our room bins hadn't been emptied, but were done so immediately after we informed reception. The cleaning of the rooms seems to be a bit erratic and we nearly ran out of toilet paper, but this was easily sorted by asking the cleaners for some. The hotel overall is okay like a 3 star hotel but mostly is poorly maintained. Not only the rooms but especially the bathrooms. Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing. Our rooms were clean and bright, we woke up with the sunrise above the coast!

A bit away from the beach but a fine place

The rooms are OK, the hotel is understaffed.. So the services are slow. The biggest letdown is that is far away from the beach, and there are no roadsigns to guide you and the roads are quite convoluted.

The hotel is big and outdated, the swimming pool is big and nice but we didn’t use it as it was still cold. The indoor pool was nice and clean. Our room seemed to have been renovated, but our floor’s surface was bumpy and was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, there was a carpet but I suppose that with the bumps can’t be properly cleaned.
