The hotel is a bit old but the food and the animtors were the best, especially Kati, Ilko and Chefo, they played the most entertaining games for kids and also for adults or teenagers, i also liked the bartenders, they were very friendly and fast. I will definitely come back!

Had a one bedroom apartment with partial sea and partial pool view, lovely space. Good WiFi, decent food. Staff OK, cleaning random. Poor choice of all inclusive drinks, just the basics. Excellent location to the interchange of transport and the Lidl store ... a short distance to the beach min 15-20 ... a quiet recreation area, good beaches, not so far from Varna ... the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay with a pool .. and not a big seating area...attentive and helpful owner..a pleasant experience and a comfortable hotel...recommend👌👌🌼

Probably the nicest place (in terms of room) that we stayed in in all of Bulgaria. Places like this gotta learn what Wi-Fi repeaters are, could only get usable internet in about 1 square meter of the room.

We rested in 2019, we are very pleased with the attitude of the owners: attentive, calm, ready to help with any issue. The hotel is located near the sea (5 minutes walk) and not far from the center, where there is a supermarket and public transport interchange. Thanks to this, you can get to know the nearest cities: Varna, Golden Sands. The place itself - St. Constantine and Helena - is amazingly beautiful...

For a family with a 14 year boy, it was perfect. We chose the Level and it was more that we expected: special restaurant, special pool, special sea view bar. The beach was ok, but the old custom of tourists to occupy the deck chairs with towels from 6.30 in the morning ( and they came to the beach at 11.00-12.00) it was not so pleasant.

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

The hotel was ok for the money. The food was average. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation. They charge you 20 leva/day for what? Parking in the street? Also they tried to charge me for 6 days when I only had 5 full days. It didn't work (for them), but I had to argument a lot about it. And for hotel's management, if you're reading this... I don't know why you're not...

I must edit My review beacause hotel really tried to fix something for us when asked politely. All is good for vegetarians but not for vegans. It looks medium class hotel. Food some days was good, some days very bad... Location a little bit far from beach, but its no problem, because hotel have van who can bring to the beach evry hour. Very nice place, with swimming pool , clean, personal very friendly and also pet friendly. The food satisfies any test, All food served was fresh, good quality and the range can cover anyone test. Stayed in one of the 2 larger 2 room apartment and loved the huge terrace balcony. Rooms were clean but carpet starting to show age. Food was good if a bit repetitive on the vegetable options. Very pleasant place to stay @ Golden Sands. Buffet has a lot of different dishes to choose from. Kids are very welcome with special amusement programs by the outside pool - dancing, playing. Wellness center is also a nice option for a physiotherapy or a massage. All in all an excellent place for a holiday.

I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Nice hotel, but it’s definitely not a 4-star; more like a 3-star. The rooms were decent but quite old. The breakfast was disappointing with poor options and subpar food quality. However, the dinner was a great recovery and a pleased surprise, offering plenty of choices and much better-tasting dishes.
