The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available. The frontdesk staff are good except the night shift GSAa that seemed like they didn't understand clients situations for late check ins.

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn. The first time was in the spring a few years ago. That was a great stay. This year, we came in the summer, and we would not return to this hotel during the summer season. Unfortunately, the AC used at the hotel is a central AC so it does not matter how much you try to change the temperature in the room, we could not get it to cool below 29 or 28 degrees Celsius (around 82 Degrees Fahrenheit). We spoke to the front desk staff about the issue and they said they would have someone check the AC but they said that temperature was not that bad and gave us a standing fan to use in the room. The bathroom in our room did not have a fan, so after taking showers, the room would be extra hot and humid. If you open the windows to get some air circulation, the AC shuts off. As far as noise, it was quiet on the 7th floor. You also have a pharmacy and grocery store next to the hotel, which was convenient. The staff was polite and helpful.

It’s so terrible, we checkin at 15:00, outside 32degree, reception told us the air condition was broken, now under repairing, until midnight it still doesn’t work. Reception told he don’t have anyway to deal with and his director didn’t pickup his call. So horrible hotel with their management. When we enter the room, the room already stayed by other guest, both of us all shocked. This hotel really in a mess. Until we leave, no one say any apologies for the broken air condition.

very spacious, modern, comfortable and extremely clean rooms! I enjoyed my stay there a lot. the lady with short black hair (I wish I asked her name) was so nice while I was checking in and she went out of her way to help me after I dropped my wallet in the cab- she was calling every single taxi phone number she knew. awesome personnel, but more importantly an awesome human being. thanks a lot!

When I entered the room, realised that no shampoo inside the bathroom. Rooms are very small. Although there is only 2 x 500cc water in the mini bar in the room, they asked if you took anything from the mini bar, and asked for the money for the water. I just gave 2 stars for smiling face of the receptionists.

Nice place for working ! Room are clean and you feel welcome. 1 star missing: noise during the night (but you can sleep well !). Maybe traffic ?

Holiday Inn in Plovdiv is one of the best hotels where I stayed during my business travels. The stuff is super friendly, especially girls that are open for talk, and helpful when asked about some directions, cuisine etc. The Etereo restaurant serves great food for a very reasonable price ( I tried almost everything on the menu ), rooms are also very clean, and for me a big plus is the variety of available channels on the tv ( i could watch so many channels in english, that's rarely seen in other hotels ). I strongly advise this hotel.

The best place to stay in Plovdiv!!! Nice and clean, delicious food and friendly staff. If you plan visit the city this is definitely your spot.
