Good location, good food and the water in the pool isn't cold.

I stayed at the hotel twice this summer with my friends and my son. The location is great, and having its own parking lot is a big plus. Friendly service and delicious food. I would stay there again.

There is a hole near the bathroom window which is facing the hall, the bathroom is very dirty and there are spider webs on the terrace. I found a cigarette under the bed. But there is a good tv from the 90s. The only good thing is the bed.

The legend of Maria, Atliman Bay and Urdovisa (today's Kiten).
Kepost Urdoviza (today's Kiten) became famous for her beauty, a girl named Maria (or Stana according to other interpretations). She was so beautiful that even the Turkish Sultan was captivated by her beauty. The Sultan offered her to marry him. She told the sultan that she would marry him, but first she wanted to grant her one wish - as much land in her native land as a rider on a "flying" horse can circle from sunrise to sunset, that land be freed from all sultans taxes and berries. The Sultan agreed, and one early morning Maria set off on a "flying" horse. Towards evening, the rider had already bypassed several villages - Urdoviza, Urgari (Bulgari), Mrzeevo (Kondolovo), Gramatikovo, Zabernovo, Vtika, Stoilovo, Kolovo konak (white water), Guok Tepe (Zvezden), Sarmotnik (Ivy) and others. But when she reached the bay, north of Urdovisa, the horse collapsed from exhaustion and died. The beautiful girl also died. Since then, the fishermen, and then the population, called the bay Atliman (Horse Bay).
A nice family hotel located far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Kiten has become the sea chalga capital of Bulgaria with all the simplicity required for this. The sewage stinks from everywhere and not only it.
Pros: Super fast WiFi especially if you're on business and logging metadata.
The owner, probably named Maria, is very hospitable.
We were in the newly built part. Everything is new, air conditioner and fridge worked flawlessly.
The restaurant offers a lunch menu for BGN 8.50 (2022). Delicious homemade food: chicken with rice, chicken with potatoes, wine kebab, soups or tarator + 2 slices of bread.
Negatives: Maybe too noisy children and companies at the pool. The pools don't look particularly clean, but that doesn't matter because you came for the sea after all.
All in all, a nice hotel that doesn't belong in Kiten.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The service was at the level, the welcome was very kind, the food is prepared on the spot, the portions are large and tasty. It is clean. I was with two children and we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend!
