The hotel is nice, clean and the location of the hotel is excellent, but the best thing about the hotel is staff. The staff is very, very friendly, kind,helpful, especially the manager. Whatever you need, whenever, they are available - for each recommendation.

We took the biggest apartment with 40 sq.m. terrace. It was a really nice experience with friends :)

The hotel is right on the beach. There is a pool and lounge chairs outside. Breakfast is included. You can Pay a bit more for a sea view room, which I recommend. There is 24 hour bar service in the hotel. I would come back here for my next stay in Kiten, Bulgaria. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it. Very well situated at the beautiful beach of Atliman, the hotel is fully accessible for disabled guests. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. The food was copious and tasty. Highly recommend.

I am here currently and the internet is fine. Also, I did not notice any issues related to cleanliness, as mentioned in some of the negative reviews. The hotel is on the beach, that's the biggest plus for us. Staff is great, plenty of activities and the restaurant at thus hotel is better quality at lower prices than the neighboring restaurants. The best hotel in Kiten. The kitchen is excellent, the bar is also good, the rooms are good, the staff is polite and friendly, there are places for children to spend their time. Payment by card. The only thing is that the pool is not the largest.

Nice hotel right by the beach. Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park. We were about the only Americans, which is always a treat.

Very nice hotel right next to a beautiful beach. Great staff, especially in the bars, restaurant and cleaning ladies. Lots of friendly people. Delicious and varied meals. Everything perfectly clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the attitude of the manager Galia Todeva - NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded our expectations!

The rooms are decent, but the food is poor( not too many options) and not tasty. You don't have where to park your car because is always full.

I had a fantastic stay with an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package was great, offering delicious food options. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

It was a wonderful time spend there. The rooms are big with big nice beds. They clean and change the sheets every day. The food was plenty and delicious as well. Only two notes. The children's pool was cold (it was build under the shadow of trees), and I didn't saw life guard nier the pool. In general I would come back again there.

Really happy with the rooms and the services. Food was nice,plenty of vegetables and fruits (traditional for Bulgaria 🇧🇬) and different types of meat.For my taste they can offer a little bit more fresh cooked fish. I had only one small problem, it was the diner we we're at, we had to get charged around 10-20 dollars to dine at another one, since the diner of the Forest Beach was closed. The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. The overall experience at Sunrise was unique. Plus for us was that we had the opportunity to be with our pet. The hotel is quite with a united staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. Amazing good for kids all inclusive staff were so kind entertainer was extremely funny only had 1 problem and that was that the deepest part of the pool is only 1.40 meters deep so being 5’7 your still standinf up rather than swimming. Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.
