Hotels All-inclusive in Kiten

The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although

The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas, but we never took advantage of that

It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. Great location right on the water. Shallow and sandy, very kid friendly beach. The staff was friendly and helpful

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders

The rating is a bit overstated. The idea was good. Organizaciata processes is average. Communication with staff is difficult. Podgotovit them weak.

The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us

This is a great place close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place with great food, nice people, and convenient location

The room was very nice and clean and the housekeeping stuff were amazing. The bartenders and the servers at the restaurant were very pleasant and nice and were very good at their jobs

Now don't expect miracles - two types of pizza and four types of ice-cream but delicious which matters the most! The soft drinks are from a mix machine, the water is from dispenser, the beer is on tap

The restaurant here is simply delicious, kid friendly food (and chairs), lot of meat and side dish choices (including fish), vegetables, tasty cakes, fresh fruits, beer, wine, soft drinks and juices

Despite the difficul season everything which was part of the offer was in real - nice restaurant, very positive and sming personnel, great swimming pools area, the food was very good! The hotel was clean and welcoming! We managed to relax and enjoy our 6-day short vacation! We defnetely recommend the place!

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas

I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying and I've never encountered this in any hotel

And what else surprised us are your umbrellas on the beach that bear the name of your hotel Perla Luxori and are completely rusty and torn in a terrible condition, not to mention the dirt and mess that is located around your beach where you have set aside these umbrellas and sunbeds

We will be happy to return to the Perla Beach Hotel next year and I believe that these mistakes will already be removed. Thank you and we look forward to next year already

Very clean, food was lovely with very friendly staff, and a special mention to F&B manager Radost Jelyazkova and also Mimi, Radek, Terka and Paja that are great at what they are doing and kept entertaining the kids and adults at all times 👍last but not least the bartender Yulia that kept the spirit up with best drinks and service 👌 Yan, Reni, Plami and Nicole ❤️

That being said, the hotel is not well suited for all-inclusive service. The capacity of the restaurant is less than the room's capacity

The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! The animation program is in Czech and Bulgarian and the animators...

During our stay the hotel was full, it was a challenge to find a table for any meal, and the queues at the buffet were daily routine

Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it

Nice place, several pools, several bars, aqua park, animators, good restaurant, playground. A lot of available activities and games with the animation team.

The food, accomodation, amination team and many other aspect are excellent! This place has jacuzzi, 2 big pools, SPA, Fitness centre, massages, 3 separated bars (2 on the beach, 1 in the lobby), multifunctional playground and many more!

Hotel Hermes is the place to be! Perfect for both foreign and local tourists! The rooms are clean and cosy, the bar and food are awesome and the animation is simply amazing!

The special event included one evening meal in their beach side restaurant boasted an ala carte menu was more Faulty Towers then Four Seasons

A choice of 3 main meals had to be ordered a full day in advance and wasn't even produced on the day. Complaints were meet with a shrugg of the shoulders and a no English response. Compliment were always understood

Food was varied and there was always something to eat. Drinks were plentiful and, for a lot of the time, served with a smile. Entertainment crew were really good, and did well with limited numbers and resources

Overall Serenity Bay Hotel provides a mid range price TUI SUNEO holiday. There was never any surprise factor in any of the meal times. Staff were efficient but you could never say friendly

This place was great, especially for the money paid. Tv in bedroom never worked properly, not a huge issue for us. We lucked out on the room and had top floor sea view, which was incredible

Don't believe the sign saying 'supermarket' outside the front doors, it's never open, however the nearest big town (go down into the village and follow the waterfront) there's a decent sized shop after you turn left and a lidl soon after that, it's about half hours walk though

Nice all inclusive hotel, love the food and the location to the beach with private part of it. The kids programs are very entertaining and enthusiastic. If i can go back I'll definitely go there.

There was just one restaurant and one bar for the all 3 buildings. There were ~3 people servicing the buffet (no self service due to COVID). The line for the food was getting enormous in the most busy hours

The hotel has 2 separate pools (each of them had attached a baby pool to it). One is right next to the restaurant 120-180 in depth. The other one was ~100 - very convenient for small children

One morning I simply decided that I would rather skip the breakfast than wait in the line. No ice cream was offered at any of the meals and we rarely had fruit with the afternoon snack

The apartment wasn't bad (definitely not luxurious); the shower needed to be changed; the rooms were spacious, but the storage space wasn't enough; we had a lovely, big balcony; the kitchen in the room didn't have any tools, not even cups; they cleaned every 1-2 days; fresh sheets were provided once for the 8 night stay; the air-conditioning was working well

The pools are in different parts of the complex, offering shadow in different parts of the day. The hotel umbrellas are not enough for all guests, but there is enough space for additional umbrellas if you have one

The kitchen is excellent, the bar is also good, the rooms are good, the staff is polite and friendly, there are places for children to spend their time. The only thing is that the pool is not the largest

There is live music from the closest restaurant, you can enjoy it from the hotel but the rooms are quiet when sleeping. They have a game room and a kids corner. Everything was spectacular ✨️

Very well situated at the beautiful beach of Atliman, the hotel is fully accessible for disabled guests. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff are super welcoming and helpful

I am here currently and the internet is fine. Also, I did not notice any issues related to cleanliness, as mentioned in some of the negative reviews. The hotel is on the beach, that's the biggest plus for us

I would come back here for my next stay in Kiten, Bulgaria. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it

The food in the restaurant is very good. There is a choice of quality alcoholic drinks. The two pools outside are well maintained. Our room, however, was of a 3-star hotel standard, not 4 star

Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

Clean rooms nice and polite stuff. Great bathrooms, clean big pull with not many people. After 3 pm the hotel makes a shade on the pull and you don't need an umbrella. Good price.

I had a fantastic stay with an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package was great, offering delicious food options. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Overall, while the hotel had its strengths, such as its cleanliness and the excellent animation team, the issues with the reception staff, the lack of proper glasses in the restaurant, the noise, and locked gates were significant drawbacks

Hotel for families with small children On the plus side, the rooms and the hotel looked exactly like the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival

The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a local train stop nearby. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily towel changes, weekly sheet changes, and well-maintained hotel grounds

The restaurant frequently ran out of glasses, so we had to drink from plastic cups, which was disappointing

It was a wonderful time spend there. The rooms are big with big nice beds. They clean and change the sheets every day. The food was plenty and delicious as well
