The quality of the breakfast was not as expected, except for the fresh juice,Fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice were very good it seems that the bar staff and the chef are not professional enough, but if beauty and cleanliness are your priority, do not hesitate to choose this place, I think it was opened this year. I am so excited to reveal what I think about a great hotel in Lozenets where I have recently stayed. The hotel is located in the center of this picturesque sea resort and it offers an amazing combination of comfort, cosiness and splendid views.

From the moment we arrived, the staff members welcomed us with smiling faces and warmth. The rooms were extremely clean, furnished stylishly and equipped with all amenities necessary to make our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable while the view of the sea from our balcony was stunning.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant which served a rich and diverse breakfast buffet. We relished fresh local products as well as beautifully cooked meals. Additionally, dinner was extremely tasty including both traditional and international dishes.

One of the hotel’s major advantages is its location – just few minutes’ walk from the beach. Lozenets beach is famous for its fine sand and clean water, making it ideal for relaxation and entertainment.

Finally, there are other facilities available at the hotel such as a pool, spa center, gym that make staying here even more interesting. They had always responded promptly to questions about sightseeing or tourist destinations.

To anyone who would like some peace and quiet

A wonderful gem on the Bulgarian coast. Beautifully decorated and truly top class
We had a lovely room with terrace directly access into the wonderful pool, in which you can swim for 65m non-stop (longer than Olympic pool!). Pool is also shady from mid-afternoon.
The spa area at -1, with sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym is top class.
Breakfast was way beyond expectation and staff super friendly.
Pool bar was very special, though cocktails are a bit hit-and-miss depending who is making them.
Only downside is the town doesn’t have much to offer compared to say Sozopol. But really no different to any other town on this part of the remote southern Bulgarian coast.
All in all outstanding value for money.

One of our most beautiful holidays was spent here! And that's because we took the room with access to the pool, which is brilliant, spacious, beautiful decorated (like the whole hotel), clean, with quality products, and a perfect terrace for the pool.
We traveled with a french bulldog - they are petfriendly!
We parked the car in the underground parking, they also have it on the surface for free.
I ordered lunch in my room every day through room service. Very good food!
Breakfast is rich and they always do refill.
Young staff, very kind, always smiling!

Great hotel for a holiday

The hotel is great. Very clean. Very friendly stuff. Lots of amenities and facilities.

The best hotel from Lozernet. New hotel, opened in 2021 and I think it is the only 5 star hotel at the moment from this city. The rooms are spacious, they have balcony, separate areas for the shower and toilet, some of them have direct access to the pool, exceptional cleanliness in all areas.
Breakfast is awesome. One recomemdation for future travelers: the half board option is not recommended due to the few varieties of food at the dinner (no soups, few food types). Even with this said, the food that is provided is very fresh (both in breakfast and dinner) just that for us it was not diverse enough for the dinner.
Two types of parking: outside free of charge or underground for 20 BGN/ day.
I highly reccomend this hotel for a stay in Lozernet.
