The only real positives about this hotel were its excellent location — just a few steps from the beach — and the friendly, welcoming staff who did their best. Unfortunately, everything else fell short of expectations. The hotel is very outdated and in desperate need of renovation; the furniture and facilities look tired and worn out, which really takes away from the experience. Cleanliness was also a big issue — our room and especially bathroom didn’t feel properly cleaned when we arrived, and common areas could have been maintained much better.
You need to do urgent maintenance and cleaning of the air conditioners in the rooms, pieces of black dust were literally falling off them when turned on!!!
The food was another disappointment: very basic, lacking in variety, and not very fresh.
The “All inclusive” experience was absolutely disappointing for us.
Overall, while the staff and the proximity to the beach were great, the poor upkeep and subpar food made it hard to enjoy our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
Otherwise the hotel has great potential, just make it happen!!!

My room door was broken at the hindges l, the room had a bad odor to it, we got anultra all inclusive package which did not include coffee or cocktails. They do not offer seafood, the food in general is not anything special, even bad. The fitness center jn the hotel did not work. The whole base seams broken and old. For the price for the room the service was horrible. Good on paper but bad in reality. Disappointing.

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

Settled in a terrible room. Dirty everywhere, not cleaned, rubbish strewn on the floor. The furniture is old, the door to the cupboard off the table reeling. Also the room had safe and kettle, as was originally promised. Asked to be moved to another room. And then faced with blatant disrespect. The man who talked to us, did not go to any concessions, periodically even raised his voice. Said that they did not understand how the condition number can spoil our stay. As if you can in the barn to rest. Generally the question would not have arisen if it was a simple hotel two. But it's fucking four and the price is not small. I would like for the price and quality to appropriate. In the end, we were just offered the option to move to another hotel. And so we did.

* Managers need to pay more attention to the staff - must be smiling a lot and making the guests feel good, not guilty to be rest in there.
* The hygiene is not good at all. The tables in the restaurant are really sticky...
* Some days they just forgot to clean the room and to put toilet paper in it. I've asked them 3 times to put paper in the toilet and in the end I've asked the lady in the reception just to give it to me and put it myself.
* There is no even Do Not Disturb sign.
*The good thing is that the beach is very close to the hotel.
