Maria from the spa center is the only reason I gave a 5 star to this place. I took my friend's mother for massage today and got a deep tissue and classic massage for myself from Maria today

She is one of best and most talented massage ladies ever. She knows what she if doing, she puts the perfect amount of pressure and she is very hard working, professional, kind and friendly

Grand Hotel… great location and excellent staff. So happy to make every guest welcome… and it’s a big place. Some details in so many rooms can get missed, but for large groups it is epic

the lady with short black hair (I wish I asked her name) was so nice while I was checking in and she went out of her way to help me after I dropped my wallet in the cab- she was calling every single taxi phone number she knew

The Etereo restaurant serves great food for a very reasonable price ( I tried almost everything on the menu ), rooms are also very clean, and for me a big plus is the variety of available channels on the tv ( i could watch so many channels in english, that's rarely seen in other hotels )

Holiday Inn in Plovdiv is one of the best hotels where I stayed during my business travels. The stuff is super friendly, especially girls that are open for talk, and helpful when asked about some directions, cuisine etc

The best place to stay in Plovdiv!!! Nice and clean, delicious food and friendly staff. If you plan visit the city this is definitely your spot.

Very nice hotel..We took apartment with 2 large bedrooms. Everything was new and very clean ,the breakfast was solid. There is parking in front and the center is near by car.

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv,rooms are very large and beautiful decorated.Parking area is very large next to the hotel.The only thing they have to take care is the breakfast which is very very basic.

Still the AC below was damaged and made loud rattling noises all 3 nights we stayed despite that we informed reception. The hotel told us they thought the issue was fixed

Only thing negative is the location; hard to get to the center due to Maritsa river and public transport is highly unreliable

Literally next to the centre, everything is near the hotel. You have a parking spot, the rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. The best and unique part is the staff. The restaurant staff is the best I've ever seen

Finally - the staff is really friendly and customer-oriented. They did everything we asked for and more. They even offered to bring the breakfast to our room and were making sure we are not missing anything

The room was comfortable and the mini bar well stocked! Also the staff here is great! I miss placed my camera, mistakenly thought Ieft it in lobby. The staff went above and beyond to help locate

We got a great room and even though the hotel is located on a main road, it was very quiet when the windows were closed. The blackout curtains were a perfect addition to the good night's sleep

It's a great value, solid location, friendly staff.... hard to complain! I would say 3LV for a small can of Coke is pricey tho :P Also if you are a light sleeper avoid street front rooms.

Attention is more that needed and the food is fresh (and for good price). Take the breakfast option, there is no other place you gonna find for just a few euro, so much and fresh food

We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean

Nice friendly staff. The attached pool is lovely although the music is very loud,so not good if you fancy an afternoon nap.

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv

On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake

The restaurant is on the 22nd floor and it was great! The view was fantastic, the food was delicious and the service is great

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one. The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them

Nice spa & park, amazing view and lighting at night of the city. Decent internal and external heated pool, but not suitable for swimming - 130cm the deepest point of the biggest pool

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well

The hotel offers great facilities for families with kids, outdoor and indoor activities, awesome spa center, great indoor and outdoor pools with hot water which was a big supprise on our first stay and one of the reasons that we come back again

The hygiene is on high level everything is clean and tidy. Parking available in front of the hotel. However, the only downside of our stay where the pillows in the room. Everything was good apart from the pillows

Indoor and outdoor playground for kids. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. The service here is excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant. Very kind and fast service,prices are very good

The lighting was not very bright and the nearby busy street produces noises all night. There are some nice things like the indoor swimming pool but overall I don't think it is worth it

Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

Furniture is old and outdated, the climate control system did not work. The carpeting had a very cheap feel to it and the bathroom sink was cracked

What a pleasant surprise that hotel was. Great location in a park next to the rowing canal. Quiet, but not far away from downtown. Nice rooms, great service, good breakfast, free parking. Would highly recommend

Great hotel with fantastic rooms with amazing views of the rowing lake. Food menu was ok but many meals came out cold or wrong and did not have any sort of children’s menu which was very disappointing

Noisy hotel because of the swimming pool parties. Hotel is expensive but Swimming pool is extra and way too far expensive

I see what they tried to do with the glass bathroom, it does look kinda cool. But I can see it being an issue if I shared the room with someone other than my partner

It is a very good hotel. Clean, very new and has a parking area. It is 15min far away from city center but for this reason you get a high quality :) for a reasonable price.

We stayed at the 5th floor and when we came back to our room at night (around midnight), there was an intense foul smell coming from the bathroom. The whole room smelled like sewers

Price/performance is good for the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Very close to main street in the center of Plovdiv. Only for the winter heating could be a problem if you easily get cold.

The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

They can’t do buffet breakfast so they just brought it to our room. The rooms are spacious and clean

The only problem is that the room doors are just normal thin wooden ones, so lots of sound gets through. I got woke up in the morning hearing people walk down the wooden stairs

Lovely building with nicely furnished rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had a superior single room on the first floor which whilst quite small was fine for myself

The receptionist during check in was very nice and helpful. The overall hygiene was good except 1-2 problems. Towels and linen were fresh and clean. Very, very good quality for its value

The room was clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Recommended for sure. The only negative point is that the swimming pool water was rather cold despite the very hot outside temperature.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

Great place to park up with a Motorhome , amazing sanitary block, lovely and clean It had a great pool to use as well Nice and open space with plenty of room Also bus stop outside to take you to Plovdiv to see the old town and Roman ruins

There are regular buses number 1, 20 and 27, which take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The lady from the reception came to us in person to see how we settled in and if we needed anything extra

No need for the private bathrooms and the “shade” is a work in progress. Paid €26 for pitch, 2 adults with elec. Bus to the amphitheater 40min. Only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches

it's very nice and quite hotel with very big rooms and comfortable, my review is not only for this but i was fighting in my room with my girlfriend in the midnight and no one even knock the door to tell us low your voice 😄

A quiet hotel with clean rooms. It is located between two busy roads, but still not too much traffic noise. To get to the lobby, take the stairs one floor up or use the elevator at the back entrance

Buses 26 and 66 traffic the roads into the city center, 1 leva per person, any distance or a taxi fare between 5-10 leva around the center of the city

Beatifully located in the very heart of the town. You should try the breakfast which completes the overall amazing experience . Beware of city parking fees even in the weekend.
