Nice friendly staff. The attached pool is lovely although the music is very loud,so not good if you fancy an afternoon nap.

We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean

The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet

On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake

The lighting was not very bright and the nearby busy street produces noises all night. There are some nice things like the indoor swimming pool but overall I don't think it is worth it

Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

Furniture is old and outdated, the climate control system did not work. The carpeting had a very cheap feel to it and the bathroom sink was cracked

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one. The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them

Great experience would recommend! Location - few kilometers from Plovdiv in the middle of nowhere, so you can relax properly from the city. Extraordinary breakfast with a lot of options and great coffee

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well

The hotel offers great facilities for families with kids, outdoor and indoor activities, awesome spa center, great indoor and outdoor pools with hot water which was a big supprise on our first stay and one of the reasons that we come back again

The hygiene is on high level everything is clean and tidy. Parking available in front of the hotel. However, the only downside of our stay where the pillows in the room. Everything was good apart from the pillows

Indoor and outdoor playground for kids. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. The service here is excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant. Very kind and fast service,prices are very good

The pool is 10 leva (5 euro~) for each person on weekdays and even more expensive on weekends. Pool parties on the weekends are loud. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned, so we went to another room

It is a very good hotel. Clean, very new and has a parking area. It is 15min far away from city center but for this reason you get a high quality :) for a reasonable price.

key card holder is paper bag, room number written on it by hand. Very funny interior design as attached photos shower and wc separated by glass from the room

The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

Quite a few stairs, the room we were in is ready for refurbishment. Great resturant down stairs. A long walk to the centre

okay for the price, rooms were quite dirty and our sink was in our shower also bed sheets were just pieces of material that kept coming off. staff was friendly and helpful

Price/performance is good for the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Very close to main street in the center of Plovdiv. Only for the winter heating could be a problem if you easily get cold.

The hotel is fine. The location is great. Keep in mind to reserve a parking place along with the room reservation. The breakfast is nothing special but for 3 star hotel is fine.

The hotel is in a great part of town. It's in a cute, artsy area of the city and is perfect for walking to all of the tourist spots. Unfortunately the rooms were not that great

Next to aqualand water park, hotels ok but if you going to the waterpark next door check that it's working before you book

Nice room but the shower was leaking. Poor breakfast, just a tea/coffee and ham and cheese sandwiches on demand. 5-10 min by car from the city center. Poor English but we managed to understand each other as well

Good value for the money, spacy rooms, helpful staff. Never got back a pair of shoes that we accidentally left behind, but still good experience.

Parking is "as available" - 5 places reserved by the hotel on the street and underground places available for payment. Breakfast not included in the price - optional 5 euro for a set course IMHO not worth the money

Excellent services. Good location near down town. Offordable prices - 30 euro per night for single room. There is an Italian restaurant with Italian chefs preparing pasta, spaghetti and pizzas.

I would recommend the hotel for a short city break as long as one does not mind a 10-20 min walk to downtown Plovdiv's places of interest

Maria from the spa center is the only reason I gave a 5 star to this place. I took my friend's mother for massage today and got a deep tissue and classic massage for myself from Maria today

Great place to park up with a Motorhome , amazing sanitary block, lovely and clean It had a great pool to use as well Nice and open space with plenty of room Also bus stop outside to take you to Plovdiv to see the old town and Roman ruins

There are regular buses number 1, 20 and 27, which take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The lady from the reception came to us in person to see how we settled in and if we needed anything extra

No need for the private bathrooms and the “shade” is a work in progress. Paid €26 for pitch, 2 adults with elec. Bus to the amphitheater 40min. Only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches

The Etereo restaurant serves great food for a very reasonable price ( I tried almost everything on the menu ), rooms are also very clean, and for me a big plus is the variety of available channels on the tv ( i could watch so many channels in english, that's rarely seen in other hotels )

the lady with short black hair (I wish I asked her name) was so nice while I was checking in and she went out of her way to help me after I dropped my wallet in the cab- she was calling every single taxi phone number she knew

Holiday Inn in Plovdiv is one of the best hotels where I stayed during my business travels. The stuff is super friendly, especially girls that are open for talk, and helpful when asked about some directions, cuisine etc
