The view was great. Breakfast wide and good quality. The only bad thing was that there was a wedding and the music was so high till 2A.M. difficult to sleep.

Grand Hotel… great location and excellent staff. So happy to make every guest welcome… and it’s a big place. Some details in so many rooms can get missed, but for large groups it is epic

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax

They have one of the best breakfasts we had in hotels till now and you can take fruits with you ;) Friendly staff, cool cocktails and accesible location. Also they have big parking lot and green zone to chill

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast bar has everything you would think of, great selection. If im back in Plovdiv will definitely choose this hotel again

We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean

The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv

A very nice and clean hotel, I recommend it to everyone, I stayed with my wife on November 10, 2024 The staff is also good, it is very clean, the location is also good, it is like a 5 star hotel, I definitely recommend it to everyone, the price is very affordable  

The room fully matched its description. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices

This double Queen bed room are very big and have 🛁 tub . The breakfast is excellent 👍 I will definitely choose doubletree if I am in Plovdiv again .

The hotel is good, rooms are comfortable, a little bit noisy sometimes (wind makes the winter decorations hit the walls), but the breakfast was 7/10 in my opinion: variety yes, quality so-so

That’s my fault because I booked without knowing but if you’re looking to be close to the history of the city then this is not the place for you. The spa and sauna were excellent, and I would stay again just for that

Also the restaurant was good and the simple pasta meal I enjoyed was one of the best I enjoyed in Plovdiv over my four day stay

Nellie who was on duty that night was an absolute angel. All we wanted was a cuppa!! (Typical Brits) There are no tea and coffee making facilities, but Nellie pulled out all the stops and sourced us a kettle and cups

In and out, with each piece no one ever offered assistance, over electrical cord or inconsistent flooring. The staff was friendly and nice otherwise. The room was perfect for my needs, with a few exceptions

The location of the hotel is nice if you don’t wish to see the best parts of Plovdiv and to listen to the whirring and rumbling of the go kart track across the street

Arrived at 1am 6th March 2022, 3 hours later due to missing flights in UK. After missing flights from UK, and being on the road for more than 16 hours, we were drained

Tip: the ‘citizens club’ restaurant (turn right, 200m round the corner) is excellent - limited menu but very good traditional Bulgarian food at good prices. We tried several places and this was by far the best

I want to come back Lovely hotel right next to the Roman Amphitheatre. Would recommend to anyone visiting Plovdiv. My husband and I stayed in a Standard room for a couple of nights

Great experience would recommend! Location - few kilometers from Plovdiv in the middle of nowhere, so you can relax properly from the city. Extraordinary breakfast with a lot of options and great coffee

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well

The hygiene is on high level everything is clean and tidy. Parking available in front of the hotel. However, the only downside of our stay where the pillows in the room. Everything was good apart from the pillows

You have to wait for service 30 minutes and people that are after you get everything before you even ordered (this might be just lack of good personal because of the corona) Minus one star because of that

The hotel offers great facilities for families with kids, outdoor and indoor activities, awesome spa center, great indoor and outdoor pools with hot water which was a big supprise on our first stay and one of the reasons that we come back again

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches

One of the best sites I have stayed at. Concrete pitch surrounded by lawn for motorhomes. It is necessary to book online and get QR codes to enter and leave

No need for the private bathrooms and the “shade” is a work in progress. Paid €26 for pitch, 2 adults with elec. Bus to the amphitheater 40min. Only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi

Great place to park up with a Motorhome , amazing sanitary block, lovely and clean It had a great pool to use as well Nice and open space with plenty of room Also bus stop outside to take you to Plovdiv to see the old town and Roman ruins

There are regular buses number 1, 20 and 27, which take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The lady from the reception came to us in person to see how we settled in and if we needed anything extra

I don't know what it's like in a 5 star hotel, but I think this is the best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at considering all aspects of comfort. Cleanliness in the smallest detail, everything is checked and rearranged

It's very well soundproofed, the air conditioning is silent and discreet, quality toiletries, the minibar is full of everything you could want. Maybe the breakfast could be improved, although the coffee is good

There was a bowl of fruit on the table as well as prepared plates with cutlery. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge selection. The staff is infinitely kind, polite and always ready to help

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed

The room is not so big, quite too narrow for 2 people to fit in. Breakfast is good with varieties of food available

I had a very nice stay at that hotel and I could enjoy the kindness of the staff, especially Viktor and Peter that help me a lot to solve the problem of a flat tyre on my rental car

Brand new facilitaties, clean rooms. Very quiet. Free parking. The location is good, although far from the city center. I recommend, great value for money!

Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift

Excellent place to stay in Plovdiv,rooms are very large and beautiful decorated.Parking area is very large next to the hotel.The only thing they have to take care is the breakfast which is very very basic.

It is a very good business hotel with complete facilities. It is a little far from the city center and there is a bus station nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! Next time I visit this city, I will choose this hotel

Unique place nearby Plovdiv centre. I liked the room design and color. Lightning was uncommon but nice. The fridge was mounted high on the wall - a very convenient feature. The bathroom was comfy and big enough

Brilliant location on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes walk from the old town. The room is very clean and spacious with a very large walk in shower and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel’s location is beyond 5 stars. Perfect for those who have no car and actually is better to visit without car. Inside is wonderfully renovated, clean and staff are very accommodating and welcoming

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12. 50) which is definitely worth it

There is no breakfast available and this is the only reason why I am giving a value of "good" to this property and not "excellent". Staff were helpful, even if not too smiling

My room was on the inside so sleep quality was very good even if it was just above the terrace, where smoking was unfortunately possible

If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended

I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have to take care in the rooms, like noisy fan at the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling ( just a little breeze to our food and water)

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

The location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils

Excellent facilities, good public transportation I arrived to Plovliv on the train from Sofia. There is public transportation that drops you off near the hotel

I was able to catch the cleaning lady who gave me the key and instructed me about exiting and entering the building after hours (magnetic key). The room is actually GREAT, the best I have had during my trip

Nice location, but the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and motel-ish for such a centre-situated hotel of 4 stars. The heating was turned up to the max, so when I got into the room I was literally inside a sauna

Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average

This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

The rooms were clean and with nice furniture, just one of the bathrooms was smelling and doesn’t include breakfast. Other than that everything was good and there is parking and park for children in front.

Cozy apartments - modern and comfortable. The area around the hotel is well lid and brand new. There public parking spaces but pay attention to the signs.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there

As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step

The receptionist during check in was very nice and helpful. The overall hygiene was good except 1-2 problems. Towels and linen were fresh and clean. Very, very good quality for its value

The room was clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Recommended for sure. The only negative point is that the swimming pool water was rather cold despite the very hot outside temperature.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

A renovated hotel with convenient parking and a nice convention center and event hall. The access to the halls is not very convenient if you need to load equipment or advertising materials, but the staff is friendly

The WiFi is very weak and low speed. There were nail clippings and hairs in the bathroom, which I consider a severe hygiene violation. During check out I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a 5-minute call
