Maria from the spa center is the only reason I gave a 5 star to this place. I took my friend's mother for massage today and got a deep tissue and classic massage for myself from Maria today

With a large gleaming night-club area, shopping area that leads down to a large indoor pool with accompanying changing rooms, showers, and the indoor hot dry Sauna and wet Sauna and a salt sauna, and jacuzzi by the main pool

She is one of best and most talented massage ladies ever. She knows what she if doing, she puts the perfect amount of pressure and she is very hard working, professional, kind and friendly

Grand Hotel… great location and excellent staff. So happy to make every guest welcome… and it’s a big place. Some details in so many rooms can get missed, but for large groups it is epic

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room

Excellent for business trip and corporate meetings, great staff, polite and friendly staff. The conference room is nice with a great AC, fully equipped with multimedia speakers 🔊. Cozy rooms, great food, comfy beds 🛌!

Also they have spa zone where you can enjoy different saunas and treatments. Pet friendly and very quiet place, we even had sweets as welcome gift! Easy to book and good prices for such a good hotel

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax

They have one of the best breakfasts we had in hotels till now and you can take fruits with you ;) Friendly staff, cool cocktails and accesible location. Also they have big parking lot and green zone to chill

Good hotel, nice stuff, very good breakfast, among the better ones we had in a week in Bulgaria. Pretty far from the center so you would probably might need to add the cost of the cabs, but it is not too expensive or bad

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good

The room fully matched its description. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices

This place is the best hotel in Plovdiv hands down. Its a brand new building so that helps for sure. Everything was clean and new, the service was great. New towels every day, free water every day

This double Queen bed room are very big and have 🛁 tub . The breakfast is excellent 👍 I will definitely choose doubletree if I am in Plovdiv again .

Brand new hotel in the city centre. The room is clean and spacious. The restaurant is good and provides good services.

That’s my fault because I booked without knowing but if you’re looking to be close to the history of the city then this is not the place for you. The spa and sauna were excellent, and I would stay again just for that

Nellie who was on duty that night was an absolute angel. All we wanted was a cuppa!! (Typical Brits) There are no tea and coffee making facilities, but Nellie pulled out all the stops and sourced us a kettle and cups

My stay at the Park Hotel has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is more than one can eat with so many choices

Arrived at 1am 6th March 2022, 3 hours later due to missing flights in UK. After missing flights from UK, and being on the road for more than 16 hours, we were drained

She told us not to worry about anything else and could sort everything in the morning. The bed was soooooo comfortable. The room was spotless and the staff were A1

In and out, with each piece no one ever offered assistance, over electrical cord or inconsistent flooring. The staff was friendly and nice otherwise. The room was perfect for my needs, with a few exceptions

Nice spa & park, amazing view and lighting at night of the city. Decent internal and external heated pool, but not suitable for swimming - 130cm the deepest point of the biggest pool

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one. The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them

The parking is big but there is no shade so i will suggest to bring car covers (its quite hot and sunny in Plovdiv). The restaurant on the second floor is very nice , with awesome view

This place is magnificent! Every little detail is so perfectly made. The Hotel is very comfortable and clean and there is great outdoor space with pool and lots of space for camping. Highly recommended!!! :)

One of the best sites I have stayed at. Concrete pitch surrounded by lawn for motorhomes. It is necessary to book online and get QR codes to enter and leave

Great place to park up with a Motorhome , amazing sanitary block, lovely and clean It had a great pool to use as well Nice and open space with plenty of room Also bus stop outside to take you to Plovdiv to see the old town and Roman ruins

There are regular buses number 1, 20 and 27, which take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The lady from the reception came to us in person to see how we settled in and if we needed anything extra

No need for the private bathrooms and the “shade” is a work in progress. Paid €26 for pitch, 2 adults with elec. Bus to the amphitheater 40min. Only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches

Fine modern hotel in a good location. This hotel just works and serves great buffet breakfasts with wide food choices.

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed

Unfortunately, the AC used at the hotel is a central AC so it does not matter how much you try to change the temperature in the room, we could not get it to cool below 29 or 28 degrees Celsius (around 82 Degrees Fahrenheit)

Our stay at Holiday Inn Plovdiv was absolutely amazing. Tasty food and clean rooms were part of our daily experience. Highly recommend it !

We spoke to the front desk staff about the issue and they said they would have someone check the AC but they said that temperature was not that bad and gave us a standing fan to use in the room

If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended

I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have to take care in the rooms, like noisy fan at the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling ( just a little breeze to our food and water)

Fabulous experience. Room was exactly as shown and described, waow. Plenty of fresh bottled water each day, complimentary wine offered and great to have a mini fridge in the room

Everything was wonderful. Excellent reception service. Very good location, close to the center of Plovdiv. The shower in the bathroom was not working well, spraying water all over the place.

Both the rooms and the lobby are very creative and modern, they used an interesting solution regarding the bathrooms - enclosed with glass, I would visit with my partner

There is a large and convenient car park as well as a 24/7 lobby bar. In the summer there is a swimming pool. I would certainly return when I am in town again!

Nice location, but the rooms are a bit old-fashioned and motel-ish for such a centre-situated hotel of 4 stars. The heating was turned up to the max, so when I got into the room I was literally inside a sauna

Spent a few days here recovering from an illness while travelling, comfy nice accommodation, helpful staff and the steam room definitly helped with my sore throat.

The breakfast can be improved a lot, we were not able to eat any of the stuff there, coffee options limited and quite bad in terms of quality/taste

Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant

Dusty room, meaning piles of dust everywhere, I have never seen before in any hotel I ever visited, that much dust covering all surfaces!!! The service was great though so overall was ok visit...for 1 night!!!

Hotel Ego was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. Close to a lot, very clean, wonderful staff! We highly recommend booking with them- excellent value.

The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in

The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

A quiet hotel with clean rooms. It is located between two busy roads, but still not too much traffic noise. To get to the lobby, take the stairs one floor up or use the elevator at the back entrance

It contains fruits and vegetables, eggs, sausages, bread and cheese, three different juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There is a fitness center at the top floor

The family rooms are large with a double bed in a separate room and 1+1 bed in the main room. There is a sofa, chairs and a TV set with 40 satellite channels

Buses 26 and 66 traffic the roads into the city center, 1 leva per person, any distance or a taxi fare between 5-10 leva around the center of the city

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. At arival whe recieved a drink and many tips on what to visit. They warmed up the pool and gave us the best advize on where we could travel next

Definitley go there when you go to visit Plovdiv but in the end want to come back to quiet and peace. The rooms have everything you need

Its clean, cosy and you have a good view over the large garden wich is perfect if you have kids. The best wifi whe ever had in a hotel!
