Fascinating! Location is so perfect! And the specious hallways and lobby reminds me of a castle! The breakfast was so rich, despite the fact I am on a special diet- everything of the Buffet fits me perfectly!

The staff at the restaurant was very rude and vain. After being shown two different rooms, we chose to stay at another hotel. The latches were missing and it looked like someone went kicking doors.

The lighting was not very bright and the nearby busy street produces noises all night. There are some nice things like the indoor swimming pool but overall I don't think it is worth it

Furniture is old and outdated, the climate control system did not work. The carpeting had a very cheap feel to it and the bathroom sink was cracked

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie

My stay at the Park Hotel has been wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is more than one can eat with so many choices

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd

Rooms are not so big, but spacious enough. The food in the restaurant is ok. Most fo the time there is enough parking space in front or around the property so this is a big plus

Great experience would recommend! Location - few kilometers from Plovdiv in the middle of nowhere, so you can relax properly from the city. Extraordinary breakfast with a lot of options and great coffee

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well

Nice spa & park, amazing view and lighting at night of the city. Decent internal and external heated pool, but not suitable for swimming - 130cm the deepest point of the biggest pool

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one. The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them

The hotel offers great facilities for families with kids, outdoor and indoor activities, awesome spa center, great indoor and outdoor pools with hot water which was a big supprise on our first stay and one of the reasons that we come back again

🧁 The room is big, clean, and has a great view. The price was also very affordable for a trip with friends. The spa is great - you have 3 saunas, jacuzzi, kneipp path, steam bath, and a relax zone

Contra: I simply could not understand why, as an EU citizen, they insisted on my passport at the reception. Why my identity card was not enough? The SPA was temporary closed when we were there for renovation

Breakfast is plentiful and there is a huge choice. The bed is really big and extremely comfortable. For two adults and two children it was a perfect transfer accommodation

It is a very good hotel. Clean, very new and has a parking area. It is 15min far away from city center but for this reason you get a high quality :) for a reasonable price.

We stayed at the 5th floor and when we came back to our room at night (around midnight), there was an intense foul smell coming from the bathroom. The whole room smelled like sewers

Don't over sleep breakfast is romantic and delightful good ( the grape juice is great) *only down side is there book a lot of wedding which lock up the better rooms and the whole hotel including the resturant

One word : "Magnificent" ( when there's not a wedding taking place) from the the moment you enter the front door we felt transported to places of beauty and mystery in all its details

Dusty room, meaning piles of dust everywhere, I have never seen before in any hotel I ever visited, that much dust covering all surfaces!!! The service was great though so overall was ok visit...for 1 night!!!

If I was a tourist I would not prefer this one for my stay but the other popular hotels in the city ("Landmark" is a great one)

The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

There are regular buses number 1, 20 and 27, which take you to the old town in about 20 minutes. The lady from the reception came to us in person to see how we settled in and if we needed anything extra

No need for the private bathrooms and the “shade” is a work in progress. Paid €26 for pitch, 2 adults with elec. Bus to the amphitheater 40min. Only downside was that we could not connect to the WiFi

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches

The Etereo restaurant serves great food for a very reasonable price ( I tried almost everything on the menu ), rooms are also very clean, and for me a big plus is the variety of available channels on the tv ( i could watch so many channels in english, that's rarely seen in other hotels )

the lady with short black hair (I wish I asked her name) was so nice while I was checking in and she went out of her way to help me after I dropped my wallet in the cab- she was calling every single taxi phone number she knew
