Location was very convenient for my needs, however the shower in the room was a bit see-through

Stayed there one night. I see what they tried to do with the glass bathroom, it does look kinda cool. But I can see it being an issue if I shared the room with someone other than my partner. We stayed at the 5th floor and when we came back to our room at night (around midnight), there was an intense foul smell coming from the bathroom. The whole room smelled like sewers. It is a very good hotel. Clean, very new and has a parking area. It is 15min far away from city center but for this reason you get a high quality :) for a reasonable price.

The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

The hotel is really nice, the personel from the reception also. Tasty drinks at the bar where they have also a terrace. Nice location. And if you are a karting passionate person, in the front of the hotel, there is a very nice karting track with very nice and speedy kartings that needs to be tried. It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. Breakfast typical but many choices that can give you the energy to start your day. If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. I have wonderful impressions from my stay at the hotel. The location is unique, close to the Ancient Theater and the central part of the city, the service and atmosphere are excellent. Great family hotel in the heart of old Plovdiv, 5min from the Antic theater. Parking spot in front of the hotel, big breakfast and very warm and friendly host. Absolutely the right choice - perfect room for great price.

We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort

Hotel very well located, near the pedestrian area which is about 10 minutes walk. Very clean, looks like it was recently refurbished. Private parking is available which is definitely an advantage if you have a car. After 7.30pm there is no English speaking staff at the hotel but the gentleman who does the night shift is brilliant. always smiling, very nice and willing to help you with everything...

The hotel is simply the best value for money and perfect one for stay in Plovdiv. Very close, at walking distance, from the city centre and old town. Hotel rooms are clean, big enough. The Expo hotel is offering free parking, just few steps away from the hotel patio. There is located and lobby bar.

Fantastic quality of communication and great English speakers. Late checkin is easily managed, and generally, any assistance will be extended. Quiet overnight but no breakfast service. The High Street has several places to choose from to resolve this, though. A great solution if you are looking to stay in the centre of Plovdiv.

A very quiet, clean, and respectful site. It's a bit confusing with the booking system ( Online), but once you get through the booking system it's good. Clean bathrooms, showers, and individual pitches. A Hotel and glamping with a games area cooking facilities grey water and fresh water also available. Very nice.

We were in a motorhome and stopped here for 4 nights. It is a very nice campsite but relies on QR codes, which not everyone is familiar with, or likes. The washing machine takes 4 hours!! That needs to be addressed. Transport to the city is perfect and only costs 1 lev each way. A really good site. The website cannot access prices.

Brilliant location for vising Plovdiv. Only one sanitary (1 x loo, 1 x shower) open in winter, but thankfully only a couple of campers on site when we were here. Facilities are good. Book ahead to gain access to site via QR code. Had some issues with the booking as only Gmail account would be recognised to book.

Super comfortable hotel with a location that cannot be beat; steps away from all the best Kapana restaurants and bars. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Reasonably clean. Comfy bed. Still the AC below was damaged and made loud rattling noises all 3 nights we stayed despite that we informed reception. The hotel told us they thought the issue was fixed. So there must have been some miscommunication between the staff. The restaurant was good and service as well.

For the price you pay you don't get a great value. The breakfast included in price was below average with over cooked eggs for breakfast, fake espresso and those powdered orange juices for breakfast.
